They denied us from what we paid for.

Nothing exceptional about the place.

We bought the package including breakfast for the family and the last day they told us the breakfast was for only one person. Although Booking.com representatives confirmed that the breakfast is for everyone (which is of course logical since we paid for everyone who stays and that it is a double queen bedroom) the hotel management insisted it is for one person even after they received a call from booking.com reps. They gave us a hell on our last day when we had to extend our stay for 3 more days as (which we didn't under the circumstances). We had to pay for the breakfast on top of what we paid. They even locked us out of the room past 12 midday. The hotel staff and management are horrible. On top of that, the hotel had a broken elevator for the duration of our stay which caused us waiting for the single working lift to come for up to 10 mins. The cleaning service in the hotel is bad, they don't even leave a bottle of water in the room. No safe in the room also to secure your valuables.

I had a great time

The breakfast was alright . But the service I received was great . Very friendly staff , from the welcome desk to the maintenance team . The hotel smelled very good as well.

Location and the Checkout Gentleman 9/6/2023 around 12 is. Was very perfessional.

Some mechanical issue with air condition system very loud irritating noise we didn't sleep at all .the first night because of it. The floors by the elevator was sticky there was smell of drugs Marijuana Lobby area . We ask for a discount and was told No discount or accommodations.

Over all it’s my favorite place to stay so far

Very clean and put together

Arrived early do to a party and wanted to get ready and my room wasn’t put together. All drawers where open , garage can had no bag in it , couch had the cushion off of it and pillows where in the back of couch.

Great friendly people. Room needs to be upgraded.

Friendly staff.

Room needs repair. Burnt hole in couch. Musty smelling. Wall behind toilet was stained. Shampoo holder un attached. Grip in shower cover loose. Hard to monitor cold and hot water. Time on phone clock was off and the staff could not re-set it.

Close to various restaurants and stores. Parking lot was bright at night.

Late check in time was pushed hour later. Room was available due to housekeeping still cleaning. Cable wasn’t working due to weather. Room smelled of strong perfume/cologne. Lack of parking lot.

My stay was awful because of the bedbugs and everyone acting shocked about my findings. Veronica was amazing and Anthony

Your staff was very help in trying to resolve my bedbug issue. Switching my room didn't help because the problem still exist. I wasn't able to sleep in the room. I had to go down to the lobby.

Would recommend the hotel for business trip or even private if you have stuff to do in the area

Quiet location, clean and nice room, excellent sportsbar next to the hotel as well as supermarket. Helpfull and smiling front desk, swimming pool is a plus (even if i didn't had the time to enjoy it)

As in many hotel the AC may be verry loud overnight and such you better make it cooler before sleeping and then turn it off overnight. Breakfast area not that clearly self explanatory

Fair pricing and great location, very nice

The great service and cleanliness of the room and other facilities. The fire pit was a great area too! Great location, close to a lot of stores and eateries.

The bed caused some stiff back issues, and the water from the shower would get all over the floor, thankfully we had a foot towel to soak up 98% of that.

Well maintained place but staff is not friendly

clean and worth the value

The Staff is very rude. No greeting at all. probably not in a good mood. My name is long, the lady at the computer is not patient enough to look for my name on the computer for the room that I already booked and paid for. This is not the hospitality that any customer expects. We did stay with the family for one night. Not returning to this place.

Very good

The hotel is quite new and the room is really good and modern.

Service could have been better - called the front desk/ guest services at least 25 times (no one picked answered the phone) just to have someone respond to a query. Also the wait for the elevators is way too long.
