Comfortable and Great Service will be back later this year.

Great selection and wonderful service

The constant noises from onsite construction. The drilling and petrol fumes were not good at all.

Value for money stay

Great breakfast, room is big and very clean.

The airport transfer mentioned on the page is only applicable if the car is available, which is never the case. So we had to pay for a taxi to and from the airport.

Location was great.

Breakfast wasn't unpleasant but not quite sure why it's been raved about. Staff were friendly but a little pushy. Lift not working. I'm afraid we thought it was rather overpriced.

Excellent stay.

Very clean, safe, all of the staff are very nice and friendly especially Sanchit the bellhop. Also, Mahendra Pawar, Hemant and Praveen Shrke were my room attendants who were absolutely fantastic. The hotel has great food and room service. It’s conveniently located across from the dentist.

Bawa suites is situated at a very convenient place. It’s close to the airport , shopping is at your doorstep, restaurants are plenty and at a walkable distance. In the evenings you can take a walk to Carter Road, Bandstand etc. The hotel by itself is clean and provides you a comfortable stay.

You could provide fresh bread for breakfast. They were quite crumbly. Improve a bit on the taste of your coffee.

l had a great stay, the staff were so friendly and accommodating and made my stay a pleasure.

The staff were happy and helpful and the food was great, the air conditioning worked well and it was in a good location for where l had to be

I had trouble with the water pressure in the shower.. l couldn’t get it cool enough without totally losing all pressure which made it very difficult to wash my hair. They we’re renovating while l was there so that made it a little noisy at times..

Was quite memorable

Courteous & very helpful staff. Good location. Good spread of breakfast & excellent in room dining.

Limited complementary bottled water in the room, they however offered to fill the empty bottles with RO water. Would have loved if they used the glass bottled water which they had in the diner

Excellent location and easy to get to travel to areas in the locality.

The breakfast offering was good but the In Room dining was excellent and very good value for money

The lifts are something of an antique but I imagine difficult to resolve

The room was quiet and lovely. It had everything I needed.

The hotel confirmed an airport transfer for me but then cancelled it. That was inconvenient.

The location was fantastic on link Rd but not to noisy. I stayed in quite a few hotels down the coast and this hotel was by far the cleanest. Room turned every day fresh towel safe in the room and a fridge tea and coffee making facilities. Very relaxed atmosphere. I had food to my room on 2 nights which the room service was quick and the food was delicious. Great find will definately be staying again

We had such a bad experience in Bawa Suits. We booked 2 nights but due to a change in our flight had to cancel the second night. They made us pay anyway, but not only that but also we asked for early check in the first day, because we landed in Mumbay at 7.00h, and we got charged one full night just to rest few hours. The room was available and we had to pay the full price. Most of the hotels in the world let you doing the early check in without extra charge if the room is available (that was the case). So finally, we end up sleeping one night and were charged 2 nights and a half, after a strong discussion, because they wanted to charge us 3 full nights. Not only that but also the hotel is quite tacky for you paid comparing it to the standards in India. Not recomended at all

I will be back in Mumbai in 6 month. I will stay at Bawa again, because of the advantages above.

Very friendly staff, and the room was nice and tidy. The breakfast was ok. It was very close to Denzz, the dental clinic across the road.

For that price I would have expected at least a restaurant associated with the hotel, versus „just“ room service. Also, a gym or any other recreational facility would have been nice 😉. But, I suppose the Hotel is a bit too small for that. Although the views from the hotel aren’t that great. I had a room with the windows taped up (no views). On closer inspection, I found out why 🤨.

The suite was perfect. Is was clean, it had an awesome bed, fridge and coffee/tea area and bathroom which included a bath/shower. The room service was very good, with all staff being prompt, pleasant and hospitable. I would definitely recommend the stay. Thank you Bawa Suites!
