Large and spacious first floor apartment overlooking the lake and the Sirmione peninsula.
The apartment has: large living room with lounge, dining room with separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds) and a sofa bed in the lounge, bathroom with tub and shower.
Large terraces where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors enjoying the unique panorama of the lake.
Comfort: TV, heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, hairdryer and iron provided.
The house has wi-fi service

The apartment is located 3 km from Desenzano center, 5 km from Sirmione and the Terme di Aquaria.

It is the ideal starting point for excursions on the lake and to Verona, Padua, Venice, Mantua, Milan, Bergamo, Trento, but also for tastings of Garda oil and wines in the mills and in the numerous cellars in the area.
Massimiliano will be at your disposal during your stay.

Check - in and Check - out will be done directly by Massimiliano or, in his absence, by his family. At any time and in case of need, Massimiliano will be contactable and available and will gladly chat with his guests.

The neighborhood where the house is located is residential and very quiet. The lake is very close (50 m). In front of the house, there is a laundry room, a takeaway pizzeria and just around the corner a bakery with a grocery store.
At 200 m from the house there are various shops and restaurants: fruit and vegetables, newsagent, ice cream shop, bar, butcher shop, gastronomy.

According to local regulations, heating can be used starting on October 15th of each year

This is a spacious unit overlooking the lake with all the convenieces and the most gracious host who was in contact asap to help.Arranged early entry .as well.Easy parking at the unit.Supermarkets were not too far and eating places nearby.Thankyou Masamilio

Massimiliano war immer in Kontakt mit uns.Der Vermieter hat uns schon vor dem Haus empfangen. Er ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.Hat uns auch ein paar Tips gegeben und war stets erreichbar.Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und schön eingerichtet. Sauberkeit 1A.Die Lage ist gut.Nach Sirmione nur 2.5km weit.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe.Wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf den See. Kurz gesagt, war haben unseren Osterurlaub genossen.Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen

Die Wohnung hat uns positiv überrascht, weil sie so großzügig und sauber war. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, was wir auch nicht gewohnt waren. Wir sind sehr begeistert von unserem Urlaub in Desenzano del Garda und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Ferienwohnung. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten hier 4 schöne Tage, alles was man braucht vom Bäcker bis zur Pizzeria kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Massimiliano steht einen bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung. Super Tip war der Einkauf im C + C in der Nähe hier bekommt man italienische Köstlichkeiten wie Wein und Olivenöl etc. zu günstigen Preisen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Massimiliano ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer den passenden Rat auf Lager. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp hat hervorragend geklappt. Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 persone qui per 3 giorni/2 notti. Come appartamento è stato fantastico! Spazioso, aveva tutto il necessario per soggiornare, la vista sul lago era stupenda e i letti erano ultra comodi. Poi non bisogna dimenticare la cordialità del proprietario che è semplicemente impeccabile. Per sei persone questo appartamento è perfettamente vivibile ma lo consiglio anche a chi è in gruppi di quattro. I bicchieri messi a disposizione dal proprietario c'erano ma erano metà normali metà da vino, il materiale per cucinare può risultare piccolo se si vuole cucinare molto (avevamo fatto 1kg di pasta e occupava tutta la pentola a nostra disposizione) e nelle giornate ventose gli spifferi di vento ci sono e per chi dorme in soggiorno potrebbe essere un problema....ma queste sono avvertenze per gli schizzinosi e si possono sempre risolvere, per il resto questo appartamento è perfetto e consiglio a chiunque legga di soggiornarci. Non so dire se è il migliore della zona ma certamente era perfetto per la nostra prima permanenza al garda ;)

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick wohl und umsorgt gefühlt. Massimiliano (Vermieter) ist ein herzensguter Mensch und er versucht einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Wohnung ist super, sehr geräumig und schick eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Delightful, helpful English speaking host with a great sense of humor who was readily available to a

The apartment is lovely and very large; 2 big bedrooms with a total of 3 beds. The largest bedroom with queen bed had a balcony. There was a small kitchen (microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator was the extent to our use) an attached large area for the kitchen table, a large comfortable dining room that was "open concept" as it attached to the living room with 2 sofas and great balcony. The balcony overlooks beautiful Lake Garda. The weather was unusual; BBC noted "it was a beastly storm" for the entire 3 days of our stay. Still we enjoyed our visit and took many great photos within Descenzano. We walked a short distance to get the bus - note the bus schedule follows the typical break during the day and differs on weekends. - Be aware taxi drivers almost always speak only Italian in Desenzano. - We really enjoyed the small Yopizza right across the street that opened at 6pm or 1800. The food was good, service wonderful and ambience fun and friendly.

Die Wohnung ist wie geschrieben sehr groß und sauber. Die liegt in einer nebenstraße, die parallel zum Panoramaweg. Vom Balkum kann mann schon mit schönem Seeblick genießen. Der Gastgeber Maximiliano ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. We habe eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Wenn wir wieder die Gardasee besuchen, hätten wir die Wohnung gerne mieten. The apartment, location, and host were top notch. The apartment was spacious, clean, and airy. It was more than enough space for our family of five. Lake Garda was fabulous, with many attractions to visit (including the castle at Sirmione) and beautiful scenery. It's definitely a place we'd like to see again if we're ever in Italy again. As for the host, Massimiliano was superb. He is very friendly and welcoming, and always had time to answer our questions and give us his expert opinion on things to do and see. On our last evening, he even took a few minutes out of his day to help us with difficulties in operating the washing machine at the laundromat across the street. We highly recommend this property and this host!

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Massimiliano et la situation stratégique de l'appartement qui nous ont permis de profiter du lac de Garde et de ses environs ainsi que de la belle ville de Désenzano. Nous avons simplement regretté que l'équipement de la cuisine soit trop restreint : pas de verres à vin, pas de planche à découper, pas de râpe à fromage, un seul mug... Heureusement, dans les environs, nous avons pu découvrir plusieurs restaurants sympathiques sans oublier la pizzeria qui fait face à la résidence. Louise et Claude

The apartment is on a quiet street. There is parking, but be careful if your car is big. There is a beach across the street, a food store a few minute drive away and Sirmione also a few minute drive away. The apartment is spacious, with a beautiful view onto Garda lake. You can also open windows on both sides of the house and enjoy the breeze. The apartment is also shining clean. And, the owner is a great person :) I highly recommend this place.

Da passt alles !!!

Sehr gute Lage der Wohnung um von dort aus Ausflüge zu starten. Daum hoch für: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandnah, Restaurants, Bars, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig. Das Schlafen auf diesen Matratzen war wirklich super. Das allerwichtigste ist jedoch der Vermieter. Massimiliano ist wie ein “Duracelmännchen“. Er ist so aktiv und dabei immer positiv. Eine Frage, eine Bitte, und alles wurde unverzüglich beantwortet oder erledigt. Er hat die Wohnung und sein Grundstück voll im Griff.

We rented this apartment along with an identical apartment above it for our two families of 5. Apartments are extremely spacious and well equipped. Balconies offer great views of the lake, which is a short walk away. Small yard gave the kids somewhere to run around. Good restaurants within walking distance and a short drive up to Sirmione. We stayed over a weekend and there is a good sized market that sets up in front of the house on Sunday. Massimiliano was great to work with and prompt in response to any of our questions. I would highly recommend this property and it worked perfectly for large group when combined with the one upstairs.
