Amazing Home
This home is incredibly nice, the beds are so comfortable, even the bath towels are plush! The location is great by all the hiking trails in McInnis Canyon, not far from Mesa Mall and shops. The communication was wonderful, with great directions and easy check in!.
The kitchen is well stocked and very close to City Market!

Clean, new, quiet
The place is basically brand new, well built and appointed, everything works perfectly, even the garage door and backyard grill. Way bigger than we needed but we adapted to the deluxe feeling instantly.

Perfect and Relaxing
This home is perfectly designed and well appointed. Has enough kitchen supplies to make your own meals, and enough towels to take long baths. Close to biking and close enough to downtown Fruita. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful!
Such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay - the whole family enjoyed it. Wish we could have stayed longer. The large garage was a plus. The kids played with the neighborhood kids and had a great time.

Awesome Place to Stay
Brand New House near Downtown Fruita and splits the middle of the mountain Biking trails nearby! Couldnt have asked for anything better.

Very Nice Home In Quiet Area
This lovely home is well-furnished. Although there were just the two of us, it looked like it would be comfortable for several more. There’s a nice grassy back yard with a privacy fence, which our dogs loved. It’s just a few minutes to Fruita town and a City Market (Kroger). It was a convenient base for our visits and rides to Colorado National Monent, Grand Mesa, and Route 114. All magnificent. If you are traveling with your pet, we can recommend the Animal Nanny for day care. It was an easy 10-12 minutes away from the house and the dogs seemed to enjoy it there.
