Welcome to Snug Harbor- A gorgeous newly decorated single family vacation home with a stunning interior design of modern contemporary furnishings and decor. This wonderful home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom and 2,286 sq ft of living space with all new TV's that offer over 250 channels. You can also enjoy high speed Internet and Wifi throughout the home. Relax and enjoy this resort style home that is perfectly situated on the waterways of the intra coastal. This wonderful home features a new heated pool, private backyard, boat dockage and many luxurious amenities to make this vacation home a tropical paradise. The stunning interior is brand new with a modern motif and an ambiance of natural light in the open living area with floor to ceiling impact windows over looking the private backyard and magnificent water views.The living area also has a new 55" new 4K TV. The gourmet chefs kitchen is a dream come true heart with all upgraded stainless steel appliances, a chef island and plenty of space to create the most amazing tropical cuisine. The formal dining area seats up to 10 guests that is surrounded by the beautiful views of the waterways. The master bedroom features a king sized bed with large walk in closet, 50" new 4k TV, a pool view and private bathroom en-suite. The second bedroom features a queen bed and private bath, the third and fourth bedrooms features twin beds that is perfect as kids rooms, or the beds can be pulled together to make a king bed. Each bedroom has new TV's with over 250 channels in each and the finest linens and decor. All the bathrooms are updated with a modern decor. The house also provides a high end full sofa bed with memory foam mattress. The main feature of this amazing vacation home is the backyard. As you step out the sliding glass doors onto the patio, you are welcomed with a large patio area that boasts a new heated swimming pool. To the side is a nice bbq area where you can grill your favorite South Florida fish of the day or invite friends over for a fun day in the sun as you watch the yachts go by on the waterways of the inter-coastal. The large boat dock is 60' and is perfect if you have friends that want to visit on their boat, or you wish to dock your own boat. Bring your chairs out onto the dock and enjoy the views and tropical breezes. **If you opt in for the pool to be heated, additional charges due apply**

Everything it said it was, the most relaxing vacation I have ever had. Sunday night 5pm grill didn’t work texted Igor he was over in 20 minutes to look at it couldn’t be fixed, woke up next morning had a bran new grill and extra tank of propane. Pool was clean. Everything about this property and stay was perfect! Thank you for everything!

A very spacious house. It was perfect for 8 adults. Host dealt with the pool heat issue promptly. BBQ was not usable. Should be replaced. We totally enjoyed our week and would book again.

This was our 2nd “winter” stay. We come from IL and stay 2 months.
Igor makes our stay away from home easier. He is very responsive to any questions we have. This company is lucky to have him!
We love the house, the pool, the dock.
The house is on a dead end street which is really nice and quiet. Publix is 5 minutes away. As are a lot of other conveniences . We use Instacart and they do a great job.
We have booked for next year and can’t wait to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. It suited our needs perfectly. Close to necessary amenities, and the house was clean & enough space for everyone to have a spot to relax.

Our group of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our week at Snug Harbor. The house was clean and comfortable. We used the outdoor space most of the time, which was great. Great stay at Snug Harbor
Our group of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our week at Snug Harbor. The house was clean and comfortable. We used the outdoor space most of the time, which was great. The house was a good location for the things we wanted to do. The kitchen was well equipped. We could not figure out how to use any of the televisions, and we had prompt support from the house management. Recommend this property.

This property is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood minutes from the beach with a beautiful view of the waterway behind it. It is very close to shopping and dining in the area. The house was very clean (no bug problem). We had ample space for 6 adults for three weeks. The beds were comfortable, bedding and towels looked newer as did the pillows. Initially it was missing beach towels but the property manager brought some over shortly after our arrival.The openness of the floor plan was very nice especially for our 90 yr. old Mother as she uses a walker and she easily navigated through the home. The lower level bathrooms were another reason we chose this property over others. Every bedroom has cable TV and the wifi worked great.There was starter toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and small toiletries. The bottles of cleaning solutions under the kitchen sink and laundry detergent were empty but we are accustomed to picking these items up once we get into town. Since we like to cook we were happy with the roomy kitchen. It had plenty of cooking utensils but sadly lacked cookware. There were 4 very large frying pans but no lids and only two rather dented cook pots. No pot holders and the AC unit in the kitchen area does not work. Glassware and stainless flatware were a little wanting, we did a lot of dish washing to keep up with the need meal to meal. There were plenty of plates but only 5 bowls which also needed to double as serving bowls as there were none. The upstairs bath does not have an electrical outlet and none of the bedrooms upstairs have mirrors. We would have simply made use of the half bath in the utility room but the mirror and towel bar had been removed. Upstairs bathroom shares a vent with a bedroom so anything happening in one room carries over into the other. Only the second downstairs overhead bathroom fan worked.
The property manager was extremely helpful. When we asked about possibly cleaning up the palm trees in back to avoid a constant battle with palm tree berries he arranged to have the entire property pruned and trimmed. The landscape company spent the day cutting and trimming which greatly improved the look of the pool area. Due to the noise and their activity, we opted to stay inside. The outdoor grill is not the one pictured and was much smaller. It worked but we chose not to use it. We also let him know that the pool was not being cleaned and he took care of it very quickly. The grass was not cut until the last d

Overall, this was a "perfect place" for our family. Between fishing and countless hours of marco polo, it will be a time
for the memory banks. Thank you so much to the hosts for such a nice property.
We do want to bring to your attention a few challenges we faced during our stay which we hope will be addressed for your future guests. On the top of the list was the a/c in the kitchen did not work after the 3rd day. We managed without it although cooking was not easy for any of us. We got thru it. We chose not to bother the management company, our fault.
Suggestions after prepping some meals:
- No pot holders?
- Where was the first aid kit? No one could find it! It should be clearly visible and labelled.
- Towel holder in half bath missing.
- You really should consider some kind of shaded area pool side. Hard to have lunch with the sun bearing down on us. Yes, we could have gone indoors and sometimes we did but that should be a given poolside.
- Upper cabinet door to left of oven coming off the hinges! We moved everything out for fear of an injury to family.
- Replace/secure tv remote in 2nd master. I secured with rubber band.
- Secure Loose tiles in pool/deck area
- Tiny ants/mites on kitchen counters and island despite our constant daily sanitizing.
Still, we had a great time. Those things weren't important enough to seriously impact our visit and trust the owners/management will address speedily.

The pictures of the house were clean and modern but the house itself is a very rundown version of what it represented. The furniture was dated and the house itself needed a makeover. The house was comfortable enough and I would say the bonus was how close it was (driving distance) to Pompano Beach.

Stay from 11/23 until 11/30
The house was just as pictured and was so nice. Ran short of toilet tissue and garbage bags but otherwise our stay was wonderful......would definitely book again. Close to all highways and stores and walkable to the beach.

Wonderful house near Ft. Lauderdale
House was very nice and had everything we needed. Only thing was the nearby beach which wasn´t that nice. Not much to do in the area so if you do not have a car - rent one.

Beautiful spot! So nice and quiet. Space was perfect for us. We had one wheelchair user and she was able to access everything with some assistance(steps). We had a couple of minor issues but they were readily attended to and resolved by Igor. We’re already eager to return!

Really enjoyed our stay.upon arrival we noticed we didn’t have the basics. Soap,dish towels,beach towels but the manager swiftly brought these items. House was very clean when we arrived, it was plenty spacious for 7 adults. Furniture was very nice but not comfortable.overall it was a nice place to stay.
