Stonewind Farm is a single-storey cottage in Totland on the Isle of Wight. The cottage has a king-size double room and a family room with twin beds and bunks. There is a family bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. To the front is a cottage garden, and there is off road parking for two cars. Stonewind Farm makes a comfortable family base for the area's beaches, walking, watersports and other attractions.
Amenities: Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, counter-top freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. WIFI, TV with Freeview, DVD and selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned front garden with patio, furniture, BBQ and children's swing in a secure fenced area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile. Note: Three steps to master bedroom, one step into kitchen. Note: please be advised that this property does not have any electric charge facilities. There a two local Electric Car charge stations within 2 miles from the property.
Region: The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker's paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.
Town: Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the west of the Isle of Wight, the village of Totland offers visitors local shops, pubs and spectacular, unspoiled coastal scenery. The award-winning beaches of both Totland and Colwell Bay provide a wide range of activities, whilst Freshwater boasts a golf course and public swimming, both of which are situated along the Tennyson Trail. It is possible to take a chair lift from Alum Bay and enjoy some of the wonderful views across the sand cliffs, the famous 'Needles' chalk stacks and lighthouse beyond. The ancient castle, busy harbour and narrow streets at Yarmouth are also well worth exploring.
