The location and the staff
Overall, the experience was not too bad. However, it's worth mentioning that the rooms lack windows, an unfortunate design decision tied to the fact that your room's entrance is essentially the patio of the adjacent room. This arrangement severely compromises the privacy of both parties involved.
The indoor jacuzzi, on the other hand, does offer an impressive view. But it's crucial to note that the window cannot be closed at night to prevent flying bugs. If you do, the hot water will cause the chlorine to evaporate, releasing the toxic gas chloramine. Consequently, upon re-entering the room, you may experience health effects and eye irritation due to the presence of this gas.
Additionally, it's important to know that the jacuzzi's water temperature is set at a high level and is non-adjustable. This can lead to discomfort, particularly during the typically hot summer days in Santorini.
On a positive note, the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to offer assistance.

very centralised location right in front of the 3 blue domes, clean place to stay.
tap water came out brownish colour at a point of time, no breakfast provided given the higher price paid.

The room is mediocre but the jacuzzi is secluded, warm and private, you can see the blue dome, parts of the caldera and the see without being seen 😂. Puls, the staff were so kind and helpful, especially Evrifiki

The view was uncomparable to any other place, very beautiful indeed. I love the "little" private space you have when you take pictures with the three blue domes in the background. Santorini is a very busy place. Tons of tourists. So when you look up from the terrace, you would see clumps of people all tryna take pictures of the same thing. But staying in this hotel gave us the power to just have a little private space of ourselves, taking beautiful pictures and without bumping into anyone.
I arranged a semi private transfer from the Port (provided by Sophia Oia). We waited 30 mins and our driver never came. So we just arranged another transfer from another company, it was a waste of time. Breakfast was meh. I ordered breakfast thinking it would come arranged on a beautiful tray just like the ones you see on every other hotels. But I got my breakfast delivered in a bunch of to-go boxes. The staff was wonderful though, it's just not what I had expected for such an expensive hotel. I didn't like how for the price paid, breakfast is not even included. And as exciting as we were we still ordered breakfast and paid extra. But boy their breakfast is trash, it could be so much better. I understand that food would come from another location but as simple as arranging them before giving it out to the customers would go a long way.
Rooms aren't the cleanest too. There were molds in the bathroom and there were chipped on the walls. Although it doesn't matter for the stay, but it has a huge impact being that this is such an expensive booking. For the price, you would expect the best and the cleanest. On the last night of our stay, the wifi died on us. There were so many things that went wrong during our stay.

Breathtaking view. I also liked the style of the room. Bed was comfortable and also clean.
It was clean in general. Except of the indoor pool. There were some jelly-like things floating in the water… you should have a look at it. You can see it at night, with the lights on. At daylight, it looks clean. For the price you pay, you need to supervize the cleanliness of the pool.
Communication was good, nice staff.
The color on the walls fell off, because of the humidity in the room.
The indoor pool was not clean.

The location is excellent.
The staff is very sweet. The luggage porters are great.
The room is really small. The value for the money is lower than other properties we stayed in Oia.
They don’t just charge your credit card like every other property on booking.com. There’s an additional system you have to use and it’s very inconvenient.
