No me gustó nada la ducha salía el agua más para las paredes q para uno, me tuve q lavar el cabello varias veces en el lavaplatos, la cama súper incómoda no se podía uno mover por q Chirriaba horrible, Chirriaban las puertas de la cocina y el armario..la nevera le daban unas chiripiorcas q hasta asustaba como sonaba..en definitiva solo se lucran de los apartamentos sin pensar en la comodidad de los clientes....

Nothing.

Everything. Pictures don’t match the reality. We found cockroaches and spiders in the leaving room and closets. The sink in the bathroom was pouring out water, one of us almost fell as we didn’t know that. The shower had plugged right in the wall a cable connected to the sprinkler for the hot water with the cables hanging from the sealing (absolutely dangerous).

Que no los engañen con las fotos es una cueva El Internet n va bien y el agua n sale caliente No se puede pagar con tarjeta y al no tener efectivo Me amenazó que si no le traia el dinero antes de 1 hora me cancelaba la reserva de noche No me dejo dejar mis cosas ni m dio la llave hasta que no le pague Déspota y arrogante por teléfono, no tenía como conseguir otra cosa me tuve que quedar Como extranjeros no tenemos que pagar ni impuestos ni cargos y cobra 29.000 colombianos x limpieza 7 dólares

Great location with easy access to public transportation, and amenities.

Dogs barking constantly next door and load traffic in the morning.

The location is excellent, but the apartment it’s not comfortable.

very enjoyable

super comfy and clean. honestly loved this place for the price. the bedroom is lovely the tv has Netflix and the wifi is very good. we were given fresh towels and there was blankets as well as a sheet. you will have to Uber everywhere.

would feel much more comfortable sorting payments out just through booking.com or in person. “fully equipped kitchen” is a generous term. no mixing bowl only 1 knife. kitchen is very small, if someone on the larger side was to stay here they may struggle. there counter is very small and almost difficult to eat at. would be good if there was a bath mat in the bathroom.

Disappointed

The front desk lady was very attentive and warm.

The actual room doesn't fit the description, the "balcony" is just the end off the hallway that leads to the door of the room, One can not actually put furniture outside to chill, the " living room" is actually a hall with furniture way too big for the narrow space and fan is so loud I couldn't use it. The "fully equipped" kitchen is not so, at all, and the bathroom is so small that you'll hit the walls and the door while just trying to turn around and I am only 5'7 and 140 pounds, the "shower" is more like s dripping bowl with holes, I ended up buying a bucket so I could actually take a bath, I had to heat up water to add to the bucket as well. The "city view" is the brickwork of the building in front of what it could have been a view. The owner is more concerned about the Western Union transfer than it is to welcome anyone to the property. Overall no customer service standards whatsoever. I left after three days and I had booked 12 and I wasn't even offered a partial refund. Not returning.
