About this house rental
Bear Creek proudly presents this "must see to believe" vacation rental property. Amazing views and only minutes from downtown Prescott. This home boasts 4 large bedrooms with a den. City lights, Thumb Butte, Granite Mountain and spectacular sunsets can be seen from the deck that is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. This home has been upgraded throughout with a gourmet kitchen and Jenn-Aire appliances. You will feel like you have fallen into the lap of luxury the moment you walk through the door. Did I mention the Wine Cave or that the master has a fireplace? Also, an Outdoor grill. Executive Home with a Small-Town Price! If you do decide to leave this beautiful home, you can venture to downtown Prescott for shopping or nearby lakes for a little kayaking. There are also a lot of great mountain hiking trails to explore. No pets allowed except for service animals.

The door code given to us didn't work, but the emergency contact number was very helpful and got us the right door code after about a half hour. The house is beautiful and very well furnished. The kitchen is fantastic for anyone preparing gourmet meals! Very well equipped and a joy to cook in. The views are awesome, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Really enjoyed Prescott and the tour at Bronzesmith Foundry. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Our group of six had a wonderful time staying in this lovely spacious home. There was plenty of outdoor space with two large decks overlooking the ravine and Prescott mountains. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen, the beds were very comfortable and the pool table was definitely a plus.

Our party of 6 (one additional couple wasn’t able to join us after all) enjoyed ample space and comfort in this home. We prepared most meals using the well outfitted kitchen. The view was gorgeous and the places to see in the historic part of town were entertaining. The owners and other staff of the property management company were very responsive.

My husband and I, along with 6 of our friends spent the weekend for my 50th at the Haisley property! We had a blast! Clean, updated, plenty of room! A great time with some inconveniences.
Where a wonderful time except for a problem with the shade screen didn’t allow us to use the deck. We also have no hot water the last 24 hours. But it’s a beautiful place.

Spacious home with amazing views
The home was very beautiful and spacious. There were eight in our group and there was so much room to spread out. The patio overlooking the ravine and thumb butte was a great spot for morning coffee and sunset dinners. The pool table was a lot of fun and the wine cave was such a cool space to hang out with a glass of wine. The kitchen is enormous with high end appliances, making it easy for all of us to cook meals. Our family very much enjoyed our time here.

Amazing property/location
Spent a long weekend at the house and couldn't have been more impressed with the house and management company. We had a minor issue and contacted the management company who fixed the issue without question. The house itself was possibly the best VRBO we've ever stayed at. Fully stocked, great location, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The sunsets off the back deck were an ideal way to end the day with a drink and friends. Will definitely return on our next visit to Prescott.

This house has it all. Main level is beautiful Tuscan style home with great view of Thumb Butte. Basement is perfect for teens with own patio and access to woods for hiking exploring plus TV and pool table. Only saw them at meal time.

My boyfriend and I rented this property and had the best stay! The home was super clean, fully stocked kitchen to be able to cook, gorgeous views and impeccable amenities. Would absolutely stay at this home again in a heart beat!

We were so excited to get to this property after months of planning. When we arrived the house was 54 degrees inside and without hot water due to no propane. The tank was filled as quickly as possible by the home owner, but the inconvenience drags on, even today as I use more of my time to write this review, - but if I don’t submit one, I can’t read the review left of me on VRBO by the property management company owner, Brenda. Brenda was the only person we could get ahold of when we arrived at 4 a.m after a day’s travel. She went on to tell me that she herself had a bad day and had just got to sleep when I woke her with the phone. I found myself apologizing for the call and feeling like I was out of line in some way for reporting the situation. Brenda offered to pay for a hotel room but we declined. 2 adults & 2 teens sharing 1 room with a weeks worth of luggage, leaving in the rain/snow in a town we were completely unfamiliar with in the middle of the night sounded worse than just sleeping in the cold house. We asked instead for 2 nights refund (of 6 nights total) for the inconvenience. After 2 days of silence, I emailed wanting some sort of response. We were then credited one night’s rent, they kept the taxes and fees for the night and she wouldn’t reconsider our rationale for asking for 2 nights or even for the fees.Brenda says we were only inconvenienced for 6 hours until the gas was filled. She is deaf to the fact that the house and water didn’t heat up instantly once the gas tank was filled and it is indeed a senseless and huge inconvenience to need to argue over something repeatedly while on vacation. The inconvenience went beyond a cold house and shower but she doesn’t seem to understand that. She has already told me I’m cruel and a liar in an email, she pushed me to tears on a phone call that come to find out was recorded without our knowledge or consent, then we were refused the file of the recording unless we drove to her office to listen to it face to face during our vacation. She hung up on my husband when he told her someone should have checked on the house prior to guests arriving after she admitted that she had no idea the last time someone was in there. It’s a shame that any of this happened. This is a beautiful, well taken care of home. The homeowners deserve better management and so do the guests.

Amazing home with amazing views!
This home was perfect and beautiful for our stay. Only a couple of issues were the downstairs bedroom sheets had to be washed upon arrival (dog/cat hair) and an empty bottle of Febreze in the down stairs bathroom. Also, not enough toilet paper and paper towels were provided for the length of our stay. Other than those few issues I would definitely stay here again!
