Not a very big problem but the shower was not enclosed, causing the water to splash into the rest of the bathroom.

The staff were friendly & the pool was the perfect size. The bar was open till late and they helped us book taxis and transfers whenever we needed.
The duvet in the rooms were too thin!

We had a really lovely stay, the reception staff were really friendly and accomodating. We used both buffets at both hotels and they were equally as good. I also loved the room, super fresh and large :)
The pool staff were very rude, not just one but all three of them on different shifts. I understand that it may be hard for them to work in a bar where the drinks are part of a package but they could at least smile!

the location. I was going to Kos town by walk. its street is full of cafes, rental cars and bicycles offices, groceries, beach clubs, and shops. The decoration is simple and comfortable. the room is newly decorated and specious. the landscape and the long trees give an amazing atmosphere. the breakfast is pretty good. the staff is friendly. They upgraded my room!
I booked a room with breakfast only. The service in the pool cafe was too limited as long as it is all inclusive. the hotel has no cars by additional charge to pick you up from the port or the airport. There were no bottles of water complimentary in the first day in my room.

The staff are so friendly and helpful.
We had all inclusive and the food was a bit samey after a few days. Lunch and dinner are at the sister hotel a short walk away, it would have been great to have some simple options available at our side too.

Breakfast was amazing. Everything to suit everybody’s needs. The fresh bread was delicious.
Would’ve loved crispier bacon but that’s being very picky and being a true Brit abroad.

My partner and I liked everything about the hotel from room, staff, breakfast and lastly location. We rented bikes for the week so it was very easy to get to and from town (straight cycle path). Breakfast was great had everything you needed, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Not overly busy like some of the larger hotels, great for a couple.

Overall it was a great holiday and a nice hotel. However it is set up for all inclusive guests, predominantly for Germans and Russians. Staff didn't come across friendly however the reception staff were helpful. Rooms are clean, modern and basic. We had a deluxe room by the pool which had great views despite not being very private from the terrace.
The pool is great and has lots of sunbeds. Location is good being a 25 min walk into town or a 5 min bus ride for €1.40 which is a short walk from the hotel with a regular service. Taxi into town is €7.
Breakfast was good however would have been nice to have more of a variety with a omelette option.
Staff were there but not really present. I.e. no nice welcome which I would expect.
Rooms were nice but not a private terrace.
Hotel is set up for all inclusive guests. We weren't all inclusive and missed the lack of a restaurant or a proper bar.
Upon check in we didn't receive any information about facilities or timings. We had to go back to request this. There are mixed messages around timings which was an annoyance. All signage said check out was 12pm and pool times were 8-8. Check out is actually 11am and pools times are 10-6 which wasn't good as it means no early swim before you go out for the day and no late cool down when you get back.
Few issues with the room. Safe didn't initially work, sink was leaking, pool towels weren't consistently left, no English TV channels, money was accidentally taken from the room. Most issues were resolved.
We didn't see any other English guests which was a shame.
There was also a large group of teenagers blaring music by the pool, drinking stupid amounts and coughing their guts up. The staff didn't do anything about this. We had to go elsewhere for the day. I didn't think it was this type of hotel.
Outside of being all inclusive there was no food options apart from room service or walking to the parent hotel.
No information around trips and excursions from the hotel. Maybe this could have been requested from the reception but it wasn't clear.

The hotel was amazing and the food was really good. The location is nice, its 20min walk from the old town. We got the free upgrade and the room was nice and clean with a nice terrace.

The pool area was nice, nice gardens and good walking distance into town!
Masks and gloves was not worn by a lot of people during the food buffets and even when I told the boss in the dining room, he didn't seem to care! Rooms really nice, but the tap and other fixtures very cheaply made and for only being a few years old, looked a lot worse then hours that are over 12 years old. Food was not acceptable for a so called 4 star hotel! I worked in the travel branch and was in charge of rating hotels and checking their standards and this hotel I would give max. 3 stars! Palm trees wasn't treated properly and a 2m sized branch came falling down 10 cm next to my husband, which could have seriously hurt him. We had our room in the main house which was very loud. Since all the guests that had been out partying walked past between 2 and 4 in the morning and were very loud.

Evening bar staff (only one lady serving the whole hotel) was so so wonderful.
The manager was rude. He asked reception to call me whilst I was sleeping demanding I settle my bill for water 2 full days before my checkout. This hotel does not have an adult pool. The website claims to and is false advertising. When told this, the manager changed the website.

The swimming pool and the help at the reception. And the Covid-19 doctor for daily testing is convenient.
Family atmosphere
We have reserved for the Apollon Windmill but we have been out in the Apollon so it was deceptive when we arrive in Taxi and he said “it’s closed”.
The hours of operation doesn’t allow to enjoy the All inclusive formula at 100% (early breakfast, pool that close early…)
One of the towel had big brown stains on it…
A little bit far away from the center of Kos town (25 min walk/ 7€ for a taxi)

Due to the current crisis we stayed at the ‘Apollon Hotel’ because the ‘Apolon Windmill’ (smaller hotel with limited amount of rooms) was closed. This hotel is just around the corner. Apolon Windmill is a new hotel (very modern hotel) so in the Apollon Hotel we received a big renovated room with some extra’s (to compensate the change). Both hotels are from the same group so I expect the same quality. We had a big room with 2 different bedrooms (with fridge), a modern bathroom, a lounge room & a nice balcony. Everything is clean & the gift when arriving is nice. The staff is very friendly, the location is a +- 20/25 min walk to the Harbor and the City Center. A bus stop is in front of the hotel and different supermarkets, bars and restaurants are very close to the hotel. They respect the current guidelines for the corona crisis while still delivering a great service.
The balcony was oriented north so almost no sun (detail)

Good breakfast care taken by staff. Pool area was good lacked some music. Good number of sunbeds
Was moved from apollon windmill to sister hotel apollon. Feel bit cheated by this because found the apollon windmill around the back with its own pool and seemed quieter although no bar.
The room offered did not seem deluxe twin so I am sure we were downgraded. Not much room around bed so quite tight. Balcony overlooked the rubbish bins at back of hotel so not great view. Although tv only got bbc world news no other English channels
Bit of a walk to kos town at least 2km on main road.

So clean and peaceful place, very convenient location, nice staff!
