Peaceful flowery oasis

We were travelling with 2 kids and one was very sick 😰All the staff was so helpful with us!!! A part from that we enjoyed the swimming pool, we appriciated the food and the atmosphere!! They were cleaning everywhere constantly! I would say it's a small peaceful flowery oasis that the whole family takes care about!

Great stay really close to public beach

We had a great stay at Muses and it had everything we needed - free easy parking, large and clean room, balcony with lovely pool view. The hotel is very close to the public beach, only about a minute or so away. And next to eat there are restaurants and bars. The quality to price ratio is great and defintely exceeded our expectations.

Internet didn't really work in the evening.

Good value for money

Small facility, very family friendly place, with a great pool and nice garden area. We booked the studio with terrace, with a great view on the sea, lots of space and everything clean. Parking in the yard, good breakfast.

Small suggestions, as nothing to complain: 1/ the door could be looked at as there is some damage 2/ there were cosmetics (shampoo/body wash) but no soap and is always well seen and useful in the bathroom 3/ the terraces should be better separated at least with a screen as you literally can see in the bedroom of your neighbor and it does not give you a sense of privacy (see picture)

The food on a breakfast and dinner were excellent! The room was perfect, and cleaners changed the towels everyday!

The location was good and the breakfast was fair. The pool was small but not many people so was somewhat reasonable. When available the staff was very nice and helpful. The coffee was decent.

Breakfast was limited in choices and not many healthy options. The front desk is not mended all the time so we had to call for them to come and check us in, which was not that big of a deal. There was no AC in the bedroom, only the living space, and no mosquito net on either window so couldn't open the windows for fresh air. We were provided with a fan, but after asking for it, that stopped working. The first night was so hot that my 2-year-old could not sleep. There was only one small garbage can in the bathroom and amenities in the living space were very very minimal. A small fridge, electrical cattle, and a table, that's it. The electricity will go out periodically but will come back very fast. Parking of course was a problem as everywhere else in Sozopol and once parked you would not want to take out your car in fear of not finding a spot when you come back. Overall the rooms were overpriced for the product they offered. I will not recommend and will not be going back there.

The hotel was clean, nice and cosy. The whole family liked the pool. We stayed in a room with the sea view and we were happy with it.

The property was located in the new part of the town which we were aware of. It was a bit of a walk from the hotel to the new side of the town however our 5 year old boy have managed to do it so it was not specifically a big issue.

Besides all the shortcomings, it was the friends who made our vacation ok.

The hotel is far from the beach with sunbeds and from the center. The pool is small. The rooms need renovation. Only the receptionist speaks English, the other staff members only Bulgarian.

About the same quality hotel as a Motel 6, but was available on short notice

the pool is definitely clean, as it smells strongly of chlorine, and it's a nice area, despite being kind of small

One of the rooms on the ground floor had a stain on the bed and was not comfortable. The bathroom light did not turn off. The other room on the second floor was nicer but the bathroom plumbing smelled funny, so we had to keep the door shut. Requested two rooms with a sea view but apparently that part of the booking is not guaranteed. I'm not even sure the hotel has a sea view. The terrace with the pool view was fine; table with a couple chairs. The terrace on the bottom floor room was sad. The wifi barely worked at all.

Incredible overall.

Food was great! Very family-friendly. The pool is a nice size for little kids too.

Great value for money!

This is a small family hotel with beautiful garden with a pool and private parking. Everywhere is very clean - rooms, stairs, the cafe, garden. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are really spacious and comfortable.

I am not sure about the location, we travelled by car but may be by foot it will be a bit far from the town center.

Overpriced property

It was clean and the sheets were changed regularly.

The breakfast was not good. Some of the food was rotten. The coffee was Nescafé and also disgusting. Everyday the breakfast was the same and items on the menu were fewer than they should be. The property is overpriced. The balcony was shared with another apartment and separated inadequately therefore our privacy was invaded. The parking was not big enough for the guests and it was a struggle to use the parking slots. The WI-FI was unreliable.

An overpriced place with kind staff

The staff was kind and there was parking spot

The place was very overpriced for the facilities that it provides. We were at the 3rd floor with baby and without an elevator it was a mission. The breakfast wasn’t that good either. Rooms were loud and you could hear the people talking in the next rooms.
