Soggiorno perfetto

We loved the view and the location was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were super kind. The apartment is very cozy

Superb Location

Great place with a beautiful sea-view , that has a lot of parking spaces also. Very close to the restaurants in the area and a 5 minute walk to the closest market. Room is big and very clean. The front garden has a cool statue so all in all , Great Time !

Nothing that refers to the property. The closest beach is 15 minutes away , so you need a car or an atv. Walking is also possible illuminated streets so all is good.

The apartment is very nice and very clean. The owners are friendly and ready to help if needed. They suggested us some good places to eat and some beautiful beaches.

Inarguably Idyllic

Artemi and Gerry were wonderful! They made sure we had the perfect holiday - they have created a lovely atmosphere in a beautiful setting with brilliant facilities. We will be back!

Ecellent location for access to Argostoli and the south west coast of the island.

The owners were very helpful, replied wvery quickly to our messages prior to visit. As our booking was a very early season booking they offered a a change from a ground floor room to first floor room for a better view. They welcome gift of a bottle of their home made produce, wine and some marmalade was greatly appreciated.

We were not greatly impressed by the fact that one had to stand in the shower tray in order to use the toilet.

beautiful clean apartments and garden. not far from the beach! beautiful sea view from your balcony. Artemi and her husband are a very lovely couple. room is cleaned everyday or if you don’t want to be disturbed every 3 days! they provided beach towels also thank you both 💖😃

An exceptionally well fitted apartment with friendly and helpful hosts.

Excellently equipped, clean and exceptional hosts.

The apartment was not as large as I expected for a Junior Suite, however, it was perfectly adequate for 2 people and the facilities more than compensated.

Excellent friendly host, met at location. Room was wonderfully renovated and view from balcony was amazing

Bed was quite uncomfortable and some issues with shower pressure/temperature. If this is fixed would be an almost perfect property!

the accommodation is very old and need a renovation. The insulation is nearly zero, tough bed and broken toilet. Also the bathroom is very small ams the curtain stack to. your bodie while you are having a shower.

Excellent place!

Our room had everything we needed and a beautiful sea view. The owner is very kind and caring, our son stepped on the wosp on the beach and Artemi was more knowledgeable than local doctors in the hospital. The area is nice and quiet. We would stay there again!

Perfect!

The room was stunning. A recently refurbished large room that was beautifully decorated with lots of lovely touches and style. An extremely well equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with some amazing complimentary toiletries! Nice quiet aircon. The location has gorgeous views over the Ionian and is not far from tavernas and supermarkets.

Very nice and safe place and a beautiful location. Also, great place to do remote working and a holiday with a good Wi-Fi and lovely atmosphere. Very close to the shops and restaurants and the beaches. Thank you so much to the lovely hosts Artemi, Gerry and Vilma! I will definitely be back!

Artemi and Gerry are wonderful hosts, very engaging and interesting people. The room is large and comfortable. It has a useful little kitchen if you want to prepare basic dishes, a dining table inside and a place to eat outside. The view is fantastic from the private terrace. Even though the place is dated, its still very stylish, clean and very comfortable. Parking is easy, lots of space. The beach is 20 minutes walk away but there are restaurants, bars, food markets etc all within 5 minutes walk. Excellent value!

A Serene and tranquil hideaway.

The hosts were personable and friendly, A wonderful greeting on arrival. The room was perfect, homely and comfortable. Everything that we could need was there for us .The addition of heating and air conditioning was welcomed for the time of year. Beautiful views over the Ionian Sea and bays. The grounds are well kept and aesthetic true to the pictures. The location was serene and the surrounding countryside is impressive with olive groves and mountains. In open season there are two grill houses five minutes walk turning left up the road. The main street has ample supermarket provision and Petros's was well stocked with all one could need - fresh bread, local honey, feta and eggs. A great selection of wines and spirits and local wine which is very pleasant. The walk to Lourdata is down hill and well signposted , dotted with a few eateries and a mini mart. The beach is a mixture of shingle to the far left and sand to the far right of the front. Water shoes are a must for all. The walk back is taxing and a good work out to be honest. The other beaches are a good stroll too, but ok. There is a taxi driver in the village whom the hosts can help you with. On a practical point, Kefalonia airport does not accept digital tickets via the app so you MUST print them out. There is an internet cafe in Agristoli which I found easy to use for this job. (the far side of the square) There is an glass bottomed boat you can take an excursion in the summer months. The other tip we were given was to eat in the square and not the front, the grill house was simple and wonderful as was the small Creperie. . A taxi from Agristoli to the airport was set at 20 euros, but the bus runs in the summer months. There are two duty free shops in the airport and what looks like a cafe outside the airport with outside seating should you arrive early.

Nothing to report here at all. The accommodation is fantastic and I would recommend the town for it's serenity and escapism. The beach wasn't the conventional beach one would expect but if you are looking to escape, you found the perfect Greek getaway with your decent footwear.

Great view Big studio, enough space. Location was wonderful , close to a bus station, to many tavernas , supermarket, beach. For all the above and especially the owners I recommend this place !

I could have used more pans in the kitchen.
