Como punto positivo: > El tamaño de la habitación era bueno y contaba con amenités > El barrio era seguro, pero con pocos comercios.

Como punto negativo: > El personal no te ayudaba en nada. > El hotel es enorme, pero parece abandonado. Habitaciones abiertas sin nadie dentro, zonas abandonadas, partes en obras.

Customer service the front task staff great but the recovery service and customer service on a whole deporable

It was clean

The breakfast was cold fruit was uncover seem to be cut up a while it was dry also found hair in my egg and which lead to me heading to the room vomiting etc. Headache food poisoning I will never ever go back there customers service is the worst and management have the never to tell the staff indicated to us that only thing they can do is a piece of cake and a complementary glass of wine that how I started my honeymoon .. epic dissatisfaction

Great location, value for the accommodation, great stuff breakfast included and very nice.

Stuff friendly, helpful, location is a plus, cleaning and food was good.

Only one Ice Machine very far from my room. But I got assistance from the stuff and was not that bad.

Met people from many different cultures.

The breakfast was ample. The best thing was the view of the beautiful northern range (mountains) from my winow and verandah.

There was a slight smell of mold in the bathroom possibly coming from the shower curtain? And a few mosquitoes, because it rained a lot, which was to be expected, since it was the rainy season. The architecture/layout of the hotel was unusual, and had an old world charm to it!

Lovely stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed a recharger for my phone and the receptionist went through quite a bit of trouble and had one delivered to my room. Everyone was super helpful 👍🏽

I didn't like it that I didn't get a chance to swim in the swimming pool. But that's my own fault 😁

The outdoor Atmosphere. Pool area was amazing.

The beds was not comfortable, one of the tv firestick remote was missing I did get any help with that . Basically rented 2 rooms end up using one room because of that .

my stay was ok except for my Fiancé damage hand when he fell due to a broken chair in our room.

My experience here was very sad.

The Location is very quiet and is in close proximity to the savannah, the zoo and many other places of interests. It was quite easy to find.

The breakfast was horrendous ... it was overcooked under seasoned eggs or sausages fried in ketchup or barbecue sauce with supermarket bought bread every day. The pastry and coconut bake (one time) served was extremely stale. The dishes were extremely small and needed to be discarded. There was repair work taking place in the room we stayed, also apparently there was an elephant staying in the room above us that trampled the entire stay. There were no spa services available, and I got a hint of classism and racism at the hotel. I felt as though my money wasn't valued there. The bathroom fittings were old and outdated. The room didn't even as much as have mats and rugs in it. It was really disheartening, I apologized to my hubby the entire stay.

Superb

The most helpful and friendly staff !! Location is everything to me. I walked to see my family and center of Port of Spain. Room extremely clean and overlooking the pool. I felt like I was in a mansion.

Breakfast was extremely limited ! If you are looking for a hardy breakfast this is not the spot for you. Pool need needed to be cleaned however it was not disgusting.

too overpriced and too outdated.

the location and size of room is decent.. half the staff are lovely and friendly.

sure I was the only guest there yet half the staff looked like I was irritating them when I asked simple questions… I.e can you book me a taxi?!I everything needs repairing or updating… attitude of (half) staff and what you have to pay for your stay, it’s not worth it.

Enjoyable. Good value

The hotel is located in an idle spot where it's close to the busy town but seems peaceful and hidden. The staff was courteous and the rooms are nice for the price I paid. The breakfast was enjoyable as they offer local foods as well as the ordinary continental. The pool is lovely but it's 9 ft deep which is great for swimmers like myself.

The restaurant is temporarily closed down so meals had to be requested in advance. Also the hotel doesn't have elevators.
