Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Kurzurlaub!

Das Personal war super aufmerksam, freundlich und gut organisiert. Das Angebot beim Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Schwimmbad. Wir konnten sogar am Abreisetag noch den Wellnessbereich den ganzen Tag nutzen.

Es war leider sehr warm im Zimmer, eine Klimaanlage wäre super. Und leider hat das Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank für Getränke.

War ein entspannter, erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Naturnaher Umgebung.

Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen ließ.

Leider der Außenpool zu klein für so viele Gäste und Kinder. Schwimmen war deshalb nur eingeschränkt möglich. Es bräuchte auch draußen mehr Sonnenschirme und Liegen.

The hotel is great and highly recommended!

The staff was really nice and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Swimming pool for kids was nice. Overall the atmosphere was very good.

Lunch is very poor. Unfortunately, for dinner and lunch there was only one option for kids (not vegetarian). Kids game area can be a bit bigger.

Lovely Easter break

The Easter program for kids was really lovely - they had many activities organised and overall the hotel is very kids friendly. The spa is also wonderful and it was not too crowded although the hotel seemed pretty full. The food was amazing, both breakfast and dinner.

The only remark is that the rooms are a bit small, but we were still comfy and they are well designed.

Peaceful surroundings.

For the price they should update the interior on the rooms as the decor quite tacky and dated. The hotel is a bit far away from the lake and not easy for smaller children without a car. They also charge too much for car parking which should be included in the expensive price as it is not conveniently located to the train. They were sneaky about that and only note it to the fine print on your key card holder. Outdoor "heated" pool was very cold. I'm sure in Summer this is a lovely location for families, bikers and golfers!

Perfect to relax.

There was a good variety of food options and the quality was pretty good. The staff was all very friendly, without exception. They made us feel welcome. The location is quiet, perfect to relax and to forget about the big city.

There is a little lounge missing for hanging out and reading a book. The space for children could have been a little bit bigger.

The location, near the lake and the forest. The friendly staff and the premises. All quiet and clean.

You need a car to reach the hotel so, we rent one. Take into account this cost.

Nice weekend

the propriety is nice and the people can relax here .. I loved the pool. the outdoor pool was amazing. the room is small but very clean.the staff was very friendly with us. if you take the full board you can stay in the hotel and it is a very easy option.

I had the full board - the breakfast and dinner was ok but the lunch was poor. maybe you can give more options. the parking price is a little bit expensive .. 11 euro per day

good location and facility, clean and modern rooms

No air conditioning in the hotel. catering staff seemed overworked and gave the impression that guests were unwanted. hotel is a little away from main towns which is comfortable but charging for car parking per day when it is nearly impossible to travel there without a car

Superb

Nice and clean room with a big shower. After our biking tour we enjoyed the comfort of our room as well as the hotel spa. Both breakfast and dinner offered multiple choices of delicious food. We were very happy and are looking forward to come again and enjoye the resort more.

Since we came only for 1 night, we weren't able to use the provided spa pass.

The price was a little expensive when you consider the rooms, but the amenities make up for it

Fabulous, practical hotel for a few days away from it all. The two pools were great both for parents and children, and there's a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the garden. The lake is just a few minutes by foot.

The room layout wasn't the most ideal with a 1 year old who needs to sleep at 7pm, however there is the possibility to place a curtain between the bed and the crib so that at least the light doesn't annoy the baby :)

The location is really amazing and relaxing.

Most of the staff didn't speak english, and sometimes they were not very polite. Fortunately there were some exceptions. The rooms didn't have air conditioning, and with the high temperatures that were felt in that week it was very uncomfortable during the night

Worth to stay.

The peaceful and calm atmosphere, very delicious food( but a little meager in the sense of choice in breakfast)

The absent of proper children playgrounds. It has a children room attached to the restaurant but obviously it is not enough for the families with children.

no cleaning, two nights we stayed with full garbage can and no fresh towels. poor equipment in the room, breakfast and dinner strictly at appointed time (one hour) - hard to relax with kids
