About this apartment rental

spacious and very fresh just finished restructuring on the 1st floor of an apartment building in the area "Airfield". Is therefore in the south of Viareggio crow flies with the dockyard beach (beautiful beach resorts), and with the onset of long natural public beach that leads from Viareggio to Torre del Lago Puccini (part of the Nature Park Migliarino, San Rossore and Massaciuccoli).
Consists of 2 large bedrooms and a small bedroom, a bathroom and a small bathroom, kitchen, large lounge, terrace on three sides. Just finished renovating and tastefully decorated. Residential area with all services available, slightly offset from the center but easy to reach. interesting detail: parking available and free.

La casa è comoda e spaziosa. Il sig. Giuseppe molto cordiale e disponibile. Unica pecca i lavori nel cortile condominiale durante le 'ore del silenzio' che oltretutto hanno impedito l'utilizzo del parcheggio interno.

Ho passato 5 giorni nell’appartamento del sig Giuseppe a Viareggio insieme alle mie due amiche di sempre. Casa fresca e in un condominio in una zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere sia il mare che l’autostrada per poter visitare le belle località della ns Toscana . Ci siamo trovate molto bene.

Our stay at Giuseppe's and Roberta's place was very pleasant. Their apartment is very spacious and a great deal for the price! As owners, Giuseppe and Roberta have gone above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is very clean and we soon managed to feel ourselves at home. It is a comfortable distance away from the touristic crowd, which gives visitors a chance to enjoy the real Viareggio like a local. We have comfortably reached the beach and peer - with all the restaurants and nightlife - by car in about 10 minutes, and felt safe to know that we could park our car inside a gated area of the property. We also enjoyed the large balcony and the well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to enjoy a few meals at home in a relaxing setting. Giuseppe's and Roberta's apartment is a great option at a great price for anyone who plans to visit the region.

Io ed i miei amici abbiamo soggiornato in questa abitazione e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è molto bella, grande, pulita ed i proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. L'unica pecca è che bisogna aver la macchina per raggiungere il mare in dieci - quindici minuti altrimenti a piedi ce ne vogliono molti di più dato che bisogna girare intorno alla Pineta. E' stata una vacanza di qualche giorno ma niente da ridire, grazie! Laura ed amici.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche, zwei Bädern und einem großen Balkon sehr geräumig. Für diese Größe ist der Preis sehr günstig gewesen! Außerdem ist sie nett eingerichtet und ordentlich und sauber. Die Küche ist auch ganz gut ausgestattet (es gibt eine Spülmaschine!). Unser Auto konnten wir im zum Haus gehörenden Hof parken. Das Apartment liegt in einer wenig touristischen Gegend, sodass echtes Italienfeeling aufkommt. Zum sehr schönen kostenlosen Sandstrand kommt man zu Fuß in 30 Minuten, mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Der Gastgeber Giuseppe und seine Frau (die ausgezeichnet englisch spricht) sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns zum Beispiel gezeigt, wo wir am besten parken, uns gute Restaurants in der Umgebung empfohlen und uns sehenswerte Städte ans Herz gelegt. Dafür haben sie extra eine Landkarte vorbeigebracht. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen!
