This charming bungalow has been COMPLETELY REMODELED!
Ceramic tile was installed throughout the house as well as being freshly painted, and all new furnishings! No smoking please. Meticulously clean and attention given to detail! All towels, linens, are stocked and ready for your arrival! We have a weekly maintenance service for our swimming pool and lawn care! So you can just sit back, relax & enjoy! We have it all, just bring your suitcase!

The outdoors include a generous floating dock if you need to dock your boat, and a poolside deck with professional landscaping. BBQ Grill and Kayak & inflatable paddle board available for your use!
This property is adjacent to a protected bird sanctuary, therefore it is very peaceful and quiet, while spending time outside... maybe even taking a quiet nap in our poolside lounge chair!

Worth every penny! Very pleased with our stay at this home. DeeDee (our host) was very responsive and attentive. The home itself was clean and well stocked with towels, linens and all the kitchenware needed to cook. More importantly, all the amenities advertised were functional including the gas grill. The area was quiet and peaceful. Hudson has a variety of great hole in the wall restaurants and is just over an hour from Tampa. Great location, great home and great host. I highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay DeeDee.

Really clean and well maintained. The pool was great to swim in during the day! The fire pit was easy to use and enjoyable. Got lots of towels and linens to use. DeeDee was really easy to talk to and very accommodating.

I was a little concerned as we drove into the neighborhood but when we arrived at the property, it’s a gem! Immaculate, with a nice kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a meal and take it outside to eat on the deck. Fun kayaking right off the dock especially at sunset. A quiet getaway. A great bird sanctuary in Hudson.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. Anywhere you stay will have some issues pop up but how those issues are handled will make or break your vacation. We had an issue with the outdoor grill and I will say the host DeeDee had a brand new one setup and waiting for us the same day we told her about it. Excellent customer service!

My sister and I, along with our 4 teens spent a week of Spring Break here. Great water front, quiet community. We loved the kayaks to paddle out to the Gulf. Property was very clean and had every amenity you can imagine! Pool is not heated so heads up it is chilly in cooler months - we still all got in and had fun! This is a great get away. If you are looking for an escape from the crowds of people this is it!

Not only was the bungalow clean and right on the water, Dee was a perfect communicator! We had a fantastic almost two weeks. We enjoyed the floating dock to dock a boat and fishing on the property. The observation deck was a great bonus, especially on New Year's Eve to see fireworks. Thank you!

This property is amazing. I’m not sure why they don’t charge more. Waterfront is an understatement. Pool is perfect for a small family. The bungalow looks brand new on the inside. I’ve stayed at hundreds of homes. This is definitely a favorite. Property manager was great to deal with.

46 year old married couple of 25 years. We stayed 6 nights in this lovely Bungalow. We LOVE our stay. Charming and relaxing our entire stay. Fully stocked and well kept. The bed was super comfortable and the window ac kept us cool and slept all night. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the scenery. This was our 25th wedding anniversary and we left feeling refreshed. Highly recommend for couples retreat!!

When we first arrived I was a bit skeptical, but this little Bungalow is a hidden gem. Soon as we walked through the gate and to the back we were in awe. The house itself was clean, the beds were comfortable. The pool was refreshing. My 15 and 17 yr old boys enjoyed the kayaks and fishing. Just a 1.7 miles from Hudson Beach, there's also Hudson ice cream a real treat. There is a Heron or Crane, we named her Stella, she visits frequently during the day and she only likes string cheese, hot dogs and fish, we had a couple ducks visit who liked to bicker like an old married couple. The coolest thing though, is as my son was fishing off the dock a dolphin swam right underneath it. Man what a precious exciting memory for all of us. It zipped rt on through no time to get pictures. Around 830am the sun comes up over the trees and it's game on, wear lots of Sunscreen. Definitely put on my favorites to return in the future. This was one of the Best Vacations we have had, we relaxed, we enjoyed different sightseeing attractions, and felt very comfortable.

Cute little bungalow in quiet but distressed area

This property is definitely one of the better kept homes in the area. The home, for the most part is clean. The things that brought down cleanliness score was some mold in the jacuzzi jets so I wouldn’t let my son take a bath; showers only. I also saw mouse droppings in one of the kitchen drawers on the last day but never saw any rodents at any point. I always wash kitchen stuff before we use it in any rental anyway. The pool had a lot of leaves on the bottom but it was too cold to swim. The bed was supper comfy and the unit well appointed with items you don’t always find in a rental like aluminum foil and spices. Having the grill was great, although the one warmer night was a little buggy by the water. There was a lot of places to sit out back which was also very nice when you wanted to be in or out of the sun or wind. The kayaks were definitely the highlight! We went out to the ocean and saw dolphins. My husband really enjoys fishing but never caught anything off the property. The owner was very kind and nice. She even offered for us to stay past check out since we checked in very late the first day. Check in was super easy but staying there required a 6 page document of instructions. I felt a little overwhelmed trying to read through it while on the road for 19 hours. Lengthy instructions would have been appreciated the day prior to check in rather than our day of travel.

Arrived to a clean and well cared for bungalow with an owner that cared about your enjoyment. Small but lovely pool that was perfect for our stay. The weather was incredible and the southern exposure made for a perfect spot to take in the sunshine.
