Great location , great hosts.

The location was fantastic, a short walk to the ruins with lots of amazing places to eat nearby! Breakfast was plentiful and Maria and Nicoletta were great hosts. We loved the shutters that could be controlled from inside the room, making it completely dark, and allowing for a restful sleep. The building we were in felt secure with keycard access.

The beds were not the most comfortable with itchy thin sheets, the bottom kept sliding off the mattress and the top had a small hole and was not the warmest. We were upgraded for free to the suite with a Jacuzzi tub but the jets were not clean so we didn't feel comfortable using it. Whilst the building was mostly secure, the door which led to our suite and the one next door was often left open and didn't feel very safe. Breakfast would have been better had there been other options than just sweet and sugar pastries such as a plain croissant/fruits but overall was nice and it was great we were allowed to take some leftovers with us.

The room has everything you need and it is very comfortable! Perfect for some nights in Pompei! The property manager took care of us from the first moment we entered the place. She was also able to advance breakfast time in the same morning (I did not realize the day before that breakfast started only at 08.30 but we needed to be at the ruins at 09.00). Very fast in replying to messages!! She took care of our luggages the day after. Very recommended!

Perfette 👌🏻

I had an absolute lovely time staying here during my travels. As a solo female traveler I always read all reviews to find the friendliest and safest places of course, and Maison De Lux was awesome! It’s in a very safe area, I was happy wandering around on my own, and Nicoletta really knows how to look after her guests. The breakfast as everyone said - is out of this world and I got packed lunches each day for exploring. The room was spotless, fresh towels every day and I got an amazing spa bath in my room that was a highlight! Nothing was too much trouble - I had to complete some writing work and they got me a kettle and tea in my room (essential for me being from England!!) Maria answers all questions immediately - and when I got locked out one day, the were there in minutes to help me! I highly recommend if you want to feel truly looked after during your stay!

I might have gained a few pounds from all the lovely grub - I don’t normally eat breakfast but I couldn’t resist!

Estancia feliz en Maison de Luxe.

El desayuno es magnífico, y lo que no consumas lo puedes llevar para consumir durante el resto del día. Seleccioné Maison de Luxe en parte por el desayuno. También la hora de check-in (más temprano que otros lugares en Pompeya) fue un factor para seleccionar este hotel. La atención del personal es inmejorable, te hace sentir como en casa.

No podría criticar nada.

Excellent location and staff, and people who like to eat a lot, everything offer for you.

Overwhelmed breakfast! Salad, eggs, meet product, and many kind of bread, as well as cappuccino. They try the best to serve guests happy. The location, close to train station and short cut to archeological park Pompeii .

Gran atención y limpieza, desayuno y ubicación.

Tanto María como el personal fueron súper amables y atentas en todo momento. La habitación limpísima y muy amplia, con almacenaje y servicios como secador, champú, gel... La nuestra tenía un balcón con persiana que aislaba bien del ruido de la calle. La ubicación es perfecta. En el desayuno te ponen tanto que es imposible acabárselo, pero ellas te permiten llevarte todo lo que sobra en bolsitas para poder consumirlo durante el día (el que incluyan fruta es un gran acierto que se distingue de otros alojamientos donde solo ponen dulces). María estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo momento, incluso con detalles como un paraguas y alcanzarnos en coche a una excursión porque llegábamos tarde. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Por poner una posible mejora, la habitación no se encuentra aislada con respecto a la recepción y si hay ruido o personas hablando se escucha bastante. La primera noche un ruido que creemos que venía de las tuberías nos perturbó un poco el sueño. Es algo que podría mejorarse pero es solo un detalle, repetiríamos la estancia seguro.

Camera molto carina, personale super cordiale! Gentilissimi, davvero. Inoltre, posizione perfetta sia per raggiungere la stazione che il centro e gli scavi, e colazione varia e abbondante, i cui avanzi puoi portare con te, quindi nessun spreco!

スタッフが優しくてとても親切でした到着すると私達のためにカフェラテを入れてくれ、子供達の為ににジュースやフルーツお菓子など出してくれました。お部屋も綺麗でとても可愛かったです。朝食も種類が多く美味しかったです。朝食の残りでサンドイッチを作ることを、スタッフの彼女は勧めてくれて、それが私達のランチにもなりとても助かりました。素敵な宿。皆様におすすめします。

Güzel bir konumda harika bir misafirperverlik

Sınırsız kahve ve çay ikramları vardı. Ayrıca akşam ikram olarak yöresel hamur işlerinden ikram etti. Merkez istasyona aşırı yakın olması ayrı bir avantaj. Oda gayet büyük, rahat,temiz ve güzeldi.

Sadece ingilizce bilmiyordu fakat Google translate ile anlaştık

Excelente desayuno, muy abundante. Personal muy amable y predispuesto a ayudar. Lugar limpio y bien ubicado.

Había ruidos externos ajenos al alojamiento que dificultaban descansar por la noche, pero era culpa de algún vecino de la propiedad.

Amazing

Both girls were absolutely amazing hosts and genuinely seemed to care about their guests. A week before our stay, I messaged to find out what time breakfast was as wanted to book an Askos Tour of Pompeii which started at 9.30 and wasn't sure we'd make it in time. Without hesitation, Maria, the owner said not to worry as she would drive us there in her car which she did. On the morning we had breakfast and were given doggy bags to take some food away with us which saved us having to buy lunch. On our last morning we had to leave early so said we wouldn't be needing breakfast but were amazed to be met at the main entrance by the lovely girl who I can't remember her name, but told us to wait as she was going to give us some pastries to take with us. I've failed to mention just how lovely the room was. Thank you so much for making our stay in Pompei so wonderful.

Maria is the perfect host!

This place was wonderful and breakfast was generous-intended for guests to take food with them for the day, which is unusual. They also let us leave our luggage early. Maria helped us with our reservations for the ferry to Capri and she personally drove us to the ferry in Castella Mare, then hands us a bag of sandwiches and bottled water. Maria was the perfect host!

Very enjoyable.

Plenty of food for breakfast. Countless croissants were provided, bread, ham, cheese etc. More than we could eat. Nicoleta was lovely and extremely helpful. Gave us small bags to take food with us for our lunch. Lovely touch.

Ah...nothing really except half hour walk from the train. However, it was good exercise and the weather was wonderful. Couldn't connect to the WiFi though and my phone signal was intermittent.

Fantastico !!

Siamo arrivati e Maria ci ha subito accolti e fatto parcheggiare; entrati in struttura ci ha mostrato la camera; e detto che volendo ne aveva una ancora più comoda..essendo libera a lei non costava niente e c’ha messo nella Suite !! Senza chiederci niente di differenza ; Premetto che la suite aveva un bellissimo idromassaggio, una doccia con più getti; l’indomani mattina come letto nelle recensioni di molti altri la colazione è stata abbondante, buona con prodotti di pasticceria freschissimi . (Fidatevi sono una Pasticcera) che dire come ho detto a Maria consiglierò questo posto ad altre persone e se capita di nuovo so dove soggiornare . Ah dimenticavo il letto dove abbiamo dormito noi ha fatto la differenza! Non ha le molle !! E un letto come si deve !

Tutto eccezionale. Accoglienza, posizione, pulizia e servizi al top, colazione “suntuosa”. Maria e Nicoletta sono insuperabili, ti fanno sentire veramente a casa, coccolati e protetti. Siamo stati veramente bene, la disponibilità, simpatia e professionalità fanno di questo posto qualcosa di unico e ben fruibile. Torneremo di sicuro e lo raccomandiamo senza esitazione a tutti !!! Alojamiento genial

Lucia y María fueron anitrionas excepcionales. Lucia nos recibió y se aseguró de darnos todas las indicaciones necesarias para nuestra estancia, nos dejaron acceder al estacionamiento del edificio. El desayuno fue increíblemente basto y además el día de nuestra salida tuvimos que salir temprano y María nos dejó desayuno en el refrigerador para llevar. La habitación y el baño son espaciosas y cómodas, la habitación cuneta con A/C. La ubicación está muy cerca a la estación de tren.

Exceptional accomodation with great breakfast and all necessities included

Everything. The young lady, host, was exceptional. From welcoming my family and I, to the daily breakfast which was exceptional and plentiful. Even supplies take away bags to take unfinished pastries with you. Rooms are comfortable and clean and all necessities included. A short 5 minute stroll brings you into the heart of Pompeii with an abundance of dining and desert options. Another 5 minutes and you reach the entry to Pompeii. Location is also good for exploring Amalfi coast and surrounding areas. An easy 45 to 55 minutes. Hope to stay here again and definitely recommend.

Not much to not like. Possibly a small fridge in room and a kettle for coffee. Nevertheless, great accommodation I definitely recommend.

An amazing and relaxing experience

A very nice place to stay. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was delightful and eager to help. Lucia and Maria went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. It’s within walking distance from town centre and ruins. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Pompei

Everything was great. Lucia was very attentive as a host, and very pleasant. Maria was also attentive, and dealt with our only small issue immediately! The spa bath is fantastic, and the room very clean. Breakfast was so huge and wish we could have eaten more. Not a bad word to say, incredible!

We love to stay here especially breakfast is stunning and you can take with you for lunch if you can’t finish them all.The room is super clean they always keep the room tidy. The 2 ladies are very very friendly and will make sure you have a nice stay.

The location is super close to the city center, also the private parking (7 min walking) is super ok and keeps your care safe. The staf is super frindly and helpfull paing attention to yiur needs. My wife is having gluten issues and the staf made her a gluten free breakfast at no extra cost. This was quite impressive.

Excellent place for a visit to Pompeii, beautiful rooms and great staff.

We didn't stay for breakfast as we had an early start but Lucia was so kind she said she would have prepared breakfast for us to take with us if we had told her in advance. The rooms are great, we had a choice of three different rooms, all lovely and our stay was short but very very pleasant. If you come to Pompeii, this is the best place to stay without a doubt.
