Immaculately presented 2nd floor sunny apartment near Sovereign Harbour Marina with entry-phone system, secure allocated free parking & gorgeous sea views to enjoy all year round from the comforts of your seats and direct beach access!

The bright, spacious living area with double patio doors, opens to the private balcony.

Fold away beach chairs, umbrella & picnic table provided to take down to the beach for al-fresco dining. There is also a bike rack in our parking bay to store your bikes. Fast, unlimited fibre optic broadband & wifi included in the rental.

Access to the apartment is by lift or stairs. Gas central heating throughout with individual thermostats on each radiator. Baby travel cot, changing mat & high chair available to use free of charge.

The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast table and chairs to enjoy the views while you eat. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, double fitted wardrobe and en-suite. Second bedroom has two single beds, large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. Main bathroom has a bath, wash basin and toilet.

The prestigious Sovereign Harbour Marina offers plenty of shops, cafes, cinema, large supermarket and exquisite range of international cuisine. There is no need to use your car and stress about finding parking spaces as the bus stop is just top of our road. It offers regular service to Eastbourne town centre & train station with easy connections to Brighton, Hastings, direct train to Gatwick Airport, London & Ashford International (Eurostar service to Europe) and many other attractions. Golf Courses and sailing clubs within walking distance.

Admiralty Court is perfect as a base for families, couples or friends seeking relaxing, walking and cycling holidays. The apartment is also ideal for short term rentals having plenty of storage and telephone is available on request.

Nearby interesting places to visit are: Seven Sisters Country Park, Beachy Head, Cow Gap Shore, Fishing Mark and Birling Gap not to be missed! Brighton and Hastings easily accessible by train or 30 minute drive. Pevensey Castle and Pevensey Bay (where William the Conqueror landed in 1066) is 5 min drive. The many attractions in Kent, like Hever Castle, Leeds Castle, Tunbridge Wells, Sissinghurst and the White Cliffs of Dover are also worth a visit and great days out.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment, the photos really do not do it justice!!! Brilliant location to the local restaurants at the harbour and the views to the sea were amazing and so relaxing. We would love to stay here again and we will definitely return. Lovely little stay.

A lovely apartment in a nice part of Soverign Harbour. Very peaceful and relaxing Beautiful outlook to the beach and sea. The apartment was immaculately clean. Nice bed linen and white towels. We were lucky with the weather which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Lovely comfortable apartment with everything needed for a short or longer stay. The view of the sea from the living areas is a real bonus. Visiting in January it wasn't warm enough to sit on the small balcony but curling up warm and toasty on the sofa watching the sun rise made up for it. We didn't have much time to explore but the location is perfectly situated for trips to Eastbourne, Brighton, Hastings, South Downs etc. Just a 2 minute drive away is Sovereign Harbour, which has some good shops and restaurants and there is a great walk from there into Eastbourne along the coast, which takes about an hour. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay at Pevensey. Just sitting on a sofa and looking out to sea was just what we needed. Asda just around the corner and many restaurants just a short walk away. The kitchen, a beautifully appointed room , was the ideal spot to watch the sunrise, which we did most mornings. We will certainly be going there again.

The apartment is to die for. Everything you could wish for and much more than you were hoping for. The apartment is clean and tidy and everything you need is supplied. The stand out feature is the view and the location of Sovereign Harbour with it's shops and restaurants. We would return in a heartbeat!!

Literally overlooking the beach and a short walk from the marina, this was a super base to spend a short break for half term with the family. The apartment itself was very smart with everything you needed for your stay. A short drive (10mins) into Eastbourne (pier / old town) and to Beachy Head / Seven Sisters with breath-taking scenery. Not too far (45mins) from Brighton & Hastings to explore along the coast. Nina was a super efficient, helpful host who gave us lots of suggestions of things to do.

"I could really live here" he said, and he is extraordinarily picky about where he would consider staying long term. Honestly, the listing didn't do this place justice - walking in was absolutely breathtaking with the view, and we were so comfortable from dining supplies, beds, bathrooms, and anything we could need. The only challenge was following all of the check out instructions with two very young children all by the requested 10am check out time, but we managed. We would jump at the chance to stay here again.

We loved this immaculate flat with direct and expansive view of a beautiful part of the English Channel. The living room had the view that we didn’t want to walk away from. The kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds for the whole family. Master bedroom with en suite. Second bathroom with tub. Private gated parking on site. Steps to the beach. What’s not to love?

Excellent position to enjoy Eastbourne and surrounding area. The views from apartment were spectacular. The kids especially loved the easy access to the beach. We are hoping to be able to return in the Summer. Would not hesitate to recommend.

From walking in from the secure parking area you see well kept pot plants and and a security door. Stairwell is well kept leading to the front door. On entering you see a modern clean hallway and on opening the door to the lounge are greeted by a stunning sea view. This room is matched by well equipped kitchen, modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Like home from home with lovely coastal views. Can't fault it. Hope to return

Everything was perfect for our holiday stay at the apartment! The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. The apartment was clean and tidy with all essentials available. We had no problems during our visit. The seaview was very pleasant and luckily the weather was good too with so much winter sunshine. We had a very relaxing and peaceful time and would like to Eastbourne again!

Good communication from the start to the end of our stay. The apartment was lovely, the sea/beach view from the balcony/frontroom/kitchen was fantastic. All rooms were good and the whole apartment was very clean. Nice little touches here and there. 2 minute walk to the beach via a private gate. Private gated car parking. Plemty to see and do in local area. Good fishing tackle shop nearby. Supermarkets and takeaways deliver. All in all top stars we would stay again.

The property was all that it said it was in the listing. Sparkling clean and on the beach with the sea just metres away. The only small issue for us was no anti slip mats in the bath or shower and we had my 85 year old mum with us so this wasn’t good. However, I’m sure that’s down to hygiene and covid restrictions.

A really enjoyable little break . All very straight forward, picked up keys with no problems. Blown away by the view when we got there, and lucky enough to have some sun. Will definitely look to book again. Great location, great apartment. Very nice touch of a bottle of Prosecco when got there. All in all a fab girlie weekend

Perfect location for a peaceful short break. Excellent apartment, really well equiped with everything you could need.
