Overall pleasant stay, fair price, clean room, comfortable beds and nice location

Overall the stay was pleasant, friendly staff, clean room. Vicinity offers a lot of local food and easy transport access.

BF should have more wider variation or more items. It should be served in the dinning hall.

Only location.

Approach to hotel is not good, electric pole with thousands of hanging wire in front of entrance gives very dangerous and poor look. One of the lady receptionist is always angry and misbehaved. We were allotted one of the premium rooms with tripple occupancy. However, the linens were dirty, we had struggled to get them changed. Washroom has leaking taps, no ventilation in room. Only one window, which is permanently closed with dark glaze. In room breakfast is very bad. No choice of dishes. Very rigid on time. There is no restaurant. They refused to serve after 10:00. It will be better to book the room without breakfast. There are good places for breakfast at walking distance from hotel.

Good location

Good location close to the train station. Good breakfast, spacious rooms.

Stains on the sheets (common in India though), rough mattresses. There were no towels and toilet paper in the room (also common in India) and asked for some. They didn’t do anything for hours and needed another reminder. No laundry service and they couldn’t recommend any. Also there was a loud fight one night and fire alarm another night.

Good place to stay

Comfortable room size with two double beds. Clean bathroom. Staff is good.

One Tube light and dim light not working. Staff could have checked before allotment to guests. Wifi router did not getting connected and staff could not resolve the router issue.

Never Again

Almost nothing! Execpt the reception. We had 3 rooms for one night. Every room had its own issue, from the horrific noise of the elevator shaft to the smelly room, and openings between the bedroom and bathroom!

Horrible service, dirty rooms, bad-mannered owner and operator, noisy, sticky, spotty, smelly, and all the bad things combined! On top of that, they charged us for an entire night, for late check-out at 2 PM! Yes, 2 pm!

Breakfast okk Breakfast was free they charge for second day tea and don't gave the breakfast in one room

Service bad they didn't gave plate and spoon we brought food from outside they don't gave breakfast in one room and charge for tea also which was free with breakfast. They show for 5 people two room with breakfast fast 7800 for two days they charge 9500

Service was realy good. The staff was considerate for our requests. The breakfast was also good amd hygeinic.

Nearby location is not great. There are few famous stalls. But roads are not good around, that's just lucknow.
