A classic Spanish home, with charm and character. The host was very responsive when we needed him.

This home was stunning! Check in was easy and the host had many good reccomendations for places to see and eat. One of our favorite things was the perfect location to walk to just about anything, all the sights, restaurants, shops, etc. There was plenty of room for all of us (7, three grown kids, two spouses). The little rooftop terrace was a wonderful little bonus. Would love to return someday.

We loved staying in this charming house with its lovely traditional features. There was ample space for us all with adequate facilities provided for our stay. However a better bread knife could be provided and the patio, although adequate for a morning coffee or snacks, is very small. Miguel was welcoming and informative about the surrounding area and we took his advise on visiting Ferrier region for market food shopping. The market on the the other side of Triana bridge is also well worth a visit. Communication with Miguel was very good and he responded to any queries. The location of the house is excellent and you can visit all the main attractions on foot. There is so much to see in Seville! A highly recommended stay.

Our trip to Saville was fantastic! The property is in a great location and close to everything we wanted to see. The check-in and Check-out process was very easy. The locations is on a quit street with restaurants and coffee shops within a couple of blocks of the front door. We look forward to staying again.

Spacious place in an excellent location. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 and loved the charming decor of the 3 floor house, as well as the 4 bathrooms so no one had to fight for the shower. The apartment is located a short walk from all the main tourist sites, restaurants and shops. If you have a rental car there is even parking which is a wonderful bonus! I will happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville!!

Ismael was very helpful suggesting activities & actually arranged to attend an excellent Flamenco performance.
The unit was centralized in old Sevilla. The parking space offered is a must because parking is very limited.
Also, be careful driving in because the streets are very narrow and most map apps weren't accurate with the one way streets. Our big car was difficult & we were wishing we had a smaller car. For non-Europeans, study the local signs for one way & do not enter streets.
THE PLAN to drive into the San Bartolome area:
take Avenida Menendez Y Pelayo to Plaza de Los Zurradores (a very small alleyway) and turn right.
Turn right at the end onto Calle Tintes.
Take first left onto Calle Armenta.
Take first left onto Calle Vidrio.
Take first right onto Plaza de La Ibarra.
Take first right onto Calle Lirio and it's on the right.
The place was lovely. Some extras would have made it more homely. We were international travelers and brought nothing. Handsoap, coffee/tea items, paper towels, rubbish/trash bags, etc.
Walk everywhere. Small groceries, plenty restaurants & bars/pubs nearby.

Pretty house that showed off some traditional architecture. It was in a great neighborhood for access to areas and items of interest. Lots of space to spread out. Great to have 3 full baths and washer dryer with this group of 7 family members. It would have been nice to have more bathroom and kitchen amenities.

We had an amazing time in Sevilla once we navigated our way out of our neighborhood.
There is so much to see and do but we did hit many of the highlights.
The apartment was like going back in time and was well outfitted for our needs.

The house is very pretty with lots of old world charm. There is AC in all rooms and we stayed cool in the 100F heat. There were some ants but I think that is normal for Spain and towels are very thin and rough. Location is fantastic, you can easily walk to everything in 5 minutes. Lots of stairs, not good if you have knee or hip issues.

Beautiful house in a convenient location - the covered courtyard was really unique - the whole place felt very special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😊.

My family members all enjoyed staying at this roomy classic home in Seville. The location is perfect for exploring Seville’s sites, restaurants, tapas bars, and Flamenco shows. We parked our rental car at a nearby garage and didn’t need it for exploring Seville. We would love to stay there again on a future visit.

In February the house was cold on arrival, but most rooms have heating / cooling units and eventually we found a working fan heater for the kitchen / dining room. Shops and restaurants nearby, we particularly enjoyed Petra near Alfalfa square. We needed to replace some batteries in the Aircon remotes from drawer in lounge. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay, although with a little tlc this could be a really excellent holiday house.

The apartment was spacious and well located. Everything about it was terrific. My only complaint was the thin towels.

The apartment was charming. It is an old building but the furnishings are up to date. The air conditioning worked very well in each bedroom and the living room The kitchen and open foyer are not air conditioned, nor is the bathroom on the ground floor. When we stayed at the apartment the temperature was in the 80s every day. The stairs would be challenging for older folks. Our youngest ones took the top floor room. The bathroom opposite one of the queen rooms got quite warm as it has no fan or a/c. The tiles were falling off of the walls in the tub shower and we had to use the other bathrooms the last two days. Good sized refrigerator. We didn’t use the stove.

Beautiful house!
This was a gorgeous house right in the middle of Sevilla’s historic sites. Easy to find from the train station and close to the airport. Everything we wanted to see was walking distance, food was also easy to find. All rooms had air conditioning and more than enough spaces to relax. The owners are kind and responsive. If we come back someday would stay here again. Just a word of caution if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues know their are stairs to all bedrooms to the first and second floor. Look no further and book it, you will not regret it.

Great location in a typical Sevilla home!
The property is located in a wonderful area close to the center. Easy walk to restaurants, a grocery store and the amazing sites of Sevilla. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Plus the air conditioning in each room made it very comfortable. Our only complaint would be that the showers need some TLC. The shower curtains had mold on them and were very slippery. Also the stairs are very steep so keep
that in mind if you are traveling with older people.
Overall we loved our stay and recommend it!

I thought it matched the description well. Lots of room to sleep and a nice kitchen with all of the ameditities. The owner was very nice and helpful and spoke very good english.

Great for families, Great location
Beautiful Spanish home in great neighborhood close to cafes, markets, the Cathedral and Santa Cruz. But bring warm clothes. House large and drafty.

Excellent home for large groups
This was an excellent property for our group of 7 adults. The location in Seville was just perfect.
We could walk to everywhere. Great restaurants and shops surround the home.
Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was superb and kitchen was well equipped.
Highly recommend this property

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood
Enjoyed the traditional family home style with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family. Loved the separate washing machine and dryer, especially being midway in our trip. The home is in easy walking distance to a number of restaurants which we enjoyed.

My family of 5 stayed here last week. The home had a traditional feel and maintained the beautiful tile work. The size of the home was bigger than we expected so that was a good surprise! The location was perfect to walk all around Seville. Our only issue was driving to the meeting place and garage because the narrow roads were very difficult for us to navigate as we are not used to them. We would highly suggest adding that piece in. We ended up heading out one day and parking outside in a parking garage to avoid the stress of the roads to get to the parking lot again. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we loved Seville!!

Nice property in great location
Great quality property in an excellent location. Typically within a 10 minute walk of most places to visit in old Sevilla. Bit of a miscommunication left us waiting outside the property during a heatwave waiting for the property manager to arrive and check us in. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Home base in Seville
We stayed here with a group that included three couples and a teenager. The property is terrific for a group this size as two of the four bedrooms have their own bath and the other two rooms have a shared bath. The apartment stayed comfortable in the heat and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax at siesta time. The kitchen is lovely but was not well stocked for food preparation. Why eat at home when the neighborhood is full of great places to eat? But if you do want to prepare meals, this place is not quite up to the task. Easy walking distance to major sights.

Great location, Friendly service
Location was amazing, easy walking distance(along a maze of beautiful streets) to cathedral. Apartment is HUGE, worked extremely well for my family visiting Seville

Excellent stay
Very prompt with all communication. Very timely for meeting up. The place was as described and really nice and clean. GPS took us to a no vehicle zone, once we turned, it recalculated to an appropriate route. The place is very central and close to many shops, restaurants, and nightlife. It was a pleasant walk to the Alhambra.

Charming old house in atmospheric barrió
We were 7 adults staying in mid January. The house is very clean, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you might need and more than enough plates and cutlery (so often a problem in other properties!). The lounge was snug but a bit short of chairs for everyone to sit in at the same time. The management team are extremely efficient, helpful and spoke excellent English. The house is situated in a tiny street in Santa Cruz where it’s easy to get lost if you don’t have google maps! But it’s only a 10 minute walk from all of Seville’s beautiful historic sites. Local bars, restaurants and shops are a short walk away in Alfalfa square. Our only criticism would be that although the house must be wonderfully cool in the hot Spanish summers it was very cold in winter. There are heaters in individual rooms though not sufficient to heat the kitchen where we often end up congregating when we go on holiday. My advice is take lots of warm clothes in January!!

Overall a lovely stay in a beautiful part of the city. I would definitely recommend this property. It is ver well equipped with plenty of space.
