Beautiful place and had a great time there!

The property was beautiful and the service was amazing! Everyone was very accommodating and friendly! The food and drinks were delicious! Would definitely recommend this place!

The room needs a full length mirror and another wastebasket in the room not just the bathroom.

Very disappointed

The quietnesses.

Too far from the lobby, the room had a weird smell, the bathroom didn’t seem finish, no fridge. Over priced for what I got.

Maglen Resort has excellent service in a great location

Staff was professional and efficient, Excellent service at the brewery, the coffee roasting house and the Cantera restaurant. Great location

overpriced hotel at valle de Guadalupe .

it is well located and easy to get to.

what feels like paper thin walls in the Encino side of the property. property did not share until the day of arrival that there was an event happening next morning ( 6 am ). where over 200 people showed up at this small hotel ,water stopped working twice in the same room , before we got moved to a different property where the conditions were better. staff was for the most part friendly and helpful but with very little action. me and my family will not be visiting this hotel again.

Nice place, expensive drinks and food

Easy location and the Villas area is nice. The villas are very nice and comfortable, wish they had king size beds, my husband is pretty tall and they only offer queen beds.

The prices of drinks are expensive, it felt like I was in the US. For a glass of wine and one beer at their brewery we paid $24 dollars.

First ask to see the rooms before check in

Restaurants but nothing related to the resort

The premisses were dirty and the rooms very small, please update the pictures there is a mismatch between pictures and reality. When i show the pictures of what i paid for they told me those were old pictures and now they redisgn all rooms

Overall a great stay, beds could be better.

The bed linens kept coming off during the night, very uncomfortable.

The beds, and no tv in the bedroom. Restaurants, resort and staff are excellent!

The room was very clean and spacious. Loved the restaurant, the food was amazing and the staff in both the restaurant and the wine tasting room was amazing. I would return in a heartbeat

nice grounds, good location

rooms were cheaply decorated and looked like a hostel room. internet barely worked in the room. lots of weird details done wrong eg no toilet paper holder in bathroom. just bad attention to detail. the hot tub was lukewarm. pricey for what you get

too expensive for what it’s worth.

Maglen is huge and has a lot of facilities, however, looks like they haven’t really made an effort to keep it updated. I don’t know if it was because of covid but a lot of things were closed, it was really hard to find out how to turn on the fireplace or even to grab a towel.
