Keep Driving Past!

Entry smelled like someone was smoking in it. The room had paper stuck in the ceiling vent, toilet hadn't been cleaned, bedside light non-existent.

Miserable at night and early mornings

It was close to places of interest

The patio was loaded with roaches. Then when I got home there was roaches in my luggage and clothes. And way to noisy. The children were aloud to play ball and run up and down the halls all hours of night and day. They could have mentioned the problem to the parents. And yes they had signs up. The breakfast buffet was cold food except there pancakes. We will not stay at tru motels again.

The entryway to the hotel was difficult to maneuver in my wheelchair especially when trying to hold open the extremely heavy door.

Superb

Breakfast has a good selection of items. The hotel is easy to get to and very clean. The staff was friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights and our room was not freshened up. I don’t like having to go to the front desk to get fresh towels.

Parking fee We had six people (one car) and we had two rooms so both of us had to pay the parking fee. It was on her bill also. It should be on one bill only. They didn’t even ask us about parking.

Amazing Hotel that is close to everything with cozy beds and excellent service.

Our experience with Tru by Hilton was amazing, we checked in for a weekend stay and the location was great, close to all the eateries, shops and banks, the check in process was easy and our rooms were ready. I requested 2 rooms with double queen beds. Nice comfortable beds, soft pillows, and lots of extra floor space. The hotel from the landscape to the parking lot was clean and the staff was very attentive to all that entered the hotel. We have decided that this hotel will be booked again when we come back through Nashville or visit Nashville for concerts, events and etc.

They did not honor our room selection. Said a maintenance issue occurred and since we were a 3rd party booking we got put into a 2 queen bed accommodation instead of our King Bed accomodation

Same as above. Not happy about that. They say that if a guest is unhappy for any reason they will make it right or the one night is on them. They did not honor that. Our companion had made his reservation atleast 3 weeks after we did and he got a king room and was not misplaced from his reservation

Overall, a great value with excellent friendly staff and minimal problems.

I like the modern retro colorful look. common areas were well done and unlike most hotels, people constantly used them and actually seemed to enjoy them. Lots of socializing and people coming to these areas to hang out. location is also great with easy access to all of Smyrna’s restaurants, shopping, entertainment…. and it’s less than 2 minutes from the interstate.

The refrigerators in the rooms are tiny and don’t get very cold to the point of being almost useless. they also don’t have microwaves.

All around nice hotel and good prices

My husband and I go to this hotel once a month for a weekend. We no lie live 2 minutes away but this is our little getaway from life and kids. The hotel is always beautiful. The games such as pool and checkers make the common area so much fun. There is a small outside pool and a fantastic gym. The rooms are always clean and smell fresh. We never have a problem with noise. The breakfast has a good variety of items. The staff is also super nice! I would recommend to any age group!

It would be nice to have a few extra blankets and pillows in the room instead of having to go ask for them. Certainly not a big deal though

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Check-in was easy and pretty quick. The ladies restocking breakfast were very sweet.

The price point for this room was absurd. The room is simple and small. Almost $300 for one night was ridiculous for a Saturday in November. They also couldn’t honor state rate for me since I booked through a 3rd party.

I wish the rooms had more in them. A desk or other chair would have been nice without having to sit in the bed the whole time trying to do some work
