*PLEASE NOTE* *Although inside the bathroom is spacious and full height, the doorway is only 5 feet high and may be difficult to negotiate if less mobile/agile. *The bedroom featuring 2 single beds is not wide enough to push the beds together to make a double which may affect the comfort of a second couple if booking the cottage for two couples. Please ensure the second couple are happy with this arrangement prior to booking to avoid disappointment.
*Our friendly neighbours leave the space outside the back door free for our guests, however as it's on a public road the space can't be guaranteed *As this is an underdwelling please expect to hear everyday living noises from the neighbours above and consideration with regards to noise must also given to them. *As we welcome dogs completely free of charge we do not expect to clean up after them so please only book if you are prepared to clean up after them. We appreciate your cooperation in this.
