Nothing we didn’t like

Breakfast, Dinner and the Pool.
We would have liked a group lesson for our 5 year old but it wasn't available. We were there after the original planned closing so this was expected.

Gorgeous ski lodge with all of the facilities you need! The shuttle makes skiing so convenient, on the nice days it’s an easy walk to Navajo and the pool/hot tub are a perfect way to finish the day. Super family friendly and the coffee was always hot.

They had breakfast at the restaurant both mornings and said the food was very good - perfect and lots of options before hitting the slopes. They really loved the shuttle service to the ski lifts so they didn't have to drive their car.

Location
The staff at the desk was very rude especially Emily who had no customer service at all. They ran out of water and asked us to drink the water out of a gatorade jug provided in the lobby or tap water. The temperature of the rooms was extremely hot with difficulties to adjust the temperature.

Great location with very convenient free shuttle service to the village.
Water in outside hot spa was yellow/greenish...

The rooms were spacious. We loved the outdoor hot tub and the fact that they had a nice bar and grill on property.
They forgot to put a top sheet on one bed and I wished they used bar soap for the bathroom to wash hands.

The bed was comfortable and it was a beautiful view.
The water was ice cold for a couple days. I contacted guest services and they eventually fixed it.

Just the room
The room service wasn’t to par anything needed for the coffee was not available. I asked them about the creamer. They said there was no more and they never replaced it. The next day was the same the pool area we were neighbors never able to use always full of people, hot tub, the same thing water all the way from the pool door to going up to our room was not safe

The area is beautiful.
Lots of dogs, too much noise. Upstairs neighbors woke us twice. No sleep.

We have stayed here several times. It's always very comfortable and nice. This time, the lady who checked us in went above and beyond to accommodate us. She didn't have a king bed, but since it wasn't busy, she upgraded us to a family suite. Livignroom and bedroom both big and nicely decorated.
My favorite spot is definitely the patio outside the Lift bar. I spent hours just sitting and reading. We got away from the Vegas heat, and the weather could've not been more perfect. Enjoyed every second.

Location was great
The property was pretty empty. However, we managed to be next to the rowdiest room in the hotel, and when we called because our kids were kept awake, they didn’t really do anything the people in the room next to us. We’re literally in the hallway doing cartwheels down the hallway in front of our door.

The room was clean.
The restaurant staff member "Cameron" was very rude to our group. We wanted to sit on the deck, they would not serve us. We had to walk inside, order, then go back in to pick up our food as a "take out" just to eat outside on the deck.

Room was clean and spacious.
Me and my husband stayed three nights at this lodge with our dog. Their restaurant is not pet friendly and has even more unfriendly staff. Right when we entered the restaurant this server with the biggest attitude told us “dogs are not allowed in the restaurant!”. We asked if we can sit outside and we’re told they don’t serve outside so we have to order and take the food out. As we were sitting outside, they were serving food to the table next to us. It was very strange that we were told a different policy. Their excuse was that the other table was a large party and they requested to sit outside. Restaurant inside had plenty of large tables that could accommodate them. So, the restaurant would serve them outside because they requested it but, wouldn’t serve us because we have a dog?? We felt very uncomfortable the way we were treated as we were the only brown family there. We left without ordering food. You can find good food for a much better price from outside. We will never book this hotel again nor recommend!

Clean and comfortable
It was too far from interstate 15. A good value price wise but too much of a drive for an overnight stay. I searched for cedar city and this place came up.
The gentleman at the reception appeared to be more interested at getting back to his laptop instead of checking us in.
The restaurant server appeared to be inconvenienced by us. It felt like she was doing us a favor by waiting on us?

Everything was beyond perfect. The staff the rooms everything was amazing!

The restaurant was understaffed the 2 times we went there. We had a hard time finding a table that had been cleared of dirty dishes. It took a long time to get our food and they did not have many items on the menu.

Location is beautiful. And while we did't ski, it was obviously an amazing location for skiing. Room was clean on entering. Finishes of the room are pretty. Stone tops in the bathroom, for example.
Many of the facilities weren't in working order. Clearly wildly understaffed. Pick-up and drop-off were dangerously unmaintained making for treacherous maneuvering (I should not need crampons for loading/unloading into an expensive hotel that claims to be luxury accommodation. There had been no new snowfall to excuse it). Pool, and one of the restaurants was closed. Patio that drew us in on the booking cite was effectively closed being covered in snow and fires not lit. In fact, nearly all the fires were unlit. No cleaning of rooms during your stay without special arrangement and payment (which I honestly don't care much about except for the part where this was not made clear during booking). Our room had a joining door to the adjacent room with virtually no sound insulation between them. Again, I would find this to be pretty normal/fine if this place didn't bill itself as a luxury hotel with a price tag to match.
