The villa is located in the countryside,in a very quiet area and has beautiful panoramic sea views. This large house with a pool is in a prime location close to the beach and the yacht marina..
Very peaceful. Ideally for family and friends.
Large terrace..House is not near the main road,so here not passing to much cars,trucks,motors...
The house consists of two dining rooms and two living rooms, 3 bathroom, gym, five bedrooms with double beds, beautiful garden decorated with flowers and olive trees, private pool 30m2, outdoor grill, and two terraces with beautiful views of Split, Kastela, Trogir and island.

Great villa with everything we needed for a week exploring the split area. Location although out of town gave easy access to drive all over the area. Great welcome from host, very clean with good facilities and spacious. Excellent garden, pool and bbq area.

Familievennlig og fint hus med god beliggenhet

Fin bolig med god standard, 5 soverom (og et barnerom) og 3 bad gjorde at vi som var 3 familier fint kunne fordele oss utover huset. Passe stort basseng og fint utendørsareal, selv om huskestativet var kun for spedbarn. Nærhet til butikk, strender og 2 fine byer (Split og Trogir) gjorde oppholdet på 2 uker variert og hyggelig. Huseier var veldig lett å kommunisere med og tilgjengelig, og handlet til og med for oss før ankomst når vi kom sent på kvelden. Utskifting av sengetøy og håndkler etter 1 uke var et pluss.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Villa war in einem einwandfreiem Zustand. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei der Ankunft war alles sehr sauber und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Markica und ihr Mann waren sehr nett, wir wurden mit frischem Gemüse aus dem Garten und Schnaps beschenkt. Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind ein Traum. Wenige Fahrminuten entfernt erreichte man alles was man zum täglichen Bedarf braucht. Trotz Corona fühlten wir uns in der Villa gut aufgehoben und geschützt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Our group of five had a fabulous time at Villa Brcic! We had a rental car so we loved staying in the Kastel area as opposed to being in the middle of Split. We could explore the city and come back to pure bliss at the villa. Also the Kastel area along the sea was charming and a great place to take a stroll and enjoy meals among the locals. The swimming pool was so enjoyable including the covered area for time out of the sun. Thank you Brcic family for coming to clean the pool often and doing some grocery shopping for us to kick off our trip! You all are gems!

Wonderful 2 weeks

This is a five star villa with everything you could need. Set between the mountains and the sea, it has a wonderful feel to it. The location is fab, we managed to do all the GoT tours, both Plitvice and Krka - we also visited all the islands and the Blue Caves. The hosts were fantastic and answered any questions quickly. I would highly recommend a stay in this stunning part of the world.

We had a fabulous family holiday in Villa Brcic. Our family ranged in age from 6 to 70. The villa and layout outside were absolutely what we wanted. We mostly lived outside so the pool, cool sitting and lounging areas were well used. The barbecue and dining area proved very useful too. Various members of the family enjoyed use of the gym and bicycles. The dishwasher and air conditioning were invaluable and the beds very comfortable. Markica and Ivan were very helpful and welcoming. The only thing we could think of that could be added would be two yoga mats! Thank you for a superb family holiday - a tremendous introduction to your beautiful country.

wir hatten mit drei Familen mit insgesamt 10 Personen (3 Kinder) einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Brcic. Zwei Küchen mit allen Utensilien und Geräten - ohne dass wir etwas vermisst haben - geben reichlich Platz. Die ausblicke vom Garten oder den Balkonen direkt aufs Meer sind wunderschön. Trogir und Split mit herrlichen Altstädten und Restaurants sind nur je 20min entfernt. Das Objekt ist groß mit viel Platz für Alle, einem Pool zur Erfrischung, Garten und gemütlicher Grillecke. Sportangebote (Fitnessraum, Tischtennis, Fahrräder) gibt es reichlich). WLAN funktioniert auch mit vielen Nutzern stabil und reicht zum Streamen. Einkäufe beim Lidl oder Konsum in nur 5 min Fahrzeit. Private Bootsausflüge haben wir uns direkt zur Marina nur 2km von der Villa bestellt. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich mit herzlicher Begrüßung und Verabschiedung. Unsere Wünsche wurden promt und schnell erfüllt. Wir können Villa Brcic sehr weiterempfehlen.

Great family holiday!

We have had an amazing holiday. Villa was perfect for 5 adults and 2 children. It was very well equipped. The owner was very helpful. Great location near Split, Trogir and a beautiful area of Kastella’s. Full of little beaches and paths to walk along sea front. Would recommend. Car needed though ideally.

We've spent 2 weeks in October 2018 at Villa Brcic and it was wonderful. We also were very lucky with the weather as it was sunny and warm all the time, which apparently is not usual for this time of the year. Our daughter appreciated the heated pool very much. The place was very clean and quite. The cities Split and Trogir could be reached within 15-20min by car. The location is a bit remote up the hill but nevertheless still ideal to reach everything, provided that you've rented a car. The main road can be accessed very easily. Our hosts were extremely friendly and very helpful when we had questions or special requests (Baby-Bed, Taxi to and from Airport, etc.). Thanks again for this wonderful first experience of Croatia.Hope to visit your country again in the future. Warm regards, Bruno

This was the second time we stayed in this house. This house serves as a perfect base for excursions to Hvar, Krka and other tourist attractions. The hosts helped us with many things including setting us up with cheaper and more convenient alternatives to taking the usual tourist attractions which where very good. The house is close to the beach in the nearby village which is very private away from all tourists with only us and the villagers. Would highly recommend staying here with lovely hosts a fantastic house with a fantastic view.

We (a group of 8 people between 18 and 23) had the best time during our holiday at villa brcic! Everything is like it is shown on the pictures! The pool is very large and can even be warmed up! The house is very clean and big, the kitchen is very well equipped, there is everything you need. Also the view to the sea is adorable! Thank you for everything!!

A lovely house with all that you may need.

We were two families that stayed in the house for one week. With three teenagers and one 10-year old this was a splendid solution, the kids could do whatever they wanted to, swim, take sun or use the Wi-fi😊 and as a parent we were able to relax, because we knew that the kids were somewhere nearby. The property was outstanding, you could find everything in the house. It was clean and fresh when we arrived. The manager was very customer-friendly and answered fast if we had some questions. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay. I would recommend that you have a car when you stay here, because it is hard work going uphill with groceries😅 There aren't so many restaurants nearby so we were cooking most of the meals in the house, which in practice mean that we had barbecue every evening. One evening we went to the restaurant Marina Kastela, which I don't recommend at all. We used uber-taxis, but sometimes they had trouble finding the address, so sometimes they were a little bit irritated, but if you walk to the bigger road there is no problem. I can recommend this house to anybody, it is really, really good👌🏻

2 families stayed in Villa Brcic for a week and had an amazing time. Villa had everything we needed and more and the owners were really helpful, always on hand to help out. Ivan organised white water rafting for us, which was just amazing. We would definitely highly recommend this property and its owners.

Beautiful villa with everything you need and more.

A wonderful welcome and an absolutely stunning villa, the owners have really thought of everything. The heated pool was perfect and there is no shortage of places to relax; whether you are a sun worshipper or need some shade. The ping pong table was great fun, many a competition was played and luckily there were no sore losers! With comfortable beds we all had good nights sleep and woke refreshed, having breakfast looking at the beautiful scenery started each day perfectly. Ideally situated between Split and Trogir, both were visited regularly. Thank you Marcika and your family for such warm welcome and an amazing place, non of us were ready to leave!

Excellent villa and accommodation

Two families stayed using both upstairs and downstairs. Great setup with excellent facilities. Pool area was great and we could all easily sit out to eat at the big wooden table with benches. Location is perfect as between Split and Trogir and a quiet peaceful retreat after busy days or evenings out. Ivan was superb in arranging car hire directly from the villa, white water rafting where his father guided us to the location which was 50 mins away and we received a basket of fruit and veg from Ivan's Granny which was wonderful! This part of Croatia is an excellent place to visit and this villa is the perfect base to do it from. 15 mins from airport and an excellent beach. Highly recommend staying here!!

Extremely helpful owners. Beautiful setting.

Our 2 families stayed for 2 weeks. We rented both upstairs and downstairs. The layout was ideal with 3 bedrooms and a smaller nursery room upstairs for the young adults/teenagers and 2 bedrooms downstairs for the 2 couples. Each level is also able to be self contained with bathrooms/kitchens/washing machine on both levels. The house is modern and was very clean and very well equipped. The wifi works well (even with 10 of us!) and the air conditioning was very good - the best we've had in a holiday home. The setting is superb and even nicer than in the photos. The poolside area is so spacious and relaxing and includes a covered area and there are plenty of tables and seating outside. The pool is very clean and well maintained and has lovely soft lighting at night. The BBQ area is separate to this and has a huge table that easily seats 10 -12 and is also under cover. The owners are so incredibly nice and so helpful. Markica (Marko) speaks Croatian and German and his wife Maria speaks Croatian and English. Their sons help out and Ivan has excellent English. Nothing is any trouble for them. It was a really personalised service. Marko collected us at the airport and very happily and flexibly provides lifts wherever you would like to go at much better value than taxis or a hire car. He took us on many trips including Split and Trogir and the beaches and for big grocery shopping trips. He took us to Krka National Park and to Medjugorje in Bosnia. He happily gave our sons lifts into the clubs in Split late at night. They are available at the drop of a hat to help with any needs no mater how small or big. They made a cheesecake as a surprise for us and also a huge surprise (and delicious!) cake and a bottle of lovely wine on my birthday. They even brought flowers for my daughters 16th birthday. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a wonderful holiday. We would all love to return.

We spent a great week in this fabulous villa. There is everything you need in this modern and very spacious villa. We also loved the outside lounge and barbecue areas. The owners are really friendly and very accommodating. I recommend 100% this villa and i really thank all the Brcic familly. We had wonderful holidays in Croatia and it's also thanks to them.

Beautiful villa! The outdoor area is amazing with a big lounge and BBQ. You also get a garden full of tomatoes and cucumbers. The villa is cosy and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated. The owners were also very helpfull.

We have just returned from spending a fantastic time at the Villa Brcic The villa is used as a home in the winter months for the owners so it really is like going from home to home. There is a great area for BBQs with an enormous table which will sit 10 easily and a separate area under canvas to sit in the evening. The pictures do not do it justice especially as these two areas have recently been improved up on.The situation of the villa is perfect with mountains at the back and a sea view at the front. The owners are absolutely delightful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you so much Markica, Maria and Ivan for allowing us to use your beautiful villa!
