Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage mit Optimierungsbedarf in Details

Sehr freundlich und großzügig mit dem Einlass (wir konnten schon um 12:00 einchecken). Auch hätte unser Auto länger stehen bleiben können als Check OUT. Fußbodenheizung im Bad.

Kein Couchtisch. TV war toll von der Größe, es hat aber fast nichts funktioniert, da Fernseher nicht richtig eingerichtet war (Netflix, Amazone, keine Mediatheken außer RTL(kostenfrei) und beim Satelliten TV lief nur ein Shopping Sender. Dusche hat 20 Minuten zum Ablauf des Wasser gebracht

Schöne Ferienwohnung am Rand der Innenstadt.

Tolle Ausstattung, tolles Bad, tolle Lage, Platz für unser Auto und die Fahrräder, ganz einfaches Einchecken. Ich liebe den Balkon mit Sonnenaufgang. Wir waren da schon mehrfach und gehen bestimmt wieder hin.

Look deeper into the reviews. Photos are misleading.

It was OK but I wouldn't stay here again and I would encourage anyone considering staying here to check out the bad reviews as the glowing reviews I would be suspicious of as being genuine.

When we arrived I couldn't believe it was where I booked. I am normally brilliant at finding the perfect place but we were really disappointed to see the state of the parking area. There was rubbish, piles of timber and general mess everywhere. We opened the door and I could instantly smell mould/sewerage. I headed upstairs to see the kitchen and found the chairs on the table, the chairs had food still on them, the fridge smelt of old food, the remote control for the TV had buttons missing and the place felt unloved. I put the kettle on and went downstairs to unpack the car and when I went to make my cup of tea I found the kettle didn't work. I was very upset that I had to boil a saucepan of water to have a cup of tea. We almost left at this point but as we were only there overnight we decided to stay. The issues didn't end there though. The sensor light in the hallway/Stairway kept going off during the night even though we were in bed. The smell of sewerage from the bathroom was so strong it kept me awake. So much so, that we couldn't sleep past 4.30am and decided to have a quick breakfast and shower and leave. This is the first negative review I have ever written and hope it will be my last.

Comfy beds and terrace, some minor cleaning issues.

Having a terrace with table and chairs was a nice plus. Good shower and comfy beds.

When we had arrived there were some small cleaning issues. The toilet had been used, some surfaces were a bit sticky and there were discarded cigarette butts left on the counter in the kitchen. Probably just overlooked as the bedding, towels and rest of the bathroom were clean and made up.

Would definitely recommend and come again.

Level of information before the stay was great, access to keys really easy, value for money is amazing, property was well heated when we arrived, all essentials (salt, washing up liquid, sponges, towels) were there, very clean and spacious apartment.

Apartment is really specious. Bathroom is huge and nice. Bedroom is fit for 4 members of the family. And can even suite for 5 if one of them is a child below 4-5 years old. There are even toys for kids on the children's bed which my daughters really liked. Leaving room and kitchen make one huge space where quite a big company of people can spend time together. Taking into account the terrace it was more then enough for my family. It was simply the best accommodation of our trip (we were traveling and stayed in 3 more places). This was also a best value for money ratio of this trip.

One day there was quite a noisy company of young people having fun up till 1:00 a.m. opposite our windows. But this was not the fault of the property or the host.

Superb

The 1 Bedroom apartment is spacious and comes with a kitchen and a washing machine in the bathroom and also has a small balcony. The apartment is clean with plenty of parking space available. Supermarkets, Restaurants and parks are in the close vicinity.

The instruction given was not clear. I asked customer service if towels will be available and he said everything is there. But no. The towels were not there.

it was very cold inside. no thermostats and the hiring was probably set up on a very low level. luckily it was just one night but we had to sleep in our clothes

We can highly recommend the apartment and plan to return.

Wonderfully furnished and comfortable apartment, about 1km from the old town. The apartment as two comfortable beds, two TVs a washing machine and nice kitchen as well as a balcony for meals. Very kind and friendly owners!

The apartment number wasn't mentioned on the booking.com email, so we didn't know which key safe to open...luckily the owners were there to hep us

Comfortable

Pretty large and comfortable apartment for 4 person family with adult children. It was nice to have a dinner and breakfast at the balcony with beutiful flowers which was kind of unexpected and valuable bonus to us. Supermarket 5 minutes on foot. Great place for a transit night.

Keys to the apartment were to be taken and left by ourselves: everything went ok, a neighbour helped us, but for me automatic solution is always stressful
