Exceptional

Absolutely everything. Location it's priceless. It has an infinity pool with river and forest view. The rooms are big, clean, it has big balcony , and everything you might need. The staff it s very nice and helpful. The food it s really tasty and they have good prices. Loved it!

Only thing that's miss... heated pool on winter 😢😭

Location is beauthiful - as expected by web site pictures. What really gave me an extra satisfaction is the people. All staff member were very helpful, kind and professional. No doubt, next time travelling on that region I will book again.

Would not return!

- located in a quiet natural reserve on top of a cliff with a gorgeous view towards the lake; - private parking place in the front of the property includes a type 2 (22kw) plugin socket; charging included in the room price (no subscription needed, etc) - swimming pool 10mx3m overlooking the lake nearby - large room with aircon - reasonable breakfast included in the room price - restaurant

- non-confortable double bed with an undersized blanket - very poor wi-fi signal - in the bathroom the water spilled outside the shower cabin (poor design) - low quality food at the restaurant altough we have ordered very simple things - flies and mosquitos everywhere, we need to use our repellents during the night - needs a lot of attention for details and a much cleaner pool

Great place for a getaway weekend in the nature.

First, the location - on top of a hill, surrounded by a forest on one side and a lake which is 20-30 meters below the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the personal - nice and positive, and the restaurant was good with a nice service.

Superb

Property is comfy, clean. Rooms are big and spacious. Lake view is pretty amazing and the staff is very pleasant and kind!

Although the hotel is located in all beautiful nature, it is far from the city center. It is located in the woods and can be a little scary if you come at night.

Excepted more for the money

I stayed in the property in March 2021 and was accommodated in one of the lake view rooms. Incredible views, nice pool, garden and atmosphere in general. The room was spacious and there was a nice view, but these were basically the only good things.

The room wasn’t clean enough - there were some long blonde hairs on the bed cover and a tone of spider webs behind the TV. There was a small A/C, but it wasn’t sufficient for the room and it was a bit of chilly. For a price of 280 BGN you’d expect something better.

Very nice villa located on the top of a cliff and looking to the lake. We had a lake view room which was comfortable, spacious and well designed. The spa center is for 2 people an by request and it's absolutely awesome.

Well designed hotel, with spacious rooms, nice furnished, and beautiful lake view from each window. The swimming pool is a bit tiny, but it’s gorgeous. I can highly recommend the restaurant as well. All we tried was really tasty and you can feel that the food quality is good. Staff was very polite and helpful.

We had to check-in on Sunday and when we arrived there was kid birthday and so many boys in the swimming pool and around. We weren’t warned about that, so came back in the next day. If you have only one day staying that would be a bad surprise as you couldn’t enjoy the pool and the atmosphere. My advice is to call in advance at the hotel if you plan to stay there during the weekend.
