You'll absolutely love staying here. Located within the Arrowhead Townhomes, an exclusive, private, gated resort community, this large, luxurious townhome has everything you could want in a vacation home. No matter what season you choose for your visit, this development, and the location of this townhome within the development, is hard to beat. You'll be less than 100 yards from true ski in ski out access, the Arrow Bahn Express (chair lift 17), the Broken Arrow restaurant, and "Dial a Ride" complimentary shuttle service. There is also a wonderful restaurant, Vista, at the the world renowned private golf club, Country Club of the Rockies, just a 5 minute walk from our home. Vista is open to the public and also has an exceptional piano player nightly, his name is Micky Poage and can play anything you might request.
Winter guests will love the convenience this ski in ski out property provides. In the morning, if one member of your group is eager to hit the slopes while others in your group like to take their time? At this property, the early birds can head out the door, hit the slopes for a lap, and be back at the condo every 15 minutes or so. The ski lift is so close to the property, you might ski home just to have a cup of cocoa, or to alter your clothing as the weather changes. There's no chance anyone gets lost either. In this gated community, kids can get home easily and safely without supervision, but it's so convenient, you'll probably beat them home anyway!
The heated pool and 3 hot tubs are literally right out your front door, only about 50 feet away. Don't worry though, with the high quality construction, you're unlikely to be anything but pleased with your proximity to these fabulous facilities!
With underground secure parking, the location is hard to beat! This townhome comes with 2 parking places in the garage and additional parking places in the skier lot about 100 yards away. These spots are next to the townhome door, making your vacation in Beaver Creek even easier.

This place is great. The location had easy access to the pool, park and trails. A short easy drive to Edwards, Avon, Beaver Creek and Vail. The owner was very communicative and responsive. Definitely would recommend.

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and one toddler. Marc was such a great host! He was super responsive before, during, and after the trip, and made himself available if and when we needed anything at all. The Location, house amenities and overall comfortability of Marc’s house could not have been any better!

We had a great visit to Beaver Creek and found this rental home perfect. It’s clean, spacious with 4 bedrooms, and a 5 minute walk to the Arrowhead Lift. The owner was easy to work with and provided helpful info to make our stay enjoyable. We hope to return soon!

Our family group of 6 adults and 1 toddler enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms each with a bathroom provided spacious quarters and the gathering space was comfortable and roomy. Arrowhead summer weather is hard to beat so we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub, many long walks and easy hikes. Day trips in the area included creek stomping, live music concerts, playgrounds, farmers markets and the like. We had a relaxing time. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked most meals at the house. Everything was easy and as described. Thank you!

Awesome Property
This was the perfect place for our group. Our 3 adult couples each had their own bedroom/bathroom, and the 3 kids had a room for themselves that was perfect. The owner/host was great to work with. The kitchen had all very new appliances, and was well provisioned. Our family has been coming to Colorado for many years, have stayed in Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Durango, and this was our favorite.

Fabulous Property. Location is excellent! Accommodations beautiful!
We wished we planned our whole vacation skiing at Beaver Creek only! This condo is just steps to the lift and even closer to a large hot tub and very warm pool! The condo itself is well equipped for cooking in and hanging out. We ended up eating in more than anticipated. They provided games and puzzles too! We felt at home! Hope to book this property again!

Great unit in a perfect location
With the community pool being directly across the walkway from the unit's front door and direct access to dedicated parking spaces in the garage, the convenience was off the charts great. The facilities and amenities were all top notch and my family and I had a wonderful stay. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone.

Really impressed with the property. Inside was gorgeous, location to slopes was amazing, parking right outside the door. It really was everything you hope to find when you rent an unfamiliar property, but then usually disappointed. Not in this case. Owner was also above and beyond helpful. Not a bad word to say about our experience here.

Great ski weekend stay for a family
Great facilities. Location was perfect... at the base of Arrowhead. We had teenagers with us and they could ski in and out on their own time frame . Wonderful unit and the beds were beyond comfortable. We look forward to staying here again!

Everything was just perfect - location location location!
4 couples stayed for 4 nights to ski. Condo was extremely clean and very well stocked with everything you might need to cook and eat in the condo. With each bedroom having its own bathroom and a half bath in addition to that it was absolutely perfect. Family room with gas fireplace, gas grill and gas fire pit were all utilized and enjoyed. Owner Marc was very responsive to any questions we had and best of all a short 3-5 min walk to the lift in Arrowhead. We will definitely stay here again!!

Townhouse in Avon
Great vacation! The townhouse was perfect for our family, great location. The owner, Marc, was very helpful and accommodating. Our daughter left a blanket behind and Marc took it upon himself to get it back to us. We highly recommend this rental for summer and winter!

Great Townhome in the heart of Arrowhead
This townhome is right in the heart of the Arrowhead village is access to everything. We had a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) and this had plenty of room for everyone. Right outside the front door is the main swimming pool and 4 hot tubs. This unit comes with 2 underground parking spots which was key for us since we drove. The unit is fully stocked with everything which allowed us to cook meals and relax. It is only 5 minutes from Edwards which has numerous restaurants and is less hectic than Avon. Great place and we look forward to coming back!!

Great Condo for Family Ski Vacation!
Was a great condo with plenty of room for two families (total of 8 people). The location was great. Close to ski lifts and the hot tub. Indoor parking was a plus.

No surprises everything as advertised
Location
This property has everything your looking for in a ski vacation, ski rental and lift ticket building is just a short walk, Arrowhead lift is no more than 100 yards and community pool/hot tub is just out the front door.
Condo
Inside is well appointed, living room furniture is comfortable with plenty of space, gas fireplace easy to operate, kitchen has everything you need including two coffee pots a Cuisinart or Keurig take your pick and bedrooms are nicely furnished. There is a full size washer and dryer on the main floor. Outside off the kitchen is a patio with fire pit and gas grille.
Overall this property is as stated in the listing and the owner Marc is available if needed. Can't go wrong with this rental, our entire group was impressed and we would recommend this to our friends.

We absolutely loved this property.

3. Hot Tub and Heated Pool right outside your front door
4. Storage locker for ski equipment just outside the front door.
5. Fire Pit and Grill on the back patio (including a visit from a fox one night)
6. Lots of room to accommodate couples and/or families

8. Beautifully decorated townhome with a fully equipped kitchen
9. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable
