About this house rental
Lovely apartment of 70 square meters on the pedestrian street, 10 meters from the small beach of pebbles and rocks of Pomonte. On two floors connected by a staircase, the apartment consists of: 1 comfortable living room which leads to a small but well-equipped kitchen; 3 small bedrooms, both with double beds, 140 cm wide., one of which situated on the first floor with a small private bathroom with no shower, the other on the ground floor; 1 attic room with 2 single beds; 1 large bathroom on the ground floor. The bedroom on the ground floor has a small cabinet and hangers for clothes; the one on the first floor has two closets; the attic room with two beds has three cabinets with shelves, doors or drawers. The property includes: the entrance courtyard, with two comfortable wooden deck chairs with cushions, a granite table and folding chairs for outdoor dining; a veranda which can be accessed from the bedroom on the first floor, with stone bench with cushions and a comfortable lounge chair in fabric. There is also a barbecue which is located in the closet of the courtyard.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, two wicker chairs and two upholstered wicker chairs. The washing machine and the clothes horse are located in the first floor veranda.
Mattresses, pillows, blankets and bedspreads are provided by the owner, as well as oven gloves, tea towels, tablecloths and wax. Instead, towels and sheets are charged to guests, whose maximum number is 6 people. The attic room, given its sloping shape, is suitable for children or teenagers.

We had a splendid time in Pomonte wirth our 3 adult children . The little house is perfect equipped, very calm during the night, with ia nice terrace to eat outdise. The open air room on first etage is nice to read or relax.

Pomonte is an lovely village and the house is really near by the sea. All necessary things are there. The only thing you have to worry about is to find a parking spot, because there are many day-visitors.

Ein total nettes Haus, alles da, vom CD Player bis zur Waschmaschine, sehr praktisch eingerichtet, verspielte Architektur, die Küche ist einfach, aber alles da, die Lage ist großartig, Pomonte ist ein charmanter, ruhiger Ort, der aber alles nötige bietet. Im Frühjahr hätten wir uns einen Ofen gewünscht, dann wäre es abends etwas heimeliger. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden wieder dahin kommen.

I più bei tramonti dell Elba in un delizioso paesino
Complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene. È una casa molto vicina al mare, ristrutturata e arredata con ottimo gusto. È dotata di ogni attrezzatura in cucina. Le due camere da letto matrimoniali, pur piccole, sono ben disposte. Un po' meno comoda la 3° camera in soppalco. Lati negativi: essendo inverno, il riscaldamento con una sola pompa di calore non è sufficiente a riscaldare in modo uniforme il piano terra, mentre era eccessivo al 2° piano. Infine, essendo elettrico anche il boiler x l'acqua calda, la luce saltava se si tenevano accesi insieme riscaldamento, boiler e una stufetta nel bagno, generalmente freddo. Occorrerebbe aumentare la potenza elettrica da contratto.

What a great house on a beautifull island
This house is really great. Just a few meters from the sea. We have done snorkeling a lot of times near to the wreckage which is very close to the house too. We saw beautiful fishes, jellyfishes, octopuses in great amounts and the water is so clear. it's almost the same as the Caribbean ! A lot of good restaurants are very close. What a great Island is Elba. We have climbed the mountain Capanne. It was not that easy but the view from the top was splendid. We did visit several villages and they are all so cute and cozy. Porteferaio and some hiking around gives great views. One thing was sometimes quite challenging and that was parking our family-car. I highly recommend this house due the position on the Island and everything is well equipped and clean.

Mare stupendo e... buonissimi gelati!
La vera vita di paese, dove tutto si svolge intorno alla piazza con la chiesa, dove non importa prendere la macchina. Dove non c'è niente ma tutto il necessario: un'ottima gelateria, qualche buon ristorante e bar (da provare la pizzeria), qualche negozietto. La casa molto accogliente e funzionale.

Casa Rosella in Pomonte/Elba
Casa Rosella ist ein kleines, sympathisches Haus in einer kleinen, wenig befahrenen Straße in Pomonte nur ca. 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Vom Haus aus hat man keinen direkten Meerblick, aber das macht überhaupt nichts. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und den Urlaub mit den drei Kindern sehr genossen. Da das Haus gut geschützt ist und keine großen Fenster hat, brauchten wir die Klimaanlage nicht - diese Architektur macht absolut Sinn. Die Ausstattung ist prima (Waschmaschine, genügend Töpfe), nur Gläser müsste man vielleicht mal welche bestellen. Empfangen wurden wir von Veronica, das hat alles prima geklappt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbare Tage im Casa Rosella

Bitte entschuldigen Sie, dass ich mich erst heute für eine Rückmeldung bei Ihnen melde, was aber sicherlich nicht daran liegt, dass es uns im Casa Rosella nicht gefallen hätte. Wir haben die zweite Ferienwoche auf Elba in Ihrem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus bot für vier Personen viel Platz und unsere beiden Kinder konnten sogar jedes ein eigenes Zimmer für sich in Anspruch nehmen. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es im Inserat beschrieben ist, und mit der von Ihnen im Voraus zugestellten „Hausregeln“ haben wir auch die benötigten Informationen über den Umgang mit dem Inventar und der Einrichtung erhalten. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch Frau Veronica hat gut gelappt und auch für weitere Fragen stand uns die freundliche Frau gerne zur Verfügung. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung also nur weiterempfehlen, vielen Dank!

Gemütliches Haus in kleinem, gepflegten Dorf am Meer
Gemütliches Haus nur wenige Schritte vom Strand, wo es sich wunderbar Schnorcheln ließ. Wir haben nichts vermisst, außer manchmal W-Lan.
Kleiner, ruhiger und sehr sauberer Ort zwischen Bergen und Meer, nicht allzu touristisch, klares und sauberes Wasser. Im Ort findet man alles, was man braucht, wenn man Selbstversorger ist: Bäcker, Metzger, 2 Lebensmittelgeschäfte und eine Gelateria.
Es gab außerdem mehrere Restaurants.
Die Tage waren auch im September noch sommerlich warm, und die Sonnenuntergänge traumhaft.
Wir würden wiederkommen!

La casa è dotata di ogni comodità ed è perfetta per 4 persone. È davvero a 2 passi dal mare a metà strada tra la spiaggia del relitto e gli scogli di Pomonte. La terrazzina al primo piano offre un ottimo spazio per un relax nella privacy. La presenza del wifi non comprometterebbe il rapporto uomo natura e ci avrebbe convinto ad assegnare il massimo del giudizio.

In den zwei Wochen im Casa Rosella haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es hatte für unsere drei Kinder auch eine gute Auswahl an Spielen und Büchern.
Die Nähe zum Meer und zu den Läden (Gelateria!) kam uns sehr entgegen.

Belles vacances familiales
La maison est idéalement située à côté de la plage de Pomonte. Le village de Pomonte est un petit village entre montagne et mer où on trouve de quoi se restaurer ainsi que 2 épiceries et bien entendu une Gelatteria! Attention toutefois au places de parking qui sont limitées (comme dans tous les villages de l'ìle).
La maison est très jolie, simple mais son espace et son équipement conviennent tout à fait. Les enfants ont apprécié les jeux et livres qui s'y trouvent.
Nous étions 5. Nos enfants dormaient dans la chambre (alcove) qui serait un peut étroite pour des adultes. La chambre à l'étage a une petite terrasse privative très agréable.
Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location.

Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza come ospiti della proprietaria. La casa è piccola ma arredata con gusto e in modo molto personale e fornita di tutto quello che serve. I bambini hanno apprezzato il soppalco/mansarda come un luogo tutto per loro. Noi adulti abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la vicinanza col mare e la varietà di posti dove fare il bagno, dalla casetta di ciottoli alla spiaggia del relitto agli scogli di granito

Wonderful holydays in Pomonte
Casa Rossella offerd everything what needs to spend nice holidays. The house offers enough place for 5 people and has a lot of charm. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is furnished very well. Musically you can be spoilt from Adriano Celentano :-) and for the children it has toys. The house is removed few steps from the wonderful beach. The crystal clear water invites to the snorkel and wonderful sundowns can be enjoyed. In Pomonte you finds everything what you needs. The Gelateria makes marvellous Gelati :-). Pomonte is also an ideal starting point for wanderings and both neighbouring villages Chiessi and Fetovaia are wonderful. An area fall in love to...

Una abitazione gradevole
Casa Rossella si trova in una posizione eccellente, vicinissima al mare, riservata e silenziosa. Ha inoltre il vantaggio di possedere uno spazio esterno ottimo per i pranzi, ma anche per il relax e una zona giorno interna davvero spaziosa e funzionale. Nonostante il caldo, la casa si è mantenuta fresca e non è stato necessario l'uso dell'aria condizionata. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e penso che vi ritorneremo senz'altro.

Charmante maison d'un village italien
Nous avons passe un excellent sejour dans la charmante maison de village de Rosella, a 30 m de la crique de Pomonte.Quelle joie de se lever de la sieste estivale et de plonger dans l'eau fraiche a deux pas de la maison. Notre fille de 13 ans etait un peu triste de ne pas pouvoir regarder de videos, mais cela lui a permis de lire un peu plus que d'habitude. La cuisine est bien equipee et la description de la maison est juste. Nous pouvons recommander cette petite maison a toutes familles appreciant la simplicite et la vie a l'italienne.

Amazing house
We stayed here the first week of June and the house is just perfect! Only a few steps from the beach and the house itself is cosy and it is much nicer in reality than on pictures actually! Pomonte is my favourite village on Elba and if you are looking for a true Italian village house this is perfect! We hope to come back!!!!

5 bellissime giornate
Siamo appena rientrati da 5 bellissime giornate trascorse a Pomonte nella piacevole, comoda e rilassante Casa Rossella. Ambienti semplici, ma puliti, ben tenuti e vissuti al punto giusto. Tutto gradevole e funzionale (letto, bagno, cucina), molta calma e tutti gli ingredienti per una meravigliosa breve vacanza all'Elba. Il mare è a due passi, letteralmente, e la Corsica ci sorride da lontano. Il paesino è piccolissimo e semplice, ma non manca niente (giornali, alimentari, pane fresco, tabacchi ecc.). Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato gli spaghetti al riccio del Ristorante "Ogliera", e un gradevole caffè col "wifi" a pochi metri da casa. Certo, in piena estate la pace sarà meno magica, ma, dopo aver visitato tutta l'isola, pensiamo che questo sia davvero il posto più indicato come base per conoscerla, mantenendosi lontani dal gran traffico. Ultimo consiglio, non perdersi i due sentieri di trekking che da Pomonte seguono due anelli: uno verso la Valle di Pomonte (5 ore circa, con 500 m. di dislivello) e un altro verso il Monte di San Bartolomeo (4 ore circa, con 450 metri di dislivello).

Abbiamo trascorso l’ultima settimana di agosto a “casa Rossella” ed è stata una vacanza deliziosa.
Innanzitutto la casa corrisponde proprio alla descrizione, con piacevoli sorprese, come i bei volumi del soggiorno, l’arredamento accogliente, la cucina ben attrezzata, il verde fresco e riposante del patio, il silenzio che permette di notte di ascoltare la voce del mare …
Con il mare a due passi è ... semplicemente delizioso.

Magica isola
Magica Elba anche a primavera. Il piccolo borgo di Pomonte è delizioso, lontano dalla pazza folla e contemporaneamente vicino ai luoghi di grande richiamo. La casa, a due passi dal mare, è intima e confortevole con la giusta personalizzazione che ti fa sentire… un po’ ospite…buona vacanza!

Weekend del primo maggio all'insegna del relax, in un'atmosfera ovattata di ISOLAmento dal mondo frenetico tra camminate lungomare, salita al Monte Capanne e grigliate serali condite da splendidi tramonti, spirito e chiacchiere.
Una permanenza eccessiva comporta però un GROSSISSIMO RISCHIO: a Pomonte ci si dimentica il senso di chiavi, lucchetti e di ogni altra forma di sistema anti-ladro. ;-)
