The cottage is upstairs facing due SOUTH with a living room of 45m2 facing a terrace suspended in the trees of 18 m2 with plancha. Magnificent view of the swimming pool, the village and the Vallon castle.
Direct pool access from a staircase leading to the beach.
You will also have a pool house at the edge of the swimming pool in an old vaulted cellar allowing you to have lunch with the feeling of having your feet in the water.
The 9m60 x 3m60 swimming pool has a balneotherapy area with whirlpool and counter-current swimming.
High-end service, air conditioning, heating, wifi, TV, DVD player, a beautiful equipped kitchen, open with dining area, a guest toilet and the large adjoining terrace.
On false levels, a master bedroom with private bathroom overlooking the arc bridge cavern.
Upstairs there is a second master bedroom with private bathroom, a third bedroom with private bathroom, a bedroom and a mezzanine with a large bathroom and a shared toilet. The mezzanine can also be used as a TV room, with games console, books and games for children.
The restoration of the property was carried out with noble and high quality materials.
