Great view. Excellent rooms and layout
Our own fault for not checking the map but a little too far out for us. Car is essential. Probably difficult to get the perfect place but closer taverna/restaurant would have been great.

A beautiful clean property with a stunning view. Ideal for families and our boys loved the pool (small but perfect for young children). Well located to visit a range of beaches easily and Chania town. Exceptional service from Giannis making it a wonderful relaxed break.
Nothing! It would however have been helpful to know that one of the rooms (the master bedroom) has a separate entrance - with young children it meant that we could not use this room as we could not be in a separate annex to them in case they woke in the night and that would have been helpful to know ahead of booking.

The villa looked amazing! Very clean and the people were very nice as well. Loved the sunset, it was even more beautiful then on the pictures I saw. We had a great stay! Whenever we had any questions they would help us right away. I would definetly recomend this place.
Nothing! It was great!

All the house installations, swimming pool, sun beds, facilities and decoration are amazing. The views over Chania port and bay are breathtaking. Taking dinner at sunset is an unique experience. In addition, what makes the difference was the attention from our host, the best one ever: Giannis has been really helpful from the very beginning with this warm welcoming and details (wine, sweets and traditional Greek products). He checked that we were all right during our stay and showed a really first class attention when we need support for taking the COVID test on last notice: he called to all the centres until he found an open clinic on Sunday. Thanks so much, Giannis. We will come back to Crete for its beauty, but over all for having the opportunity to enjoy the kindness and joy of Greek people as you.
Nothing, everything was fantastic

- Staff were amazing and very helpful
- Views of Chania were incredible; deck is great
- lovely garden and pool area
- Lots of natural light
- High quality linen and towels
- nature trails start just outside the door - we did every afternoon
- Welcome pack including wine and beer was lovely
- Provided a baby cot and chair
- separate bedroom downstairs if you are going with another couple/grandparents. We didn’t use as it has separate entrance but great for larger group
- Not much is walkable - shops, cafe etc so far is essential.
- Pool was quite cold and costs 50 euros a day if you want to heat it. We didn’t use much as it was so cold so I imagine out of summer it is pretty much unusable without heating.

This villa is really a hidden gem. It’s incredible, new, modern and comfortable. The bedrooms are great. Beds are big and comfortable, with lots of pillows. The bathrooms are clean, big and with a good spacious shower. Hot water in shower is available all day long (due to the heat pump). Air conditioning is great. The kitchen is full of stuff, we could find everything we wanted. The host is very kind, helpful and stayed in touch all the time during our vacation. Huge thanks for the welcome grocery basket, water, wine and possibility of late check-out.
The biggest advantage of the villa is its location. I’m a runner and I've been able to run to Chania and surrounding areas up and down every day. Therefore it’s the best location I can imagine for the villa. Moreover, the villa is located right in the forest, so the air is unbelievable. It is full with scents of pine and olive trees, flowers and herbs. In the yard you can find a nice small swimming pool with a built-in jacuzzi (perfect after running or hiking - checked). The view from the villa is breathtaking and you can enjoy it from both terraces of the villa, garden or the outdoor dining area. Don’t miss sunsets, they are magnificent.
We stayed in the villa at the end of June, but the weather was already pretty hot, the temperature reached up to 36 degrees. Luckily, there is a lot of shadow in the yard of the villa and thanks to the forest with lots of pine and olive trees it was always fresh and breezy outside the villa (despite the hell in the city).
The large Lidl supermarket is 1 km away. The seaside, old town and the Venetian port is about 3 km away. If you are in good shape such walks can be a good workout option. But anyway I recommend renting a car to be able to explore all the beautiful beaches and places of west Crete.
Don’t skip hiking in the forest near the villa at dawn or at sunset. It’s an unforgettable experience!

The villa is located perfectly, we enjoyed the sunset every evening. We were two families with kids 8 - 14 years old, the house was perfect for us. Nice furnitures, very well equipped, clean pool, nice garden. Staff very nice and helpful. Highly recommended, we would come again 😃.
