Amazing views from top floor, three-bedroom harbor condo. This beautiful unit is on the third floor of a recently renovated historic building in the East End. Steps away from Provincetown Harbor, you'll enjoy incredible comfort and sweeping, panoramic views of the beach, sunsets, MacMillan Wharf, Commercial Street, Pilgrim Monument and the town's amazing architecture.
The open dining/living area and kitchen is bright and airy. The living room has comfortable seating, a large flat screen television with cable and a beautiful gas fireplace--perfect for ambiance or to take the chill out of the evening air. The large dining table will comfortably accommodate your entire party. Create a meal inspired by fresh, local ingredients and enjoy a glass of wine while you watch the activity on Commercial Street below or the harbor beyond.
There is a full bathroom with tile/glass shower off the main room. A hallway takes you to the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom with queen bed has a flat screen television, private door to the deck and en suite bathroom with tile/glass shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed, flat screen television and comfortable sitting nook--ideal for catching up on emails or enjoying a good book. Bedroom three has two twin beds and a flat screen television. Each bedroom has a bureau and closet.
A door at the end of the hall leads to the exclusive-use large back deck. The deck has an electric grill, comfortable outdoor furniture and a dining table making it a perfect place for a cookout, cocktails and conversation. Look out over the town's rooftops to the Pilgrim Monument beyond.
This unit has wood floors throughout, high-end appliances, central air conditioning, WiFi, cable and washer/dryer. In addition to sheets and towels, robes are also provided.
Store your bikes or other gear in the on-property garage. Beach chairs and beach carts provided for your enjoyment and convenience.
No need to worry about finding parking--an off-site spot for one vehicle is included.
Close to Provincetown's best restaurants, galleries, shops, clubs and live entertainment. The harbor beach is just across the street, or bike or drive to Race Point or Herring Cove at the Cape Cod National Seashore. Explore Provincetown's vibrant museums and art scene. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

Have booked this property multiple times with group of 4 friends since building conversion into condos around 5 years ago. Quiet location in East End with easy walking access to everything PTown has on offer. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely terrific time. Situated next to one of our favorite restaurants - Spindler's -the rental is on the edge of the east side of town. For those fans of the East End and galleries, and of the live music and coffee shops, this place is for you! The rental's "great room" living space had wonderful views of MacMillan Pier and the sunrises from the kitchen window were gorgeous. The great room had ample space for dinners and cocktails at home with friends, and the kitchen had everything needed to fill our tummies as PTown filled our hearts. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable, and the rental was well-stocked with supplies and toiletries such that we didn't need to purchase them - a welcomed bonus for us, as we stayed for two weeks. Definitely recommend and would come back here again!

Great location, great apartment
We stayed in August. The apartment/condo is very new. It was well appointed with everything we needed. it is up 2 flights of fairly steep stairs, but they really weren't an issue. Great location right on commercial street, but not noisy. It was nice to have a parking spot around the corner too. Parking is a rare commodity on Commercial Street. I'd stay again.

Great Condo in a Great Location
We stayed in this property over Carnival Week 2019. We found the location of the condo perfect. It is a good size with nice water views from the dining/living room and a great deck at the rear. We found that travel as 2x couples and 2x singles the condo gave ample space and privacy.
We would definitely stay here again.

This property was an awesome experience for us. We had a group of six and found the property to be more than spacious. The pics on the site do not do it justice. Everything is as nice or nicer than it looks. Totally undersell the water views from the kitchen, dining and living rooms.
We would absolutely rent this property again and will recommend this property to our friends for future rental.

A Gem in the Heart of Provincetown
A beautifully appointed condo with a great layout that is located in a perfect spot on Commercial Street. Great water views and an inviting back deck. It was perfect for our group of 4. We hope to return next year.

Great location in the East End of town
Very well appointed overall with a gorgeous view of the Cape Cod Bay and all of the action on Commercial Street. We enjoyed watching the sky and sunsets from the very large private deck. We’ll be back!
