Absolutely adorable 2 Story A Frame roof home with unobstructed beautiful water views from both floors. Enjoy kayaking (2 provided), paddleboating, fishing, swimming, lounging on huge swim platform on private dock, or launch your own watercraft from private boat ramp. Plenty room for parking. Includes washer/dryer. Includes 190 channel satellite TV with WI-FI, large 4K TV with DVD player, also TV in master and loft.Very quiet area with neighborhood watch. Only 2 mins away from Dollar general, Little Caesar's, Pizza and Wing restaurant, and outdoors store which has everything you need for a w/e getaway such as groceries, fishing/boating equipment, etc. 10 min boat ride to Lakeview restaurant on water. House was rebuilt in 2017 and NO SMOKING & NO PARTIES. Enjoy lake living at it's best in highly desirable Monticello area of Jackson lake. Unplug and enjoy Sweet Serenity

Great home for my family for our weekend getaway. The owners were available for every question we had and were very accommodating to our needs. The house was adorable, clean and had everything we needed. The boat ramp and dock are a major plus if you have your own boat. We will definitely be back!

Great house in a great location.

Owner is very responsive and accommodating. House was in great shape and clean when we arrived. It is up to date a very comfortable. Boat ramp is usable but a sharp angle may make it tough to maneuver for longer trailers. I recommend using Berry’s Boat Dock just down the road for pontoon boats and other big boats.

The house has so much personality with wood vaulted ceilings and overlooking loft. The big windows in front allow a gorgeous view of the lake. My kids loved fishing off the large dock and riding around in the paddle boat! The house was very clean and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay.

Very enjoyable

This was our first time at Jackson Lake and also first time ever renting a house for a week. The whole process was smooth checking in and also renting out their Tritoon as well. I have 4 kids so all the amenities of having the paddle boat, kayaks, swimming off the dock, being able to fish, and going out on the boat were amazing. Kept the kids occupied and we all had plenty of fun especially the raft to use while out on the boat. High capacity washer and dryer was a big plus for us as well with all the kids with us. And anytime we had a question, the owner was accessible within 10-20 mins of messaging them. I would highly recommend this property and would love to rent this place again if we came back out. Thank you so much again! This trip will definitely be one for the memory book for my family.

We rented this lake home over Memorial weekend for a graduation celebration for our daughter. From the beginning before deciding on this home until the last day of our stay, Craig answered all of my questions in a cordial and professional manner. We loved this home from the moment we stepped inside. It's cute, cozy, and just perfect for a small family gathering or a larger celebration. Beautiful view of Jackson Lake! Well stocked kitchen, very nice bathroom, wonderful deck to bbq and enjoy watching water crafts passing by, great swimming platform with ladders, plenty of yard space for chairs, and laying out on the towels. I cannot tell you how many of our friends, family, and even my husband asked if Craig wanted to sell his perfect home. Craig, thank you for sharing your lovely home and being so helpful throughout our entire stay.

Bad Experience

Bad Experience

Do not rent this property. This place has the potential to be a great vacation rental. But, it's not there yet and there is no knowing if the issues will be addressed. Our biggest issue was the pests. The owner claimed that pest spraying had been done, but if that's true they must have an infestation. We killed A LOT of cockroaches and earwigs. The property seems like an 85% complete DIY project. The old adage 'measure twice, cut once' was never explained to the owners. Here is a short list of other incomplete items in the home: Most of the baseboards are in but not all, leaving rough edges The faucets are loose with no chaulking, The windows are dirty with sellers stickers and paint on them (oh! so nice to know you paid $85 for that window!), The kitchen cabinets do not have hardware so they are very hard to open The railing on the staircase an loft is very loose, and not installed correctly (did this meet code?), The cabinets in the upstairs bathroom weren't hung, and vanity cabinet fell apart while I was brushing my teeth one night and a wood panel landed on my child, Only half the bedroom windows have coverings (being on HWY 212, that means you have headlights lighting your room all night) The dock and yard appeared incomplete Heating is improperly installed - the main floor freezes and the second floor turns into a sauna. There were extra baseboards, tools, and mirrored sliding leaning up against the walls of the kitchen and bedroom. The garbage bin outside was full when we arrived so we had no place to put garbage. The wifi info provided was wrong and we frustratingly had to talk to the service company to fix it. Many essentials of a rental were missing in the kitchen (ex: there was no wine bottle opener, we bought one and left it there), and the towels were in terrible condition - better to be used for cleaning floors. Beds were uncomfortable, and there were limited linens. There is a giant TV hanging from the ceiling in the middle of the family room. My father cut his forehead on it. After asking the owner, we were told there was a remote to move it - after much searching we found it hidden in a cabinet above the fridge. It was an unnecessary safety issue. I attempted to speak with the owner about these issues and requested a partial refund. This was an expensive rental and the number and severity of issues were unacceptable. He didn't respond. I would not suggest this rental to anyone.

We had so much fun staying in this sweet home. We spent a ton of time on the dock, kayaking, and floating in the water. It was super helpful that the house had a grill, kayaks, bonfire pit, dinning room table for 6, and plenty of sleeping room. Thank you again, Craig!
