Great location on Wilson Pond. Clean, quiet, great layout and well appointed. Our family would definitely plan to book this cabin again.

Great property …SPOTLESS. We had so much fun at this house. We spent half the week on the huge porch! Set up perfect for kids and adults. We enjoyed the beach area and having a boat dock.

We loved the lake front cabin with easy access to a boat ramp. The amenities in the home were excellent. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and also the hammock on the porch. The firepit was easy to use and the kids liked making smores while we watched the sun go down. We spent our days kayaking the lake and fishing and swimming. It’s only a 15 minute drive into town. If you do go into town definitely visit Harris’ drug store for a soda float. They were so delicious and the people there were very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back. This was our second time.

It was only me and my pup who stayed looking for a secluded and woodsy adventure, and that's exactly what we got, but the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom provided everything for a large family. stay, highly recommend

Bobcat knob was a beautiful cabin that was great for children. We enjoyed the water access and the horseshoe pits. The kids enjoyed the toys and included high chair. The cabin was very well equipped. It was only a short walk to the water

Great property with lots of privacy. Beautiful log cabin and wonderful outdoor deck. Wish the upstairs bathroom had a shower instead of just a tub but overall very nice. Would recommend!

NOTHING! You need only bring yourself, family, friends! Excellent location. Beautiful well stocked CLEAN log home. Take the time to walk the path next to the trash shed to the lakeshore for an amazing sunset! We will be back for sure

The cabin had everything that you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable, and although the pillows were flat, we had the best sleep there. Sitting on the beautiful deck in the early morning hours is amazing. There is nothing better or more peaceful than that. My daughter and grandson said it was by far the best place that we stayed at this year.

Our time at Moosehead Lake and Bobcat Knob was absolutely outstanding.
Absolutely spectacular property!! Bobcat Knob is a Spacious, clean and well maintained lake home furnished with a history of Maine’s past and present logging, fishing and winter-related offerings

Dog and snowmobile friendly
Finding a dog friendly get away is a challenge in itself but for this cabin to also be close to snowmobile trails, close to pond access, close to town but far enough away to feel like you’re in the woods, to have anything you’d need stocked on site, AND to have a wood stove was so nice. The place is well taken care of and house rules/ instructions were clear. The bird watching, soak in the tub, and books and games were an added treat. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Deciphering the differences between VRBO, Vacasa, and the contract took a minute. We had booked 2 dogs on VRBO but realized on Vacasa we would be charged another $100 for dog #2.

Family of 7
For a family of travelers and after 2020 this home was just what we needed. We reunited 2 children who have gone from every weekend together then a move and then COVID, making it 3 years since they’ve seen each other. There was minimal phone activity and long days by the fire, family games, and a beautiful natural environment. The kids said they loved every day there. Everything we needed was inside of the home. Both of our families would like to thank you for your space and your creative consideration. We thoroughly enjoyed.

Perfect space to get away.
The cabin was beautiful. It was remote and quiet and the perfect place for a get away for a few days of marathon crafting. The bird feeders were perfect. I love that the owners are thoughtful enough to keep the birds and critters fed all year.

Beautiful and serene spot
We spent a week at this property and loved it!
Everything you need for a comfy and enjoyable vacation is at your fingertips!
The wood stove provided warmth and ambience. The water views were just lovely and the outdoor space, with fire pit, was delightful!

Nice cabin
Great cabin located in a private setting. Internet worked fairly well. TV in basement was a drawback as sometimes it would have been nice to watch something without having to go downstairs/away from the wood stove. Overall, would consider this cabin again if I were spending a few days in the Moosehead region.

Wonderful Time
Best-equipped kitchen ever. Very comfortable space. In nature. Loved the birds, the squirrels, the deer, and the lake. Met the owners Dave and Pam - great people.

A dream come true!
This property is a 40 yr dream of the owners and became ours as well. It's beautiful and welcoming in everyway. They have thought of everything right down to the hooks for hanging things. It's quality from top to bottom and we felt at home as soon as we drove into the driveway. We hope to stay again. The owners are sweet and accommodating as well as the managing service. We wanted for nothing more than to stay longer as we hated to leave. We hope to come back soon.

Fantastic get away Cabin
After a long trip we finally arrive at this lovely Cabin nestled in the Maine woods , we found this cabin to be clean which is my biggest concern with renting , exceeded my expectations, decor was perfect for that Maine Woods experience, had everything and more to enjoy our stay, no complaints just praise for this vacation rental .

Hard to leave
Fully equipped, beautiful home on quiet, gorgeous Lake Wilson. You can only see a glimpse of the lake directly from the home, but a path just a 2 minute walk away supplies amazing views. The home itself is clean and comfortable. We had beautiful weather but there is a wood burning fireplace indoors, cabinets stocked full of cards and games. Outside you’ll find a fire pit, hammock and bird watching (right off the deck!). Great nearby hiking.

Winter snowmobile vacation.
The home was very nice and very clean. Loved our stay. The only downfall was location to trail system. Ended up hauling sleds to another location to unload. Everything else was great!

Picture perfect
O couldn’t express how amazing this cabin is! It was straight out of a movie. My husband and I curled up on the couch by the fire and watched the snow fall from the window. It was so unbelievable. We are already planning another trip to Greenville and will absolutely return to Bobcat Cabin!!

Awesome place to stay
This was the second year that a group of friends and I rented a place in the Moosehead/Lower Wilson Pond area for a weekend getaway. The place was well-equipped, very clean, and had plenty of space for all five of us. Woodstove was a plus and worked quite well. Kitchen was set up very nicely. Overall we had a great weekend and hope to stay at the cabin again next year.

Comfortable, clean, cozy ... exactly as advertised
This cabin was just what we expected based on the online write-up and reviews. We had everything we needed. We cooked dinner both nights of our stay and found the kitchen to be well supplied. The cabin was just the right size for myself, my husband, two teenage kids, and our dog. I would book this cabin again if we return to the Moosehead Lake area.
