About this chalet rental
This large detached chalet for a maximum of 50 people is located in Wald-Koenigsleiten, an alpine village on the Gerlos Pass in Salzburgerland, close to the Zillertal Arena ski area.
The chalet has a sauna, shower and relaxation and yoga area. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with pizza ovens, a dining area with bar for 50 people and two lounge areas with TV corner and tile stove. The chalet offers 20 comfortable bedrooms and 18 bathrooms, a ski storage room with ski boot warmer, a washing machine and garden with garden furniture. Parking is available directly at the chalet.
The chalet is located on the tourist Gerlos road and is therefore easy to reach. Due to the central location of the chalet, you can reach the Zillertal Arena ski area (Hochkrimml - Königsleiten) with 150 km of slopes in 15 minutes, the Wildkogel Arena ski area (Neukirchen) with 75 km of slopes in 10 minutes and the KitzSki-Hollersbach ski area with 188 km of slopes in 20 minutes. The ski bus that takes you to the cable cars from the Zillertal Arena stops right outside the door! With the Salzburg Super Ski Card you can ski in the three ski areas with almost 400 km of slopes with one ski pass!

Tons of space! We loved that everyone had their own room and bathroom, made it easy to get ready quickly in the morning. The saunas were a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. The industrial kitchen was fun, but we couldn’t get all the burners on the stove to work, and we were sometimes surprised that it didn’t have everything we were looking for. There weren’t even basics like salt and pepper. The views were a lot of fun to wake up to in the morning. Overall a great place for a large group of people to stay and hang out.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage. Super eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr schöne Badezimmer und vor allem sehr sauber. Die Küche ist für große Gruppen gut geeignet und auch sehr gut ausgerüstet. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, wir haben für das nächste Jahr gleich wieder gebucht. Insgesamt sind das Haus und auch die Betreuung herausragend.

Dit chalet hebben we een jaar geleden ook geboekt. Je weet dus wat je verwachten ...
Dit chalet hebben we een jaar geleden ook geboekt. Je weet dus wat je verwachten kunt. Toch weten de eigenaar en de beheerder (v) je ter plaatse weer te verrassen. Ontvangst is goed en vriendelijk. De beheerder staat direct voor je klaar. Het huis is helemaal voor de groep ( 45) personen. Goed verzorgde kamers met prima bedden. Voldoende en goede badkamers. Een mooie ruime eetkamer met bar waar je je eigen pilsje kunt tappen ( apres ski doe je dus gewoon in het chalet) er staan ook flesjes wijn in het huis. Verder zijn er 2 mooie ruime huiskamers waar je tv of een film kunt kijken ( grote schermen je hoeft niet te turen) of gewoon een boek lezen. De skiruimte is prima verzorgd. En last nut not least er is een professionele keuken waar je prima kunt koken voor een grote groep. Onze groep was en is enthousiast over het huis. ( wellicht is het een beetje stom van me om zo lovend over dit chalet te schrijven, het kan mensen aantrekken die het ook zelf willen ondervinden, dat maakt mijn kans om het chalet in een gewenste week te huren wat kleiner, maar ik misgun niemand het plezier van dit chalet. ) Tijdens onze vakantie viel er veel sneeuw en omdat het chalet 4,5 km bergop ligt heb je wel gedoe met sneeuwkettingen. Daar zijn wij in Nederland niet aan gewend en hebben onvoldoende ervaring.

Wij verbleven in deze accommodatie met een groep van 48 personen. Wat een fantastisch huis echt alles klopt de kamers , de bar, de keuken de chill ruimtes. Het enige is dat de afstand naar de piste toch wel een stukje door de bergen is. Wij hadden geen sneeuw dus geen probleem. Echt een dikke 10!!!!!!!!!

Fantastisch huis met wondermooi uitzicht. Heel ruim, perfecte bedden, propere badkamers en een hartelijke ontvangst. Indien er iets ontbrak, werd er direct actie ondernomen. De skipistes zijn zeer goed bereikbaar via de oude Gerlosweg (indien niet gesneeuwd), anders via Krimm maar dat is niet ver om.

Das Haus ist relativ neu renoviert und bietet einen ganz tollen Zimmerstandard. Leider haben nicht alle Zimmer eine Toilette und eine Dusche/Badewanne im Zimmer. Die Küche ist relativ klein, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bei viel Schnee ist die Anfahrt zum Haus nicht ganz einfach, da man eine einspurige Passstrasse zur Anfahrt nutzen kann. Die Verwalterin hat jederzeit ein offenes Ohr und kümmert sich zeitnah um die Anliegen. Wir wollen wieder hinfahren.

Mooi groot huis ( voormalig hotel) met een prima keuken waar je goed in kunt werken om voor een grote groep eten te koken. Een mooie tap en een paar vaatjes bier op voorraad evenals een paar doosjes wijn. De apres ski kun je prima in je vakantieverblijf doen. Goede bedden ( ook belangrijk) De beheerders wonen tegenover het huis en zijn heel behulpzaam als je ze nodig hebt

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit vielen Zweibettzimmern
Wir organisieren seit über 20 Jahren für unsere Freunde Gruppenreisen und waren schon in vielen verschiedenen Häusern, diese ist eines der Schönsten in denen wir bis jetzt waren. Fast alle Zimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad und sind modern, geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Die Küche ist super, es fehlen zwar an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas Arbeitsflächen, das macht die restliche Ausstattung mit Pizzaofen, einem großen Gasherd, einer Großküchen-Spül-Straße, einem riesen Kühlschrank mit Glastüren und einer Fläche mit Warmhaltestrahler für die zubereiteten Speisen locker wett. Kochen für Großgruppen macht hier wirklich Spaß. Es gibt so gar ein Küchen-Willkommenspaket mit Spüli, Spülschwämmen, ein paar Geschirrtüchern und einigen anderen Dingen die man so braucht, sehr praktisch, falls man etwas vergessen hat.
Die Bar liegt zentral hat eine sehr gute Zapfanlage und ist auch sonst gut und gemütlich ausgestattet, nur der Preis pro Bierfass ist nicht ganz ohne. Um die Theke herum ist der Speiseraum in dem auch jeder wirklich seinen Platz findet (das hatten wir auch schon anders, deshalb erwähne ich es extra).
Das Haus verfügt noch über zwei zusätzliche Aufenthaltsräume mit großen Sitzflächen und TV, die gerne von unserer Jugend für eine Videoabend genutzt wurden, hier wäre noch Platz für einen Tischkicker, eine Tischtennisplatte oder ähnliches, was wir beim Vermieter schon angeregt haben.
Die Sauna ist leider etwas klein, dafür haben unsere Saunagänger sie als die Beste die wir bisher hatten gelobt. Es gibt auch noch einen Wärmekabine, die von uns aber nicht genutzt wurde.
Das Haus hat ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Tür und bei Schneefall wurde er immer wieder geräumt.
Die beiden Damen, die Vorort das Haus betreuen sind sehr hilfsbereit und kümmern sich wirklich sehr. Fehlt etwas wurde es schnellst möglich besorgt, war eine Leuchte defekt wurde sie umgehend ersetzt oder wenn nötig Handwerker bestellt.
Würde das Haus direkt an der Piste liegen, wäre es perfekt, aber die Fahrt ist absolut ok und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der Preis ist leider etwas hoch, aber das hat uns von einer erneuten Buchung nicht abgehalten.
Von uns gibt es ein sehr empfehlenswert!!

Tolle Gruppenunterkunft mit Super Bar und Aufenthaltsraum
Das Haus entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass das Haus aus 2 Häusern besteht, die NUR im Keller sowie im EG verbunden wurden. Der 1. + 2. Stock ist getrennt. Leider ist auch die Verbindung der Häuser im EG nur durch die große Küche, was für Kinder etwas unglücklich gelöst wurde. Auch muss man dies bei der Zimmereinteilung beachten. Z. B. ist in dem einen Haus im 2. Stock ein "kleines Appartment", mit einem 4-Bett Zimmer, einem Doppelzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer und einem Gemeinschaftsbad. Außerhalb befindet sich dann noch ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad. In dem anderen Haus (nicht verbunden) befinden sich dann die anderen Zimmer wie beschrieben. Die Zimmer im EG sind auch sozusagen in einem kleinem "Appartment" (1x 4-Bett, 1x2-Bett, gemeinsames Bad) und weit weg vom Aufenthaltsraum, sodass diese Zimmer auch sehr ruhig liegen. Hier befindet sich auch nochmal das andere Wohnzimmer mit separatem WC. Die Bäder sind in Ordnung, wobei bei der Renovierung leider wohl die alten Waschbecken etc. wieder verwendet wurden und nur die Fliesen meist neu sind.
Bei uns gingen leider einige Heizkörper nicht, wie z. B. in dem Bad des Appartments im EG sowie im Keller-Zimmer. Wir waren 2 Nächte da und mussten nochmal ca. EUR 100 Heizkosten zahlen.
Die Zimmer selbst sind toll mit den Betten. Die Küche super ausgestattet, Teller, Holzbretter, Besteck, Wasserkocher, normale Kaffeemaschine, Gastro-Geschirrspüler, Pizzaofen, normaler Ofen, Herd mit 4 Platten, alles absolut ausreichend für 50 Personen.
Der Aufenthaltsraum ist super schön, die BAR das Highlight. Leider war die Kühlung in der BAR defekt, was zu unserer Reisezeit mit 0 Grad Außentemperatur nicht weiter schlimm war, wir haben die Getränke auf der Terrasse gekühlt. Diese ist übrigens auch klasse, im Sommer ist das bestimmt der HIT.
Parkplatz ist ein großer vorhanden, die Beleuchtung lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Hier wäre ein Bewegungsmelder sinnvoll. Wenn man nicht dran denkt, dass Licht von innen einzuschalten, könnte man leicht die Treppe runterfallen - es ist dort dann stockdunkel.
Was beim Check-In ein bisserl stutzig macht sind die REGELN, die man unterschreiben muss. Hier werden sämtliche Kosten aufgeführt, die noch auf einen zukommen, wenn man das Haus nicht entsprechend verlässt. Als Beispiel heisst es, die Übergabe muss Besenrein erfolgen. In Deutschland könnte man meinen, man muss putzen, man hat aber doch eine riesige Reinigungspauschale bezahlt!
