Emplacement+++. parkings proches, Idéal accès, et proximité immédiate du "vieux" Ljubljana, commerces Très calme, Cuisine, L'appartement garde la fraîcheur même sans la clim.

Le matelas du lit principal est correct sans plus.

Nice and comfortable flat, the location is perfect, right in the city centre, just few steps from the river with tons of restaurants and cafés. Ideal for couples!

There is no parking available, but the staff was really helpful and helped us with dealing with that.

Great location, clean property. Poor communication with host.

Fantastic location. It was well equipped and worked well for our family of four. It was a quiet location despite being so central. We could walk everywhere we wanted to see.

Few essentials missing like dustpan and brush so difficult to clean under table. It was a shame there was no parking as I was under the impression there was when I booked it. However there was a car park nearby. We had an awful experience checking in. We arrived late due to flights and thunderstorm (as we discussed with the host). But when we arrived we had no instructions how to access the property, our phones could not contact the tel number, and we were in the pouring rain for 45 mins. Eventually we tried to see if another hotel had a bed for the night and luckily a kind man helped us contact the owner. We had never heard of Hotel Mrak where we were supposed to check in and check out. This is not mentioned in any emails or booking.com which is very strange; a simple detail which would have saved a lot of time and stress!!!

The apartments have an fantastic location. We did not use our car at all during our stay. We had two seperate apartments, no. 1 and 6. We spend most time in no 6 as it is the largest. It has efficient aircondition, fancy lighting and window shading, small dishwasher, well equipped kitchen and two shower heads.

Both our apartments had extremely cold floor on the toilet. Furthermore, probably due to condensation, the floors were constantly wet and gave a feeling of being in a moisty cellar, which however appeared a bit less in the rest of the apartment. You have to find parking on your own, however a large open and reasonable priced parking lot is just around the corner. Carrying luggage can be a challenge though, as you need to pass through a building at the street and walk approx. 20m regardless where you park. In our cases the cleaning was unfortunately not at the level expected. Long hair was found in the bed linen in apartment no. 6 and a smell of urine appeared from time to time in the corner of the bedroom in studio no. 1.

The location was perfect.

The was super hot and the air was moist. The shower did not have spatula so the bathroom was dirty all the time.

Very good & comfortable stay

The location is very good & staff was also kind & helpful.. Room was spacious & clean.. overall a very good stay

There were a lot of Ants in the kitchen & the automatic light system was annoying more than helpful.. and the next door neighbor were talking very loud, it was like you can hear everything whatever they are talking. it was hard to sleep..

Very good

The location was good. The size of the apartment was good, clean, and safe.

We arrived early and wanted to leave our luggage in their care but the host didn't respond to us. We had to eat lunch nearby, then asked the cafe manager to call the host. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped.

Comfort in the heart of Ljubljana

Excellent location on the heart of Ljubljana. Apartment with all the appliances required (fridge, pans, iron, etc) with the addition of a stereo system I could sync with my iPhone —this was a nice surprise— as well as underfloor heating on the bathroom, which is always good, and a VERY comfortable bed. Check in was easy and I asked to check out an hour later and had no problems at all.

The apartment was a bit “too white/modern” for taste, which means, in my view, it lacked a bit of character. Apart from that, everything was absolutely spotless

Perfect location too stay .

Location , close to everywhere. Good and helpful staff.

Don't have any sofa, bed not too comfortable, dont have any kitchen towel and too many lights ☺️.

there is parking in the courtyard, but it costs 15 euro, otherwise no parking facilities in the surroundings.

Great location, super quiet, spacey and nicely cold during a hot summer.

Great location, super quiet, spacey and nicely cold during a hot summer. Just a great stay in the absolutely adorable part of Ljubljana. Trust me, I used to live in the neighbouring building for 10 years.

It was clean, but not super clean. Swiping the floor with my hand immediately upon arrival revealed some stuff, but everything else was pretty much perfect. "Smart lights" are more annoying than helpful :D
