Amazing place!

For those traveling by car, the location is ideal. Gorgeous sea view. Clean large comfortable apartments with terrace-balcony. Own parking. 500 meters to the shop by walk. 5 minutes to Lidl by car. 15 minutes drive to the center of Kalamata. Wonderful place.

It's not that I didn't like it, but if you are without a car, count on your strength. There is a good pebble beach with a cozy restaurant in a 15-minute walk, but walking to it on foot is a small quest and the way back with a steep climb takes more than 15 minutes.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Modernly renovated apartment. Very spacious. Extremely kind host.

There was't enough light in the kitchen- living room area. The bathroom wasn't renovated like the rest of the apartment.

Easy transition into apartment, owner was very friendly and helpful. Very spacious and clean throughout. Big TV, excellent internet, great view of Kalamata from balcony, very secure, safe neighborhood.Easy parking. Highly recommend

Quiet and fully equipped stop on the way into the deeper Mani

Rooms identical to the photos! Exactly what you are promised! Very good price and good noise isolation despite the fact that it’s on the “main road”.

Very minor issues such as (we prefer) two pillows on the bed or there was no window in the bathroom (only ventilator). but we liked the property!!

We only stayed one evening, met our needs, we had a car so getting to restaurants was not an issue.

Off street parking was available. Had a sitting area. Mattress was comfortable and bedroom had ample space for unpacking. Hot water and AC were not an issue. Host was very responsive and answered any questions very quickly via email and phone. The apartment was very clean. Food market was a 6 minute walk. 2 restaurants were within walking distance (1 about 5 minute walk and 1 about a 25 minute walk).

Bathroom could use an update. Curtains in bedroom were on the sheer side so blocking outside lights was impossible. There was no coffee maker and instant water pot looked old and was plastic and worn, not inviting. Was approximately 15 minutes to Old Town Center.

A very comfortable stay at a super price.

An excellent apartment recently refirbished, tastefully fitted out, super clean and comfortable. The beds were among the best we've slept in and the shower was spacious (which is not necessarily a given for other accommodation in this price range). There is also a large balcony with pleasant views of the Kalamata bay area. The apartment is well located if you have your own car (with parking on site) and despite being on one of the main roads in Verga, it is very quiet at night. Great value for money.

Excellent place! Fast and reliable wifi. Easy parking out front. Comfortable beds and very clean.

Missing a microwave which is common in Greece but still wish it included one. Then this place would be absolutely perfect.

Highly Recommended ace!

The appartment unit was very cute, inviting and with everything necessary for a comfy stay available. The owner even provided two 1.5 lit water bottles in the fridge. He was so caring and concerned that we would have a comfortable stay, that called before our arrival to tell us that there would be public work in the morning on the street near the property. Therefore, he offered us to cancel without any cost if we so wished. We did not do that, and did not regret it.

Beautiful apartment, incredible view, overall outstanding.

Could use more kitchenware. Missing small spoons for coffee, no cutting boards or bottle openers.

Very nice location close to the beach

Location was great with nice view and close to Verga beach. Nice taverns and bakeries around.

The AC was closing the moment you opened a week or a door even for 1sec.
