Great 3 modern 3 bedroom apartment in a perfect location for exploring Denia.

Beautiful & spacious modern apartment in a perfect location 3 mins walk to the seafront. Sunny large balcony with views of the port/marina & easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars & old town. 2 full bathrooms so no sharing a shower - essential for 3+ adults. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso style machine & tea/coffee supplies.

Everything perfect only problem was no drawers for clothes in master bedroom - suggestion either chest of drawers or shelves inside wardrobe. Parking was OK for us but maybe a problem during peak season - not unexpected in popular Denia!

Beautiful apartment, great location

Huge, spacious apartment with large comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location. Lovely views of the marina and mountain, and a short walk into the old town and to the castle.

Nice spacious flat. Perfect location for everywhere in Denia.

I was very happy to be met by a person with the keys and to be able to chat about the property and area. Gaby was very helpful and friendly. She remained in contact during the stay. I recommend this apartment and location to anyone who is visiting Denia.

Loved Denia and the apartment is a wonderful place to stay to enjoy its delights.

Great location, plenty of bars, restaurants and the main shopping street in easy walking distance. Good size. Comfortable beds. Good communication before and during the stay about check in, location etc. Very light and airy apartment, free wi-fi and views of the marina from the balcony.

Could do with one more armchair and one more chair for the balcony.

Superb stay in top location and great host!

The flat is located in a super location. A few steps from all facilities such as the main street of Dénia , there are cosy bars, restaurants , nice shops and so on. This street is traffic-free. If you want to stroll along the promenade along the sea and the port, it is just across the street from the flat. A super location!! If you book this flat there is smooth and clear communication right away. On arrival Gaby , the host , is already there and waits for you with a smile. Leads you around the flat and hands over the key. Gaby is very friendly , communicates very smoothly and quickly. Nothing is too much for her. The flat is very neat and clean. Everything you need is there. The beds are large and have good mattresses. The front terrace is spacious , has a view of the sea . With great pleasure we will come back. A big thank you to Gaby!!!

Denia has such a variety of things to do and see. it’s gorgeous.

great space, really clean, lots of room, comfortable. access to the shops, restaurants, beaches, marinas

just the noise. at night you can hear the party outside. the traffic. and the people above and next door. we were there to cycle not party so weren’t late to bed and usually out 1000-1600 daily.

This apartment is beautiful and you couldn’t ask for more in a central location.

I couldn’t fault the property. It is spacious, clean, bright and everything was like new. It was tastefully furnished and beds very comfortable. It had everything you might need for a stay. The apartment is very centrally located and everything with it walking distance. Would definitely return.

Gaby and Rosanna on hand if needed.

Perfect position to the Marco de Campo. Easy access to buses etc. Security good. A view from balcony great. (Not ideal if you don’t like noise as it overlooks a Main Street. Rooms very spacious.

Paintwork needs refreshing. The main bedroom mattress cover badly stained. Kitchen well equipped with large utensils for a family., chunky mugs so bought our own.

cleaning and super close to Denia’s port. Host really helpful and willing to support you at any time.

Property is perfect, but would be ideal if had parking space. Nevertheless was not hard to find a parking slot.

Lovely apartment with nice side views from balcony to the marina. Apartment was cleaned to the highest standard! Rooms were a good size with lots of storage. Very comfortable beds and lounge. Balcony got morning and afternoon sun and was perfect to enjoy meals. Location was good..walking distance to beach, marina and lots of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay here again.

There was no parking but there are options very close which you have to pay for.
