Nice location close to the habour, convenient if taking the overnight cruise to Sweden. About 30 minutes walk along the canal to the city centre. Grocery shopping about 5 minutes walk away.
Only thing that was a bit annoying was the habit of some guests to congregate outside after 10pm to smoke and talk very loudly for extended periods of time.

The location was perfect for my needs, nice that there was a sale close by. The building was brand new, and it was a nice surprise to have a french balcony too! And the door opening system and the communications from Hiisi was hilarious.
The apartment was a bit hot, but so was every place in Finland and thanks to the large balcony door, venting was possible.

It was great little apartment. Nice and handy to all attractions
Does the door open only as window, as great chairs on balcony but couldn't get out onto it. If only for decoration then that's great. Only other is said there was washing machine but the item above toilet looked like washing machine but obviously needs a key to open which was not to be seen. No panic as had only been on trip for 2 days

easy to get to, decent location but not right in town, nice and quiet area which was really good for me and the dog. Better amenities than my own studio apartment.
Could hear people in the halls or above me late at night so made it a little difficult falling to sleep. Wish I hadn't paid for parking as there are COPIOUS amounts of parking spots nearby.

A little noisy as right on the street and a bit hot in the afternoon as no shade.
Need some trees around! English instructions for the oven would be good.

Location was good, apartment was clean and cosi.
There were not always a free space for parking on the street, but overall it was easy to find it 300m away

The location was great and the apartment exactly as advertised.
Cleaning could have been better.

It was a new property and in a nice location.
It’s a shame that a potentially ideal location lose all its appeal due to the room being filthy. The bathroom was filthy, the kitchen was filthy, garbage left on the counter, a disgusting dish cloth on the counter. I’ve been in the hotel industry for 20+ years and there is no excuse for this. Worst experience of the whole trip; I can excuse just about anything with the exception of cleanliness. Total fail.

New, clean, quiet, nice cooking facilities. Close to the Promenade of the River Aura and its restaurants.

Very well equipped Appartment. Everything is still new, unscratched pans, even a washing machine incl. washing agent. Also a bit of coffee tea salt sugar and pepper are provided.
The location is good, very close to the castle and Forum Marinum.
The Appartment is too small to travel with kids. You get a room of roughly 3m x 3m containing two single beds, a table that can be converted into a double bed and a kitchen line. There is also an entrance area with closets and a smartly fitted bathroom, which are good enough for a family, but the living room is just to small. You can either open the balcony door or the oven door, because the long table needs to be pushed the other way. The balcony is tiny, fits only two chairs. Once the kids are asleep, parents can't sit and talk anywhere. There are no bed side desks where you can leave your things or clothes. There is no direct access to the garage but you need to walk around the building and enter through the car gate. No air condition in the rooms which is odd for such a new building.

the apartment is fairly new and kitchen is equipped. bathroom is big. that's about it. super-expensive for what you get. looks very nice but it's all a cover up for a kitchen room with two single beds in it. only good thing is location by the harbour museum and walk by the water.
To start with, the fully automated system is bad. you need to type in the entry code to your door every single time in a website. every single time! what if you have no finnish sim card, or there is no wifi, or you have no battery left on your mobile? you're done. so make sure you always have battery left on your phone to get into your room. there is no reception or human contact whatsoever. total crap system. so very annoying.
secondly, it's a very expensive apartment for what it is. basically a kitchen room with two beds in it. so small and expensive.
third, there is no aircon. i'm usually ok with that, but not when it's the hottest week of the year and the room is totally sun exposed. it gets very very hot in there. lots of light too. you cannot escape it. there is no air moving.
you can't help but sweat like a pig in there, not a single good nights' sleep. and the answer from hiisi homes when contacted about aircon is:
"leave the window open and put the kitchen fan on max power... for more air circulation...."
are you joking???? seriously. more than 500 euros to sleep in an oven for 5 nights.... and get bitten by mosquitoes. thanks but no thanks!
mattrass not comfy. wifi not fast. parking on the street is dodgy... you'll get fined if you don't pay attention to the bus stop zone's bigger perimeter, even with plenty of room around for the bus to stop.
this place is to be avoided at all cost.

Kitchen facilities!
How to rate a hotel while we couldn't sleep even one minute!
It wasn't possible to sleep at all. No AC, no fan, no window net, too hot and stuffy!
It was my worst stay in Turku! Never ever come back!
Too much emails and unnecessary communications! But when we asked a question or had a problem, we couldn't find anyone! There is no even one person in the city! They trying to manage the guests from other cities!

The apartment was great - one bedroom and a living room. The customer service was also superb - immediately reachable and friendly.
Wasn't too happy with the location: it's an apartment building located in an area with a lot of building sites next to it. There are no shops, restaurants, sightseeing places nor playgrounds etc nearby.

I liked the full technology control. You will never see the servants.
Hiisi homes accommodation is very conform place for living in Turku. We were 3 adults and it was more than enough to be a good trip. I am strongly recommending that appartment.
