Great location, nice apartment, cosy, feels like home. It was everything we hoped for our family vacation. Beach is close, marina too. Walking distance to the metro station. Owner is very kind.

it was exceptional and no issues

Nice flat in a great location in Piraeus. We were three people and were very well able to sleep in separate rooms. Kitchen has everything you need, dish washer and washing machine are available and every room has a tv. Overall the flat was clean and had tons of space, also good wifi available.
Shower should be taken care of.

The host met us outside and helped us upstairs with our luggage. He showed us around the apartment and there was some free coffee capsules which we appreciated a lot. The apartment was clean, tidy and relatively quiet for such a busy place like Piraeus. Parking for a small car is on-site.
Nothing.

Self catering. Close to supermarket harbour restaurants. Archeological museum walking distance.
Needed small saucepan for breakfast eggs.

Hard to separate the review into "good" and "bad" boxes. I'll go through some of the listed facilities here:
* Entire unit wheelchair accessible - partially. Bathroom door is less than 60 cm wide, elevator is rather small and its inner door opens inwards, neighborhood is hilly and sidewalks mostly impassable (curbs, steps and obstacles everywhere). Not a particularly wheelchair-friendly place, but usable with an assistant.
* Soundproofing - partial. From the street: OK except loud motorbikes. From adjacent apartments: OK except occassional awning creaks or window slams. Between individual rooms of the apartment: none (don't expect to sleep in one room while others talk in another).
* Spa bath, Hot tub - no, just a shower.
* Toiletries - yes, except toothpaste (I believe it was just a mistake, but better to bring yours if arriving too late to shop).
* Extra long beds - yes.
* Air conditioning - yes, individually controllable in each room.
* Fruits, Wine/champagne - no, meals are not included and Booking is clear about it. But we got a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival (a real lifesaver). And there are some basic cooking supplies like salt, sugar, oil, tea etc. in the kitchen.
* Carpeted - no, just tiles and PVC/wood (see photos).
* Detached - no, the building is a block of flats.
Some good stuff:
* Nearby Blue Lagoon beach has a special moving chair to help disabled people get to water and back.
* Bedrooms have light switches both near the doors and near the beds.
* Broken washing machine (probably fixed by the time you read this).
* Some dust under beds and sofas.

The location in Pireus is terrific: right next to the beach and museums (the excellent naval museum), many restaurants, and the marina. The location allows you to do anything you want: go on a sailing trip, a day to the beach, visit Athens by the metro, or by taxi (~15 euros to the center of Athens). The place is clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a full kitchen. I strongly recommend it.
Actually nothing. I liked the place.

Fine appartement, nice , comfortable.
Having a parking for the car.

Parking spot in garage was very tight for an SUV.

The apartment is big and spacious, with two really nice terraces. Beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen includes all appliances.
The floor, drawers and wardrobes were not very clean.

Apartment is darker than pictures indicate. Awesome place close to the marina. Full fridge when we arrived and very helpful host

The bathroom and furniture are a bit worn out

Nice apartment, with nice appliances
The owner had a hostess greet us and give us the keys and show the apt. We had to wait for her for 30mins on a day with around 40C temp with two kids (even though we have sent updates on exact arrival times as requested) . The garage was so small that there was a few cm clearance on each side of our midsize SUV when entering, so make sure to check if your car can fit there as there is almost no free space in the street during most of the day. We went into the apt, the hostess turned on the heater for the hot water in the bathroom and told us to turn it off in 15mins and that it's safer to not shower like that and she left. Then we discovered dirty dishes in the dishwasher so we turned that on and we turned on the a/c units in the apt (3 of them 1 in each room) as they have not even cooled the place for us so it was over 30C in the apt. In about 5min the whole electricity went out in the apt. We have contacted the hostess and told her what happened and she told us they know how to fix and will be fixed in 3h. We came back to the apt around 23h only to find the apt still in the dark and the hostess inside arguing with somebody on the phone. Then she attacked us saying that it's our fault that we "damaged " the electricity. She got our children 5 and 8 scared and I also told her I want a full refund and I don't feel safe staying in an apt with no electricity overnight. She said to contact the owner which I tried, but he did not pick up a phone so I sent him messages only to get attacked by him again that it's my fault and that he can call the police on us for damages. At that point we took our stuff and agreed with the hostess that we'll leave. We had to go in the middle of the night to find a hotel and given its July most of them were booked. We contacted booking.com for a refund which they rejected claiming they don't take sides and that its up to the owner to refund which he does not want to. So a complete failure of booking.

Location is very good.
We reserved accomondation with breakfast, but the owner left food in the fridge, and we had to prepare our own breakfast.
