About this house rental

Ideally located, 400m from the sandy beach of Sablettes (7mn walk), this beautiful house of 110m ² is in the heart of a beautiful garden, not overlooked, with a concrete pool of 8x4m and a large shaded terrace in front of the house which allows to take all the meals outside in good weather.

All shops (bakery, pharmacy, butcher, tobacconist, press, doctors, ...) are located less than 150m from the property, which will allow you to limit your travel by car.

On the ground floor is a cozy living room with a nice kitchen of 45m ², directly overlooking the shaded terrace.
In the living room there is an indoor dining area, a flat screen TV with Free Box. Wifi Internet access is also available throughout the house and garden. The living room / kitchen is air conditioned.

Adjoining the living room, separated by a glass door is "the small living room". It allows to isolate itself from the activity of the living room / kitchen (nap, mail, internet surfing, games, ...), and can serve as a third bedroom with its sofa bed 2 places. There are books and board games.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms: one of 12m², with a double bed (140x200) and built-in wardrobes. The other of 16m ², very clear, with 1 double bed (160x200), 2 single pull-out beds and built-in wardrobes.

The shower room has a beautiful newly renovated shower. The toilet is separate.

In the garden, next to the "garden furniture" area, you will find the laundry room with the washing machine and the dryer and 1 WC.
The garden furniture, protected by a pergola, is the ideal place for aperitif and coffee.

An independent studio is located to the right of the house and uses the same main entrance, without any opposite on the house or the swimming pool.

A crib adjoins the property and you can hear children arrive or play outside.

The pool is available for swimming from mid-May to the end of September, the rest of the year, it is usually too cold to enjoy.

Mon compagnon et moi-même avons passé un séjour idyllique chez Delphine, qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis. La maison est très confortable : la literie est excellente, la chambre parentale est spacieuse et donne l'impression d'être dans les arbres. Le jardin comporte plusieurs belles essences et constitue un havre de paix, ponctuellement troublé par les cris d'enfants de la crèche attenante, ce qui ne nous a pas empêché de nous ressourcer et de passer des heures dans la piscine. Nous n'étions pas motorisés et avons été très heureux de tout pouvoir faire à pieds, en ayant parfois recours aux transports en commun : bus ou bateau, très pratiques. Nous sommes rentrés il y a quelques jours et je n'ai qu'une obsession : y retourner.

Accueil très sympa de la propriétaire, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un environnement calme malgré la proximité de la crèche. Juste un petit peu déçu par rapport à l'entretien de la piscine, ce qui ne nous a pas empêché d'en profiter.

Het huis en accommodatie is super goed gelegen. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt : uitgeruste keuken waar je kan koken, airco in de kamers en leefruimte. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers beide met 2 persoonsbed en in 1 van de kamer kan een extra kind slapen. Badkamer is geriefelijk met douche. Zwembad is heerlijk, alles is netjes onderhouden en dicht bij alles. Naar het strand kan je wandelen : +/- 10 min, in de nabijheid is er een slager, bakker , apotheek, dokter. Op 5 min met de auto enkele supermarkten. De host is super vriendelijk en helpt je via mail waar nodig. Kortom, dikke aanrader !

Es passt alles. Schönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet, eine unglaublich nette Gastgeberin. Fußläufig alles erreichbar, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Strand. Wir haben mit dem Auto die Gegend erkundet, von Marseille bis St. Tropez alles in unter 1,5 Std. machbar. Vielen Dank!

La maison est fantastique , aussi bien l'intérieur que l'extérieur. Delphine nous a accueilli avec le sourire, c'est une personne charmante, serviable et très gentille. La maison est proche de tout et en même temps on se croyait seuls tellement on était au calme! Un petit plus pour la literie, on a dormi comme des bébés! En tout cas nous on reviendra! Merci encore.

La maison est très agréable, et super boen equipee. Le jardin arboré donne une impression d’etre loin de tout alors qu’on est presque au centre des Sablettes. La piscine est grande et ensoleillee, bref, vacances tres agreable!

The garden is lovely with lots of mature shrubs and trees. The shaded area by the pool is lovely to sit and relax out of the heat. The pool is large and has a stepped shallow section to paddle in. The house is large and airy. We only stayed a few days but would love to come back and stay longer next time.

Great Place for relaxing holidays

First of all - thanks a lot to Delphine for the perfect and uncomplicate organisation of our stay. It a really nice and relaxing place, a lovely and nice decorated house which is in a really good shape. We loved to stay there, having breakfast on the terasse and some ralaxing hours at the pool each day - our chlldren (12 + 14 years old) were very happy there. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes and the shops (bakery etc.) also 5 minutes to walk. Delphine, the owner, is very lovely and was always quick to respond when we had questions about the house. She also came for cleaning the pool several days. The house cat is such a lovely cat and we all miss her very much. We will certainly come back!

The house is spacious, clean, nicely decorated and is in the perfect location; within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Delphine, the owner, is lovely and was always quick to respond when we had questions about the house or the area.

Nous (parents et deux enfants, 6 ans) avons passé une semaine vraiment relaxante et calme dans cette jolie maisons. La maison est très bien équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine, WiFi-Internet, tout est très propre et l’intérieure est aménagé avec beaucoup de style. On sent directement que cette maison est pleine de cœur, comme la locatrice. La piscine est vraiment grand et nos enfants ne voulait le quitter ! Les plages et les magasin sont assez proche pour faire les courses tous à pied, si on ne veut pas bouger la voiture. Pour faire les excursions, nous recommandons Sanary-sur-Mer et la route des Crêtes, entre Cassis et la Ciotat. Delphine, merci bien pour l’accueil chaleureuse dans votre maison et on aimerait bien y revenir !

Tout d'abord merci à Delphine pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison, un havre de paix en ville. Nous n'avions pas envie de bouger. La piscine : Lynaïs ( ses premières vacances ) y aurait passé la journée, nous en avons bien profité également. une grande terrasse (pour nos repas), un salon de jardin (pour l'apéro), des chambres(literie très bien) et une grande pièce living, cuisine. Bref tout pour passer de bonnes vacances

Dear Delphine, All my family would like to say BIG THANK YOU for amazing 2 weeks in June this year. My parents were more than excited to go for their first ever trip to south of France - and we did not make a mistake with our selection at all! You welcome and good bye were more than appreciated - just few days ago we were sitting at the breakfast table in Vienna (where my borther lives) and were tasting your orange/ginger jam... Delicious! That day recalled a lot of positive emotions linked to the stay in your property. Booking process - 5* Correspondence and help prior to arrival - 5* Value for money - 5* Offer versus reality - 5* Product - 5* - well equipped kitchen (my brother is a chef), good size bedrooms, additional guests were even more than welcomed for some nights. Fair size pool, BBQ Nearby - all what you need. Beach (not overcrowded) - 5 minutes walking distance. Grocery shops - few minutes away. Once again - thank you. We will be certainly back

Jolie maison avec grand terrain ombragé et en plus une piscine de bonne taille bordée de bambous et sans vis à vis. Jardin sauvage idéal pour y accrocher son hamac. les seuls individus qui vous dérangeront seront les cigales......merci à Delphine, charmante propriétaire, pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité. Probably the most beautiful house we have rented so far. Big garden with old trees, nice pool with "salt water" , comfortable sitting area - you do not want to go inside because it's so beautiful outside. But if you go inside the house you realize how beautiful it is inside just as well. Great kitchen, well equipped with dining area and living room all in one large space, two nice bed rooms both with beautiful view in the garden, bathroom with large shower - we did not want to leave...close to shops, the beach everything - the perfect holiday home !! And the owners are just great!! Thanks a lot!!!
