Enttäuscht das die Qualität in Afrika besser ist als hier in Europa.

Der Standort ist echt gut

Das Arpartment war sehr dreckig, die Handtücher hatten Flecken und Löcher. Mussten alles selber putzen, der Teppich und die Stühle hatten ziemlich viele Flecken. Der Aufzug ist eine Katastrophe!!! Sehr lange Wartezeit bis er kommt.

Hotel centralissimo, a due minuti da la Croisette.

La pulizia non era impeccabile e , purtroppo, il servizio biancheria e pulizia della stanza non è incluso nel prezzo.

Jauka viesnīca ar labiem papildus pakalpojumiem.

Atrašanās vieta ir ļoti laba - tuvu pludmalei un populārām vietām. Skats no balkona arī bija fantastisks - apbrīnoju oranžo māju, kas bija redzama no stūra balkona. Patika arī, ka bija kondicionieris un virtuve. Sagaidīšana bija jauka, varējām bezmaksas atstāt bagāžu līdz check-in laikam.

Diemžēl vannasistabā nebija vannas, lai gan bija solīts numuriņa aprakstā. Istabiņas uzkopšana ir tikai 1x nedēļā un pašam jānes izmest atkritumi uz speciālu telpu. Pie gultas sāna bija arī pielipuši sveši mati. Check-in tikai no 17:00.

Hôtel bien placé mais très mal tenu et personnel dans son ensemble très désagréable.

L'emplacement est parfait et l'hôtel devait être bien avant que son mauvais entretien ne fasse ressortir que des défauts.

La moquette dans tout l'hôtel avec des tâches de javel qui date apparemment de 2020 et du COVID. La chambre ou l'aspirateur à été passé que sommairement. Des tâches de gras sur l'intérieur de la porte de la chambre ou même un aveugle les aurait vu. La baignoire cassée sur 3 centimètres à 10 cm du bas et avec un décalage qui aurait pu nous couper mais aussi inonder les étages inférieurs. Aucun joint silicone autour de la baignoire qui d'ailleurs ne devait pas être bien fixé au sol car elle a bougé à mon entée. Si la personne chargé du ménage l'avait lavé, elle l'aurait vu, signalé et la chambre n'aurait pas du nous être donné. Le personnel de réception sans aucune réaction au premier abord nous a juste annoncé que l'hôtel était complet. Nous avons du demandé un premier geste commercial qui nous a même pas été proposé pour compenser cette chambre imposé. On nous a imposé de faire un mail pour communiquer plutôt que de gérer ensemble le problème par éventuellement une compensation ou autre geste pour rattraper leurs erreurs. Puis, les déconvenues ont continué au deuxième petit déjeuner ou il n'y avait plus de brouillade... à cause du fournisseur d'après la personne très désagréable de la cuisine. Et le troisième petit déjeuner était le pompon car à 10h00 (fin du petit déjeune 10h30 le dimanche) quasiment plus rien, 4 morceaux de pain, dont un machouillé, plus de charcuterie, quasiment plus de fromage, toujours pas de brouillades, plus d'oranges (encore à cause du fournisseur, mais pas à cause d'une mauvaise gestion de l'hôtel) 1 malheureux pancake sec et de la confiture en duel... La même personne de la cuisine qui ne m'entend même pas lui parler à 1 mètre d'elle dans sa cuisine car elle avait des écouteurs sur les oreilles. 18€ le petit déjeuner dans un hôtel 4 étoiles pour çà, est une vaste blague, et les seule réponses de la réception est : faite un mail ! De plus, aucunes réponses à mes mails.

Pratique pas cher pour séjour solo

Petit détail dans la salle de bain, avec un lavabo bouché, et Il manque une réglette plastique sous la paroi vitrée de douche pour une meilleure étanchéité

Don't stay.

Staff seemed to hate their jobs. I hated it so much I wanted to check out the day I arrived. I've been traveling for a year and have never wanted to do that. They don't give a refund for a reason. I checked out day 2 of seven and no refund at all. Don't stay here.

filthy, rode and unprofessional

1- no once can speak English well 2- no housekeeping 3- no normal tissues in the room 4- no hand soup in the room 5- no enough towels in the room 6- no enough shampoo or shower in the room 7- I complained about the air condition but no one fix it till we get out 8- very bad room isolation 9- very rode staff 10- the disaster thing is that I found many ants in the room & I’ll attach one I found 11- beds aren’t comfortable at all so What’s missing above, I had to go the supermarket & bought it.

4 Star hotel that only cleans room every 5 days....

Not a lot, other than location

Didn't bother to clean our room on overnight stay, bed not made, new towels. I complained and was told they only clean the rooms every 5 days, which I would expect more for a 4 star hotel at over £200 a night (no breakfast) and out of season Reception area smelt of sewerage I did complain that our room hadn't been cleaned on the 2nd day, it was not resolved. On checkout I was told they would be in touch and I haven't heard from them/

Disappointment for Cannes

location, pool, size of apartment

staff was rude, can't speak english so we had communication problems. we got room that was not washed, others hair on the floor, clogged sink in the bathroom, ants in the kitchen. there was no duvet or pillow on the sofa bed. the room was also not automatically cleaned if we did not tell reception. don't understand how this is 4* hotel! just hope we didn't bring ants or other critters home with us in our luggage

Usually i give 10 points to most of the accomodations i have been. When there is a lack of something (staff, location...) but i can see efforts of compensating or a reason for that imperfection, i am very ok dealing with it. When i dont see any efforts, i dont see a reason why to put efforts into a proper recension...

IT wasnt clean. When we got there, we were given the Room that was not cleaned and prepared for new guests after former guests left. afterwords we were given another Room. The Room was not prepared for 3 persons as Booked and we had to prepare the sofa for our daughter ourselves. There were not enough towels, Room cards were not working, pool area not cleaned, armchairs IN lobby dirty…….Howerer we left earlier.
