The villa is located in a private complex on the sea 'la Maddalena Spiaggia', 15 minutes from the capital Cagliari and the main airport and 15 minutes from Pula.
The location is ideal to fully enjoy the beauty of the South Coast, such as to allow a wide choice of both naturalistic and cultural itineraries. In addition, the house is perfectly connected by bus to Cagliari and Pula, Chia, Santa Margherita etc ... that pass every half hour / hour.

In front of the house, just 30 meters away, there is a beautiful white and fine sandy beach, clean water, equipped with tourist services and bathing like lifeguards, small bars and even a windsurfing school and surf kit. Beach also ideal for children.

The portion of the villa consists of two very nice double bedrooms (one with a bathroom in the bedroom), two newly renovated bathrooms with windows and large showers; large living room in parquet, sofa and 42-inch TV with digital terrestrial. Modern kitchen with all appliances, including washing machine, dishwasher, 5-burner stove, microwave, dining table and all necessary utensils. New windows with mosquito nets.

Outside there is a large terrace where there is a table with chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners, a parasol to protect yourself from the sun and 1 deckchair.

Holiday home has always been liked by couples or families.

The two houses are neighbors, both are in the villa of our property, they are very similar to the characteristics, except that the house that you put in the link has a bathroom and not two, but in addition it has a hot / cold outdoor shower and conditioned air.

...genau wie auf den Bildern. Freundliche, aufmerksame Vermieter, die immer für Fragen zur Verfügung stehen. Küche wirklich gut ausgestattet. Es war das erste Mal, dass wir außer in unserem eigenen Bett, morgens ausgeruht und entspannt aufgewacht sind. Der Strans ist fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen und auch in den nächst größeren Städten ist man in ca 20 Minuten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden definitiv wieder kommen.

The apartments are located near Cagliari Airport, on the seafront. The owner speaks English very well, which is a big plus for Sardinia. The sea is not the same as at 10 km on Nora beach, but just as clean. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a wonderful holiday.

Everything was fine

Had a nice week in this beautiful flat. Two rooms with two bathrooms, a livingroom and a kitchen, so everything needed is included. Guiseppe was very friendly and always there for us whenever we needed some help or advices. Easy to start trips to Cagliari, Pula and Chia. Lovely place to be, maybe we'll visit again some Time. Nachtelijk ontvangst was geen probleem. Alles werd keurig uitgelegd en volgende kwamen ze nog vragen of ze ergens mee konden helpen. Het huis was erg schoon en voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. Strand erg dichtbij en supermarkt op 10 minuten lopen. Als we iets wilden weten konden we ze altijd appen en snel reactie. Met de check out vroegen we of een uurtje later mochten, Was geen probleem. We hebben een perfecte vakantie gehad en het verblijf heeft daar zeker aan bijgedragen. Zouden er zo weer naar toe gaan.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung mit 4 Freundinnen gebucht. Haben eine schöne Woche dort verbracht. Zwei schöne Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Dusche / Bad, sehr sauber alles. Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küche, sauber und genügend groß. 5. Person hätte auch Platz auf Bettcouch im Wohnzimmer gehabt. Außenbereich mit Gartenmöbeln. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den Stränden Villasimius, Chia und Costa Rei. Netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und geräumig hat zwei Schlaf- und Badezimmer, optimal. Es liegt in einer sicheren, ruhigen Gegend wirklich nur über die Strasse zum Strand, dieser Abschnitt ist unbewirtschaftet, nach ca. 5 Minuten Fussweg gelangt man zum bewirtschafteten Strandabschnitt wo man die Möglichkeit hat Schirme und Liegen zu mieten und auch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen und zu trinken.

Lovely Property & Great Location for exploring Southern Sardinia

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here in October We booked for a short break (4 nights), so it was important that we weren’t too far from the airport and were in easy reach of the many beaches. The property itself was fantastic! Very clean, well equipped, nicely decorated and spacious. From picking up the hire car at Cagliari Airport, we were at the property within 30 minutes. Upon arrival, Giuseppe was quickly on hand to welcome us and show us around the property - throughout our stay both Giuseppe & Francesca were available to advise on places to visit and eat - they are truly nice people and were very keen to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The property was very secure with gated off road parking. Within less than 1 hour’s drive west, we were on some lovely beaches in Chia and within a similar time in the opposite direction we were at some equally beautiful beaches around Villasimius - I recommend taking the coastal road for some spectacular scenery! Cagliari is a short drive - 15 minutes and there are good parking facilities at reasonable prices near the train station. Thanks again Giuseppe & Francesca - it was a pleasure meeting you both and Stella and I look forward to visiting your lovely property again soon.

Very nice and with love furnished apartment, with a very well equipped kitchen, and generally good equipped. The location is a very good starting point to visit Sardinia's southern coast (only 30' to the beautiful beach Chia), very close to the beach of Capoterra (which we didn't use) and close to Cagliari and the airport. Francesca and Giuseppe are very nice people, always willing to help, if this was requested. They are few restaurants in walking distance and also a big shopping center in 5' drive. We had an amazing time in the property. The house is fantastically well refurbished and able to cope with 4 or more people really comfortably. The quality of the house fittings and attention to detail placed in the deco is amazing! The owners are incredibly friendly and very helpful. Thanks a lot to Giuseppe for hosting us and making sure we did not have anything missing. All in all, the house is an absolute recommendation when staying in Southern Sardinia: 20 minutes by car from Cagliari, 25 from Pula, 35 from Chia, so you can't really complain about the diversity and proximity of some of the most beautiful beaches and interesting places in the island.
