Disappointing.

- Nothing

- Smoking is everywhere. The room is stinking with smoke. - Noisy, close the main road and you can hear all the cars. - If you are a smoker, and you do not mind hygiene, this is probably the right place for you!

Lovely rooms and staff.

Suite 1003 is amazing and very homely. The hotel and room are very quiet.

I went to the restaurant to eat. Inside the restaurant is an enormous TV and sound system. When I was sitting waiting to order, one waiter came in and pretty much turned the restaurant in to his own cinema by ramping up the volume. I already had a very bad migraine from fasting the day before. I left and went to eat outside the hotel.

It was ok. We made the most of it but it could have been better.

The staff are very accommodating and kind. Our room was spacious if a little dated but the housekeeping staff were very good. Our sheets were changed twice and the room kept nice a clean. The food for room service was very tasty and very very good value. Location was ok, a short taxi to good restaurants such as Waterway but nothing within walking distance. It was quite close to the airport which was helpful as we arrived at 3am and were checked in with no issues. Again, I cannot fault the staff 👍

I want to preface this with the fact that we stayed in January and perhaps being out of season meant a drop in standards. The grounds seem to be open to the public so the pool was constantly full of kids swimming lessons. There are no sun beds by the pool just tables and chairs and the gym is very dated and dirty. There is a tennis court and spa advertised on the booking page but we were told they were unavailable. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and building work going on on that floor so we could only order room service which we would have liked to be warned about before booking. It would have made our stay a lot more enjoyable to eat anywhere but in our room. The room service breakfast was not good and we had to complain. Wi-Fi was not very good.

Great stay. Don't get bothered by old reviews.

I stayed for 10 days (With an extension of 3 days). Initially had doubt due to some Old reviews but at the end overall very well satisfied with my selection. Overall the rooms in main building are spacious - ask for classic rooms if your stay is more than 2-3 days, lifts are quick and cleanliness well maintained. The restaurant is under renovation but they provide the breakfast in room so nothing to worry. Specifically "Oriental Breakfast" is wow. Hotel staff is helpful in all aspects even with ordering the food from out side restaurant they helped us at late night (me and my team members). Location of the hotel is very good. Very little sound of vehicles on outside road which is in fact a main road connecting to Giza / 6th of October city. Distance from Airport is also 10-15 kms but it takes little time to reach thanks to great road conditions in Cairo. I travelled to Giza / 6th of October city / 10th of Ramadan industrial area/ Badr city / Sadat city & Dahalia city and hotel location is well connected to all sides.

Cleaning process of bathrooms needs to be improved.

kahvaltı berbat, breakfast is terrible. the weddings are organized at hotel and you cant sleep till 2 pm. very nosiy. the real price was 411 usd but they took 445 usd. they change the rates by themselves.

Rooms were spacious and clean. It was a very lively environment. Multiple private celebratory events were hosted in the reception or by the pool side, so it was a good set-up for people watching. Multiple fast food restaurants nearby.

Staff were a mixed bag, some were quite pleasant, others were either rude or just plain ignored you.

Hotel is located in good location where you can reach all the places in Cairo easly. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is recommended place for families as their are alot of activities where kids can enjoy their stay.i had enjoyed my stay their and looking forward for my next trip 😀.

The room was clean and spacious. In the morning we asked for breakfast and it was delivered to our room quite quickly. It was really cheap and edible.

Our windows overlooked the road which was very busy for a good part of the night. Since the windows don't really close that well, it was kind of difficult to sleep. When you check in, make sure to request a room not on the side of the road if your sleep is sensitive.
