It was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The rooms were comfortable, the villa was gorgeous and well maintained, the staff and service was exceptional.

Beautiful building with a private feel, a little sanctuary but relatively close to the airport. Room was beautiful. Excellent attention to detail and help from staff, food was amazing!

Loved the resort, a beautiful building, and kind and caring staff.
The sundowner organised by the hotel left more to be desired. While it was meant to be private, the fishermen were around almost throughout, and the beach wasn't as clean as you would expect for a 'private' beach- it was the fishermen's beach, and the water was very murky. But, we did however enjoy a walk on the beach to the more public side and a beautiful sunset.

This is an exceptional hotel experience. YOu would ever feel that you are in the hotel there, it feels just like it is your villa and you came for a holiday. The property manager will take care of anything you need. We needed to rent a bike; they covered all our headaches. We just took the bike and gave it back, with no paperwork. Breakfast is any time. Also, if there is something you would like to have that is not on the many, ask, and they will get it for you) My husband ordered a bottle of wine, and when it was not finished, they just put it in the fridge, so next day he could enjoy it as well. And everything you can imagine)!
The corporate culture there is something special; that's why the level of service is so high! It's full of love and care. I would like to thank the property manager Devansh; he made our stay special and unforgettable.
Nothing)!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel special. The suite was beautiful and spacious. The food was delicious. A fantastic boutique hotel.

Clean and very quiet. Away from the busy streets.
Undisclosed costs of car travel around Goa. Very expensive charges for each trip out of the property. The added hidden fees nearly doubled the overall cost of the stay from the original price.

the staff was excellent.
contracted a severe case of food poisoning which affected our stay. probably something wrong with the kitchen. the staff though were very helpful with medicines and everything

this hotel is an absolute gem, charming, unique and delightful in every way. Nothing is too much trouble for manager Devansh and his team and there is great care and attention paid to every detail. We followed with a visit to the sister property in Velha which was equally wonderful. We will definitely be visiting other properties in the Postcard group.

The postcard is a delight. Full of character, spotless and with delicious food, this is our favourite hotel in Goa! This hotel feels like your own private home. the team were wonderful and looked after us in a personal way. We had the pool to ourself, a curated day with cars laid on designed by the team .. the most comfy bed.. and utter tranquility.

Fell in love with every aspect of the property. The walls, the floors, the lights, the fixtures, the solid and beautiful old structures still standing the weight of centuries, the fine dining, the exemplary service, the little unmistakable touches, the truly personal experience, the feeling of home,... I could just go on...
Speechless for the first time..

This is a magnificent heritage property that’s restored with great integrity— while the amenities are to modern standards. The entire property has character with many charming vignettes that tempt you to linger: a shady spot to sketch and paint (all materials are provided), a small chapel in the main foyer, a beautifully restored ball room, and a billiards/game room. The communal dining room is beautifully presented and inviting; the swimming pool area is lovely as well!
Not a single thing felt off!!

on the whol it was a good experience, the breakfast was nice, the room very good, the bathrooms were a disappointement. no pressure in one of the bathroom shower, the other had poor ventilation and the third was rather small.
bathroom were not upto the standard one had expected for the rate being charged.

Beautiful property in the middle of nowhere. Amidst nature. It's a 350 year old Goan Bungalow. Bharat, the man incharge of the property is excellent. The suites are big and beautiful. Food is very good and homelike. Most importantly is cut away from the touristy places of Goa.

Rooms are clean and nice. Toiletries are nice.
Toilet in common space was not kept clean. Property lacks plantation. Does not offer comfortable seating space in common areas. TV is in pool table room with no couch. Food options are very limited to Goan and North Indian. Breakfast is not upto the mark and disappointing comparing to Postcards’ own properties in Goa and does a terrible job when compared to its peers with its offerings. Chefs lack skills required or commanded by a luxury property. Pool was not clean. Management really needs to pay attention to this property. Food price being charged is exorbitantly high and is not justified by the meals being served. If the meals are prepared and served well, price could be justified, but currently it’s just a complete waste.
