Loutro einen Besuch wert

Bis auf die Lage des Appartements nämlich genau am Treppenaufgang und das der Balkon von den anderen Seiten ebenfalls einsichtig ist, war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit

Leuke ervaring met mooi zicht en lekker eten.

ontbijt vlak bij allemaal restaurantjes. Mooie plek leuke ervaring. Je kan er ook voor 5 euro met bootje naar andere plekken en terug.

Hygiene kon wel wat beter.

Molto comoda spaziosa pulita e con vista sul porto. Personale molto gentile : ho dimenticato alcuni vestiti, sono stata subito avvisata da Maria della reception che me li ha spediti in Italia !!

Overall, my stay at Molo's apartment in Loutro was pleasant, thanks to its excellent location and comfortable room,

I really enjoyed my stay at Molo's apartment in Loutro. The location was fantastic, with everything within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area. The bedroom was comfortable and offered a lovely view, which added to the overall experience. It’s definitely a great hotel for anyone looking to stay in Loutro.

I found the pillows to be quite uncomfortable and, unfortunately, the staff couldn't provide any alternatives when I requested a change. Additionally, there was no cleaning room service available, so we had to take care of cleaning the room and making the beds ourselves. I also asked them to change the towels, but they didn't because they said the towels were clean. These were minor inconveniences but worth noting for future guests.

Very comfortable apartment, well located, with friendly staff

We loved the view and the big balcony. Our unit was spacious and cool. Very conveniently positioned in the middle of the bay, very close to water. Staff were friendly and, in general, helpful.

There are lots of steps up to the apartments which may be a problem for some. We had help getting our heavy bags up, but not down as we checked out. There were no sink plugs in either the bathroom or kitchen but we were lent a plastic bucket to do some washing in. Kitchen equipment minimal and no sharp knives, but this was a very minor fault

Beautiful Stay

We loved our stay at Molos. Such a beautiful hotel, right in the middle of the bay in Loutro. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. We loved our balcony and view! Would highly recommend! Important to note that Loutro is only accessible by boat, we didn't realize this until the day of our arrival... oops! Very quick ferry from Sfakia though.

Wasn't a problem for us but be aware that there are quite a few steps to get to the hotel

The property was nicely renovated. Everything was clean and modern. It was the nicest property to choose from in Loutro.

The walls are very thin and our bed was up against a wall that had the neighbors tv hanging on from the other side. They turned the tv on at 10:30pm and had the volume up past midnight. Also, the front door has a translucent glass window on it without any shudders or curtains able to cover it. The outdoor hallway had a bright light outside which lit up our entire room at night through the glass on the door. There was no way to cover it and make our room dark. Both the brightly lit room at night and the noise through the walls made it so we didn't get much sleep. Our stay was unpleasant due to these issues. If these two things could be fixed, I'd give this hotel a 5 star review.

No parking

Great beach. Great locale. Don't take the molos boat taxi... it broke barely out of port. Very choppy water out of likos Bay. Take a big boat or walk the half hour beautiful hike

On booking the only way they saw fit to reveal that the hotel is only really aversive by sea was too easy that there is no free parking nearby... there isn't free parking because cars can't get there. That's the allure but shouldn't they make it clear?

Central location but major A/C issues

The location was central in Loutro. A bit back from the foot traffic was nice.

The air conditioning in the room was a huge problem. The room did not cool down from the blazing day until 3 AM. It was miserable. It looked like the position of the unit was not conducive to air circulation (blowing directly into the curtains and window) and fan speed was utterly slow. Additionally, the room was described as a “mountain view” but the view was another building directly in front of us.

Great location, super amazing and friendly staff, they helped me to surprise my girlfriend on her birthday. Lovely room, with very nice touches to make you feel welcomed. They even let us do an early check in since the weather was not the best.

The floor was not cleanest and there was no DND sign for the morning check on the cleaning. Nothing major.

We didn’t use the tv as it wasn’t facing the bed or the sofa and it couldn’t be moved. It would be nice if they topped up the coffee/tea.

A relaxing stay

The location is fantastic right In the middle of the main (only) drag of Loutro. The hotel seemed to be more modern than the others on the island which was nice. The balcony was a great spot to take in the beautiful view from a relaxing spot.

Everything was great only minor low was the water pressure was abysmal but given the location this could be the case with other hotels too and unfixable

Lovely location up. Friendly welcoming hosts who allowed us to leave our cases in reception after checkout and gave us use of a shower and bathroom while we waited for our connecting boat

A perfect place for a short relaxing stay, everything you need is only a short walk away.

Loutro is very small and pretty, situated in a small cove served by ferries (and water taxis) that ply the south east coast. I would recommend it for a short break or, as I used it, part of a longer trip of short stays. The accommodation was built in traditional stone with an attractive wood-beamed ceiling and useful self-catering facilities, each with a balcony affording good views of the pretty harbour.

The apartments are east facing as are many of the other apartments and hotels and so tend to lose the sun later in the afternoon. Molos Apartments are part way up a hill with quite steep access from the harbour, a consideration for those with heavy baggage and a little past their prime.
