gospodarz leniwy - przy zameldowaniu powiedział, że nie chce mu się chodzić i zamiast pokazać i zaprosić do środka, wskazał palcem budynki (basen oraz siłownię), z których można korzystać; klimatyzacja dostępna ZA DODATKOWĄ OPŁATĄ, kasował 10 lub 20 eur w zależności od długości pobytu gości, w czasie naszej wizyty zepsuł się pilot i nie mogliśmy jej wyłączyć i było bardzo zimno w nocy, gdy rano zadzwoniłam do gospodarza, powiedział, że nie ma teraz czasu i przyjdzie później, przyszedł dopiero wieczorem...; ręczniki oraz pościel miały być wymieniane co 3 dni wg opisu na kartce, którą dostaliśmy w dniu zameldowania, w 4 dniu skontaktowaliśmy się z gospodarzem, to przeprosił i kazał przyjść nam do recepcji po odbiór czystych, zamiast samemu przyjść, potem po prostu kładli na łóżku świeże, ale nie zabierali brudnych i wszystko kisło, żenada; pokój nie miał nic wspólnego z tym co pokazane jest na zdjęciach, prysznic przeciekał - woda lała się na korytarz i w ciągu naszego pobytu umyto tam podłogę tylko raz, a tak zalewała całe przejście, balkon z widokiem na ścianę, a pod nim mieszkała rodzina z wielkimi psami, które wgl nie były wypuszczane i jak jednego dnia (w ponad 30*C), któryś się załatwił, to nikt nie raczył tego posprzątać i śmierdziało w całym pokoju; śmieci oraz podłoga w pokoju nie były sprzątane podczas pobytu; adapter dostępny jeden na cały pokój i był podłączony do wifi, więc albo ładowanie tel albo internet...; parking dostępny przed budynkiem - kto szybciej, ten ma miejsce, jak raz wróciliśmy później z wycieczki, to musieliśmy parkować na końcu ulicy... ściany tak cienkie, że jak ktoś obok zabalował lub gadał głośniej to wszystko było słychać; info małym druczkiem wypisane, że pobierają 250 eur kaucji, na szczęście od nas jej nie wzięli, PODSUMOWUJĄC - TRAGEDIA!!!

Sea view, very comfortable accommodation, free safe

not changing bed linen for 8 days, very noisy from outside, noice coming from night clubs, then from party inside of building where is apartment and in front of the building where guests of the accommodation gather until the early hours of the morning. If you want to rest, this is not a place to rest at night

We spent 5 nights here with my friend, and had a lovely experience. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, as it is near the center and the party district, it only takes about five minutes to get to the clubs! The staff is super kind and helpful, they are also very flexible with check-in and out times.🥰 The room is bright and we also had a huge balcony. The price is low and reasonable, would totally recommend it, especially for young travellers like us.😊

Perfect location, right next to the main party strip. Rooms were nice clean and spacious. Staff at reception were very welcoming and helped us with any request we had and really made our stay even better. 100% recommend!

I hope to visit again!

Clean apartments in city center - if you're in Ayia Napa to party, this is the accommodation you are looking for. The main party street is just around the corner and the beach is 15 minutes away by foot. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within 5 mins of walking distance and the pool is 3 minutes away. The cleaning is every 2 days and the guys/girls from the reception are very cool and friendly. I would definitely come back :)

If coming on a family vacation, these apartments are not the best option since you can hear the music from bars till 3am. Also our balcony had a view on a wall (this wasn't on the pictures). However, the wall was covered with a poster of the beach which we found very funny - the best hack I've ever seen. It didn't bother us but I guess it could bother someone else who is looking for a nicer view. Also maybe add a few more glasses in the kitchen cupboard (there was only 1 + 2 tea cups). Other than that the apartments are very well equipped :)

Over all it was good and reasonable enough. Very cleaned. Only very loud music until 3am :)

The Location was excellent, as all Restaurants and shops are very close. And night clubs as well :) If you are a party animal the location is just perfect for you.

There was no swimming pool as it was advertised in the pictures. You have to walk to the different hotel if you want to use it.

Misleading and confusing info, but overall good location and price

- The location was great for food, restaurant and access to the centre - Price was good - Cleaners were friendly and done a good job - Check in and check out was easy

- The pictures did not match the room we got. I think they were maybe from the sister hotel? - The sister hotel which had most of the facilities (we think it was Napa Rocks but it was never confirmed) was shut the entire time we were there so we missed out on things like having a swimming pool. We were never really told anything about this which was also strange - The check-in was too brief. Showed the room given the keycard, told about the air con and then they left. We didn't really have chance to ask questions and had to message later to ask for the wifi - Air con didn't have a remote but regardless it was 7 euro a night which seemed expensive - There was a weird smell from the kitchen drain that would stink out the room whenever we were out

The location is perfect! It is right 1 minute walk from the party street.

The AC was very old and dirty and most importantly, it was not even working!!! We said to the staff but they couldn’t do anything with that. Only 1/3 part from it was blowing the air. The balcony view was terrible, right to one opposite dirty building. Very disappointing! The shower was so small that we couldn’t even have shower without slapping our elbow to the wall. In the pictures we saw the pool, but the guy said it is not even in this hotel, it is from another hotel but we can use it.

For young people only :)

The staff was very nice. Quite a cheap accommodation. Comfortable beds. Some nice restaurants within 5min range. The bus stop from which buses are going to Nissi beach was some 7min walking (location of the appartment is on a hill - in case you do not like hiking in 30 degrees, just take some accommodation around Nissi Ave)

The mold on the ceiling right above the bed was quite disgusting. Do not miss that there is an extra 7 EUR payment/day for AC (our bad, we missed that as we searched through many accommodations in Ayia Napa and the free AC was really everywhere, with that increase it might be worthy to take some more expensive accomodation). The balcony doors cannot be locked, which does not feel very safe. Super loud location with the music right behind the wall playing till 3am every night (we expected some noise in this location but this was really too much - guess being 30 y.o. is too much for this area). The shower doors are so narrow we could barely get inside (and I swear I am not obese :). We did not use the pool as it was somewhere else, so cannot comment on that. The balcony looking right into a wall felt quite weird - on the wall there was some huge old poster of the Lovers bridge. It was quite bizzare to sit there (in the morning there were always some guys walking on the roof of the opposite building)

The location of the property was perfect everything was in walking distance from the strip to the beach. Everyone working at reception was so helpful with information and even doing things like our laundry for free. Would definitely recommend staying here as it is great value for money and a great location for a party holiday.

I had a great stay at Thomas Apartments! The room was clean, new and well equipped and the location is great if you like going out, as it is located right by the bar street, next to all the bars and clubs. The staff were very helpful and welcoming! You can use a gym and a pool too, they're just across the street from the apartment.

The hosts!! The most fab and proactive hosts we have come across during our stay in Cyprus.

The property itself lends itself to the most it can be in terms of cleanliness, hygiene, space, etc, but it was all made up for because of the energy provided and the hospitality of the hosts––especially Amy. She was fantastic and always so positive and helpful.

Horrible stay and I terrible mattress!!

Actually I liked the booking photos of the property not the real place! the swimming pool and gym is outside of the building and

The noise of the night clubs are horrible there! also, the bed is trash! not comfortable at all! and we had to pay 7€ per day of our stay for air conditioning! we only stayed there one night then we booked the 4 other nights at the Seasons hotel which is amazing!

Best customer support! Best place in Napa!

Firstly i would love to mention Amy one of the BEST customer support i ever experienced as a strict and demanding traveller as i am on my journeys. Amy and her sister they made my check in and each day i was staying at Thomas hotel very very pleasant as they were both SO positive and always willing to help me for everything i needed for my stay! I am actually really thankful u had such a wonderful customer support as the place because of them was a value and they took it to another level! Apartment was very modern and clean and relaxing! Thank you again Amy for everything!
