Very nice place, extremely clean, friendly staff. Daily breakfast made to order, simple but tasty, while enjoying the company of our wonderful hosts and the other guests. Overall a very relaxing atmosphere, perfect place to unwind and disconnect.
Nothing, everything was very good and we wished we could stay longer.

Beautiful stay, exactly what we had hoped for when booking this peaceful retreat.
The staff were so accommodating and friendly, the room and areas were always kept very clean and food for breakfast was great!
Will definitely come back again to stay. Thank you for a wonderful few days.

This is really the dreamy accommodation which everyone aiming for disconnecting and resting has in mind!I On the hills surrounding Ostuni, the property is located in the middle of olive trees plantations. It is super quite both during the day and at night and hosting only a few guests at the time, it never gets crowded. It is extremely well renovated and clean with linen smelling of fresh laundry!! The beds and pillows are super comfortable offering the utmost relaxation. The pool and the big breakfast are a considerable plus to this marvelous place. All staff was exquisite, kind of gentle, making people feel home. The shower gel and shampoo are made with local products and smell terribly good! Because it is a place for relaxion, internet in the rooms is poor and offered only in the breakfast area; personally this is another plus rather than a minus!
While difficult to locate upon arrival, the place is worth searching for! Rather difficult to move around without a car.

Had a fantastic stay at this remote location, which was a welcome break after visiting the beautiful and bustling towns of Puglia during the day. The rooms are very spacious and the staff are very welcoming (particularly Shirley). Breakfast was delicious and the pool, which is shared amongst the four rooms, providing a refreshing and relaxing break in the heat of the Puglian sun!

Breakfast was delicious, healthy and nutritious. Car necessary, because of the distance to the city is 6 km, and taxis are expensive. Just a rent small car, easier to go. Beautiful, peaceful, mind and soul rest. Children 20, 17, 13 also liked the quiet locations. Luka was friendly, as were the women who cooked breakfast. Lovely cats were also with us. Here we come again.

Everything was perfect! Luca and his staff are exceptional hosts and attended to our every need.
Really nice full breakfast with lots of options.
Beautiful location. Gorgeous pool. Entire place I’d spotless.
Loved everything about it and the loving details that make it such a wonderful place to be.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful property! Great pool! Rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean with attention to every detail. Great breakfast! The staff and host Luca were helpful and eager to please. Can’t say enough we loved being there! Hope to see them again in the future. ❤️

The location is beautiful - so peaceful, tranquil!
not to mention being surrounded with beautiful trulli and don’t even get me started on the pool area which we spent most of our days around soaking up the sun!
Luca & Stefanie were great hosts and really helped us when finding the best restaurants in Ostuni and Cisternino.
The road getting up to the B&B is a little tricky at first but you get used to it. The one thing I really wished for was wifi in the room as I had to stay going out of my room and staying near the main area to have connection but on the other hand it was a good way to disconnect.

Regina di Ulivi was nothing less than perfection. The accommodation was modern, clean and the setting was so peaceful and beautifully maintained. We struggled to tear ourselves away from the pool area, which was a gorgeous place to relax. Breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious, a real treat! And the staff were all so friendly.
Nothing, I would return here in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our stay at Regina di Ulivi and could not fault a thing. It is an idyllic location - such tasteful decor in traditional style buildings in the most beautiful and serene surroundings. It is so peaceful to lay by the beautiful pool surrounded by the Italian countryside. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, made with local, fresh produce and a nice touch to offer an aperitif in the evenings. All the staff were so friendly and Luca especially is an amazing host. It is a ten minute drive into Ostuni (we booked a taxi so we could savour the aperitif culture!) and Luca has lots of great recommendations. Do not hesitate to book!

We fell in love with the beauty and simplicity of the whole setting. The breakfast was one of the highlights of the day. Great freshly prepared food and drink in a very relaxed environment.
Great sized pool in a very peaceful setting. Very friendly and efficient service.

This cute and well-run masseria was our favourite stay of our four week Campania, Basilicata and Puglia road trip! Breakfast was the best of our trip too, by far. Luca and his staff were super helpful and sweet, and we enjoyed the peaceful serenity of this place, along with the style and taste it had been done up with.
Near to Ostuni which is wonderful late afternoons/evenings. Near-ish to some fabulous beaches - Torre Gauceto and Torre Pozzello (the best two of our trip).
The poor condition of the road up was a surprise at first, but it is not dissimilar to roads up to other country masseria we stayed in to be honest.
It would have been good if staff could have done some pizza or light meal during the Happy Hours, but we managed on our night in on the snacks prepared:).

I really liked the peace, there is an air of calm and serenity. completely immersed in the rural nature of Puglia, an authentic place for those who want to live a true Apulian experience with a touch of healthy well-being. better than a meditation. delicious breakfast made of typical products. the clean and fragrant room. treated in detail. it was a great experience. I’ll back for sure ;)

this is a very charming property strategically located near Cisternino and Ostuni
the access to the property is a bit tricky with narrow roads. it’s a bit hard at night to be encouraged to go out for dinner once you are settled in

Dreamy location and a wonderful place to relax after a full day of sightseeing in the area. Sleeping in the trullo was a unique experience, breakfast was fresh and made to order and the hosts were delightful and very helpful! Overall, a brilliant stay.

Breakfast was delicious and very filling, with a sweet and friendly staff to serve. Location was removed from the busyness of the area, but yet easy to get to larger cities for dinner and sightseeing.

Extremely beautiful location, nice looking room and comfortable bed.
Narrow road to B&B is bit scaring, really stress-driving between stone fences.
However the biggest disappointment was a swimming pool, unfortunately water was not appropriate for swimming (~16-17C) while outside was still +26 in September.
Not sure it worth €140 a night without pool facilities.

Location, the way the Wellcome the guests and treat them throughout the stay, very picturesque
Was all great

We loved the design of the place, beautiful common spaces and lovely breakfast
The location is in the middle of nowhere and there is quite a small road to get to the location. If you have a rental car is not ideal.
On top of that there is no AC in the room, if you come in July or August sleeping there is not so peaceful as you imagine, it’s simply too hot and the ventilator you have in the room is so noisy!
A small fridge in the room to keep the water bottles cool would also be appreciated.

Lucas is an exceptional host. Breakfast was made to order, fresh, organic, and the best part of our day! The common area, or living room, was our favorite spot to spend afternoons. My 6 yo son learned to play chess and my 4 yo enjoyed playing the “Torre“ game, or Jenga for us Americans. Ha
The smells of the fresh air outside, coffee in the morning, and the ultra clean rooms were fantastic. I will be raving about this place and dreaming of returning soon! If this property is available, book immediately! We booked the family room and it was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4.
I didn’t like leaving. Haha

It really was such a nice stay. The Trulli is a wonderful experience. The team is very thoughtful. The lady prepares a delightful and tasty breakfast, which provides the perfect start into the day. You can either stay at the pool or explore the area. You nerd to have a car as the residence is a bit outback. But that‘s the special charm. Really highly recommend to stop here for a stay.
For me the bed was a bit short, as I am a very tall person. Others than that there is nothing to complain about.
