Enjoyed a great stay at this beautiful and conveniently located property with my adult children. We were able to hike in Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon during our visit, and were able to cover many hiking trails in the area. The house kitchen is stocked really well with pots/pans, dishware etc. and we were able to cook dinner and eat in after tiring hiking days. Highly recommend to hit the National Parks and Monuments in the area!

Comfortable and convenient
Clean, spacious, home away from home. 8 minutes to Flagstaff restaurants and attractions. Quiet beautiful area. Took the kids to the park/play ground down the street several times. Hikes the Pump house trail just minutes away … serene. The backyard porch was our gathering spot. We would stay again.

Great place. Very clean, in the forest, quiet
We came for a week in the mountains and loved every minute. The house is exactly as advertised. The first thing we noticed was how clean it was. Everything worked and the main bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. You are living amongst the pines! Easy access to Flagstaff and other points of interest via Interstate 17, which is right at the bottom of the neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!

Mountain air getaway
Rental property was as advertised. Loved the location for a relaxing vacation with the family. Not far from all the amenities in Flagstaff. We were traveling with a 2 year old and it was her first trip. The floor plan was perfect for a toddler. Overall we had a great time.

Just OK...
The house left quite a bit to be desired regarding cleanliness and updates. Furnishings were apparently thrown together from a flea market. Laundry detergent bottle was empty, so we had to buy some. Hand soap bottles appeared to be cut with water. Gross! Looks like they cut alot of corners.

Great Location!
This home is locate right off the interstate, but set back far enough and surrounded by many trees, canyons and other houses you feel more like you are in a Colorado ski resort than just a little bit off the interstate! Our vacation centered around the Grand Canyon, time in Flagstaff and Sedona. The location of this house offered easy and fast access to all of those places. After a busy day out exploring, coming back to this home was relaxing and inviting. It was big enough to cook and eat supper together but then spread out into different rooms to unwind (kids and teenager). We really enjoyed our trip and this space, hope you do too!

Cute house
Spent a week here with our kids so we could take them to the North Pole for Christmas. The houses older but well maintained and clean, it comes with everything you need and has a great back patio that overlooks the forest. The property manager Jim was very responsive and nice, over all a great proper need to rent.
