In the heart of Tempe close to everything. Fully remodeled from top to bottom. New white shaker kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood plank floors, and remodeled bathrooms. This cozy townhouse has all the amenities of home including a dedicated workspace and FAST WIFI.

Master bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, dual sink vanity and large balcony.

Guest bedroom has a king-size bed and its own in-room vanity.

Queen-size sleeper sofa in front of the large flat screen TV in the Great Room.

Patio off the back door has a BBQ and opens to the large grass area and 1 of 2 pools.

Super fast COX WIFI, Smart TV, DVD player and washer/dryer located in the carport.

Both bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located upstairs on the second level. Half bathroom is located on the ground level.

**HOA closes the pools October through April.

The unit was clean. The overhead jet noise is real (this was known before renting). Can only cool the house to 72 degrees or else the AC will freeze (nor disclosed before renting). The pool area is full of tall grasses and small tree suckers and was in unkept condition. Now the big item.. Cigarette smoke infiltrating into the unit. It smells like someone is smoking in the unit. It appears to be coming from the air vents. It is terrible to be come back from doing anything and having to walk into an ashtray. There is smoke eliminating spray in the front closet so this is a known issue. I let the owner know about the smoke issue when I arrived and he acknowledged the neighbors both smoke. I called the owner after my stay ended to discuss the smoke issue. He did not offer an apology or offer any compensation for having to stay in an ashtray but stated he would look into it as it had not come up previously.

In town for a convention stayed at the property for a week. The front bedroom seemed to stay a little warmer then the rest of the house, but otherwise the house stayed cool. We really did not spend much time in the house but overall the house was great for all we needed and we would rent again.

Perfect location to ASU without being in the hustle and bustle of campus but just minutes away. Did stay during summer session so did get to enjoy the campus area on the weekends without having parking trouble. Condo was perfect! Spacious, clean and quiet. Also the host was exceptional and quick to respond. Only issue was upon arriving the units previous guest smoked inside.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautifully remodeled, very clean, with every possible amenity. The complex is very quiet and located in a safe neighborhood. Also, the host is very good at communicating, making the check-in/out easy and efficient. I highly recommend for anyone visiting Tempe.

My family enjoyed staying in this spacious condo, convenient to ASU and several baseball spring training sites. Owner communication and check-in was a breeze, all excellent! Condo is clean, recently-renovated, and well-maintained. Kitchen is well-equipped, condo has lots of towels, soap, and basic supplies. Beds comfortable, TV screen large, Internet fast. One note of caution is that the neighborhood is in the immediate take-off and landing vector of Sky Harbor airport, and you will get airplane noise that is noticeable and tolerable for most people, starting in the early morning hours and lasting into late evening every day.

Great little condo for our weekend stay in the Phoenix area. Close to Mill Avenue and Tempe town lake. The property was very clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable. As others mentioned, Tempe is in the flight path for Sky Harbor, but we didn't find that to be a problem. We were out and about most of the day and the evenings were very quiet. We didn't mind the morning flight wake-up call at all. Would highly recommend this property due to the cleanliness, comfortable beds, nice neighborhood and convenient location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

My son and I spent 5 days in Phoenix celebrating his college graduation before he started his first job. Nathan's place was ideal for our stay. This is a very clean and well equipped property. The beds were comfortable, nicer than what I have at home, the large screen TV is nicer than what I have at home LOL. We enjoyed Tempe, but more importantly, we enjoyed the central location and easy highway access as we explored hiking/golf/horses/ATVs all around the Phoenix area from here.

We enjoyed our stay here! Great communication and quick replies. Place was clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Slept well overnight. Lots of jet traffic during the day so something to keep in mind if wanting to sleep in. Washer and dryer are in the carport area. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Our favorite place to visit was the Tempe beach park. Love our walks there.

Nathan was so so accommodating to my family and I! We were here under very unfortunate circumstances with a family member in the hospital and Nathan helped us in a few different ways! Helped us out with an additional day and an extremely early check in! The place was wonderful and had everything we needed! The condo was very up to date and well decorated. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit which was not ideal, especially because we were there almost a week. The pool is just outside the condo but there are not any chairs at the pool so we did not use it.

I’m new to the whole VRBO experience and there was a small learning curve. We drove over 24 hours and arrived early. The cleaning crew was just finishing up. We asked if we could check in early and they told us to contact the owner. The owner was very nice and gave us permission to check in. The condo was clean and very nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There was also a gas bbq that came in handy. A day into the stay the coffee pot died on us. I was worried the owner would be upset. Instead he asked if we needed another one and offered to replace it right away. He told me to call him for any issue we may have and he would take care of it. If we return to this location in the future we will definitely check to see if this place is available before looking else where. Thanks Nathan!

This condo was comfortable. It had everything we needed. The furnishings, beds and carpets are starting to show some wear and dirt but, still ok. All the counter surfaces were clean when we arrived. The owner reached out to use midway through our stay to see if we needed anything (we didn't) but, I appreciated that he asked.

This was the perfect place to stay for the NCAA triathlon national championships at Tempe Lake Park. It is quiet, well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. My parents liked it better than where we stayed last time because it felt so homey. I loved sitting on the porch on the first floor. I wish the pool was still open in November- it was plenty hot- but that isn't up to the owner

We stayed here over ASU family weekend and would definitely stay again. The place was well-equipped with everything needed. Bath and kitchen are fully updated. Owner is VERY responsive and provided flexibility last minute with our check out time. Nice quiet place away from the masses but close enough to have easy access to all the places you’d want to go.

Nicely updated older apartment. Comfortable beds. Lots of good eating places within about a mile. Only 1 tub/shower in Jack and Jill bathroom. Planes can be heard overhead, but quieter at night. Smoke odor control with deodorizer achieved with spray. Might be coming from neighbors?

We stayed for a weekend of ASU football. We loved the place--it was very nice and close to downtown Tempe. Furniture was new and in good shape, the kitchen had supplies to help you cook a meal or two. We'd stay there again!

Everything was great, I brought my two old dogs with me and it was easy to take them in and out for walks. Check in/out was super easy. I wish there was some coffee/filters in the kitchen. The only other thing was I could only find one washcloth, maybe I was looking in all the wrong places. Overall very comfy and clean and close to everything we needed. Thanks!

A clock would be nice besides the one on the stove. A box of Kleenex. More TP. A binder explaining the TV, the location of the washer/dryer, the pool key, fun things to do close by, restaurants etc. Pot holders would have been nice. The grill was filthy. A couple bottles of water. Just saying...
